Villa Rustica Dalmatia sells fast on our site. Villa Rustica Dalmatia is situated in Seget Vranjica, 3 miles from the UNESCO-protected town of Trogir and 4 miles from Split Airport, 250 feet from the sea.
The 17th-century building features air-conditioned apartments with parquet floors and balconies overlooking the red roofs of the town and the Adriatic beyond.
The Villa has an outdoor swimming pool and provides car rental and an airport shuttle service. The annex building has a modern design and it is situated 100 feet from the main building.

Review 2：Everything . The warmest of welcomes awaits you at this fabulous hidden gem of a guest house .Zdravka welcomed me with a home cooked meal and refreshments. I had the choice of a room with a separate living area in the main building or a studio with small but quite adequate kitchen. I chose the studio as it opened out onto a small pool area which was peaceful and tranquil surrounded by orchards and olive trees. The breakfast was beyond belief plate after plate of freshly cooked pastries, pancakes cold meats and cheeses, fruit platters and choice of eggs. The rooms were cleaned daily and were spotlessly clean. The cleaning lady spent a good 30/40 minutes on my room and she was friendly and very work conscience. Zdravka was a breath of fresh air she let me stay in my room until evening instead of the usual check out time of 12. She also kindly drove me to the airport to save me a taxi fare. She also surprised me with a farewell gift on checking out . This was after a specially prepared dinner on my last evening.

Review 8：Great location, very nice and impeccably clean apartement with proper shade, air conditioning and wifi. But the best thing about the Villa is its staff: these wonderful ladies served us the most generous breakfast ever, they were kind and helpful, the best hosts. They suprised us with a cold refresher and apple pie when we arrived in the afternoon, they served us dinner the evening before we checked out and they packed some cookies for us for the journey back home and some home made marmalade, as a present. A great place with wonderful service.

Review 9：This is THE place where to stay. Beautiful old house decorated with very good taste, it makes you feel comfortable, like at home. I appreciate the breakfast on the terasse. Review 10：If there was an additional smily face in this review for helpfulness and breakfasts the staff at Villa Rustica would definitely receive one! Villa Rustica was a lovely surprise in a lovely little village. Seget Vranjica is a tiny village with a lovley little beach and enough bars and restauraunts. It is only a quick taxi ride away from the bustling Trogir. The pictures of Villa Rustica do not justify it..the rooms are much bigger than they look and the whole experience is made fantastic with the total care and helpfulness of the staff. The breakfasts are amazing and I challenge anyone to eat everything!! A few added extras were lifts into the village when it started to rain! A Beautiful Dinner provided as a Gift and a whole jar of home made marmalade as a goodbye gift! Very peaceful and a good little pool to chill in when your feet can't handle those croatian stones anymore!!!!

Review 11：Just returned from a 10 night stay at Villa Rustica. The staff are extremely friendly, helpful and very hard working. They go out of their way to make you feel at home and nothing is too much trouble. The breakfasts are fantastic with always plenty of choice and they even treated us to a lovely dinner with wine one evening The whole place is spotlessly clean. It was such a bonus having the choice of two pools in the very hot weather. Would definitely recommend to others.

Review 12：We staid in the dependance, and it's was beautiful. A swimming pool in front of your room's door is nice and very refreshing in summer days... The staff was very kind and available. Be prepared to a huge breakfast. The main building is beautiful and have the swimming pool too, but the dependance is quieter so don't worry if you don't find space in the main building and take an apartment or studio in the dependace. It won't disappoint you. We definitively felt like at home.

Cleaning is done every day! Amazing breakfast( even too much!) and on the last day we were invited for dinner at villa rustica! Nice pool!

Zdravka was the kindestand lovliest host you could expect to meet, also she is an Amazing cook!We were welcomed with some lunch although it was outside of booking intime. The breakfasts are just amazing, there is so much gorgeous food!The coffee is decent too. The pool area is spotless and tucked away, soalways peaceful and welcoming. Rooms are lovely and cool, not sure thatwe got the room we booked on booking.com (was different to the pictures,possibly booking.coms fault tho) but we were happy with the room we hadso didn't make a fuss about it. We fell in love with Ana and wantedto take her home with us,she has a smile that lights up the world. Wehad some sandwiches made up for our travels on the last day and weretreated to a delicious supper the evening before we left. Total andutter wonderful hospitality! Review 21：The settlement is in a quiet gulf close to the town of Trogir. Rooms are very clean and the staff is amazing! They easily make you feel like home and wish you could stay longer. Breakfast is great too. Fluent English speakers and I believe fluent German too. Worth every penny!

Villa is very clean, good located in the second line from the village beach (so you avoid noise of those who are early birds), breakfast is really good and what's important - everybody very helpful.

Review 28：If you are looking for a quiet place for relaxed vocation, Villa Rustica in Seget Vranjica is a perfect location.This little village has a nice beach with small pebbles and shadow trees good for families with little children. Such cities as Trogir and Split are easy to reach either by bus, or boat. In the village, there is a good restaurant ("Medeterana"). where they serve big delicious food at a reasonable price. The Villa Rustica personnel are very friendly, caring and always ready to help. Everyday cleaning and big breakfast are provided. In the bathroon we could always find soap,shampoo, and clean towels. The rooms are spacious with a kitchenette outfitted with everything necessary for kooking. Two swimming pools are pleasant bonus. A big surprise was welcome snack, dinner at no cost, and a farewell present. The effort and hospitality the personnel demostrated during our stay were outstading and made us home. I will definitely recommend to stay at Villa Rustica.

Review 32：Villa Rustica Dalmatia was such a great surprise. The facilities are very well kept and our room was very comfortable. The staff was so friendly and helpful that we felt like part of the family. The quality of food at breakfast was very high with many homemade daily specialty items. Just don't try to eat everything they put out! The location was up a bit from the small harbor / beach area with a handful of restaurants but an easy walk into the sleepy little town. Perfect if you want to relax but not for those who want to party. Nearby towns of Trogir and Split are a short drive of 15 - 30 minutes if you want fancier restaurants, shops, nightlife, etc. Weather permtting there is also an affordable boat / shuttle to Trogir along the gorgeous coast. For us this was great place to relax, unwind by the pool or beach and get into the vibe of coastal Croatia. We very much thank the staff for their help with everything.

Review 33：We stood there 3 days and the place was our hub for exploring Dalmatia. The village was really small and quiet. The hotel manager and all the personnel were always very nice and helpful. The room was clean and quiet and was equipped with everything we might need.

Review 34：The true meaning of hospitality and friendly atmosphere. We had the chance to stay in both Villa Rustica and Bellevue Hotel in Trogir run by the same family and had an excellent time. We would like to mention all the nice and polite people we met (owners and members of the staff) and say a big thank you for their will to make us feel like home:Mrs Seka, Nicolas, Irene, Ana, Maya, Ivana and our favorite Zdravka. We surely recommend these hotels to anyone who would like to visit these beautiful places and would definetely stay there again.

Review 35：I really reccomend these appartments. Comfort, kind staff, delicious breakfast in a nice terrace, high quality wi-fi. We spent five nights there and everything was ok. Trogir is only five mintues by car , of 40 minutes by boat (very nice). The appartments are clean and spacious, and the personal are really kind and helpful. They even invited us for dinner on our last night there.

Review 42：It's difficult to find fault. We received such a warm welcome and lots of recommendations of things to do and see, as well as a recommendation where to eat... , national parks... The reception desk staff were very friendly and helpful, parking was relatively easy ,and the rooms were very well equipped and very clean and well presented , amazing and impressive breakfast service, so different from other hotels. I really liked it We would definitely recommend it and would definitely come back. Thank you very much.

Review 43：We stayed in a studio appartment in the annexe; it was spacious, had a small kitchen with hob and fridge, dining area, sofa, TV, airconditioning, and a shady patio close to the attractively set swimming pool. It was spotless, everything was well maintained and nothing was too much trouble whether it was the loan of an umbrella, a lift into Trogir or a sandwich for the journey home. Breakfast was amazing! Our hosts invited us to dine with them one evening at no charge because they like to do it! Seget Vranjica is a great location, it's a small, quiet resort but close enough to be a short taxi boat ride into Trogir and the old city.We would certainly go there again.

Review 45：We've never been in an apartment with such service. Housekeeping is done everyday, the breakfast is great, people are friendly and helpful in all situations, it's excellent. The second pool is a recent and great addition to the venue. It's bigger and allows to play with the kids. The location in itself is great if you want to visit Trogir, Split, Primosten, Krka, Sibenik and so on.

Review 46：The only possible criticism was that the wi fi was a bit weak especially on the second floor. But hey there's a free wifi at the beach bar about 400m away.....

Review 49：We chose this hotel on the basis of other guests comments and were not disappointed. The hotel is fine, the apartment lived up to our needs with, for instance, comfortable beds and a fine balcony and access to two small pools. The village is small with a local atmosphere - we enjoyed the calmness and were happy to be away from the more noisy areas along the coast. Still, charming Trogir is just five km away. The breakfast included was great - varied and served with a smile - as was everything. The hotel team was just excellent - always doing their best to make us feel at home. For instance, they served us juice and fruit upon arrival, they arranged afternoon cake to our room, and our dirty dishes was always gone after the house maid had been around - which was every day. We can highly recommend this hotel.

A wonderful breakfast was provided- please opt for it you won't regret it! The hotel is situated in a great position, quite and relaxing but also within easy access to water taxi to travel to Trogir or Split. Boat trip, the fish picnic was excellent and well worth a trip. Tropir is an interesting place to visit with widing streets and old buildings and cathedral. I would definitely visit again.

We were greeted very warmly and given refreshments of orange juice and cake in the beautiful spotlessly clean apartment. It is a short stroll to the waterfront where there is a small beach, bar and restaurants. The most memorable thing at Villa Rustica was the amazing breakfast. We were presented with so much delicious food we didn't eat again until dinner time! We would definitely recommend a stay at Rustica. It is also very convenient for Split airport.

Nice , clean , comfortable place, less than 2 min away from the beach and with 2 outdoor pools. Our apartment had everything we needed, Tv, air conditioning, wi-fi and the furniture was new with a large comfortable double bed , and the decoration details make this room very warm and cosy. I reccomend this place to those who really want to have a wonderfull time near Trogir , without worries about clean towels,hair dryer , daily cleaning ... There was plenty of choice for breakfast - an excellent stay!”

Review 79：Not really a criticism but it was not clear on the Booking website that they only accept cash for payment - no credit cards. This meant a last minute dash to an ATM to get cash - not a problem but a slight inconvenience. Wi-fi not wholly reliable

Breakfast excellent - though a strange way of serving it in bits and pieces, but the quality was very good. Excellent recommendations for nearby restaurants for dinner. Would thoroughly recommend it as a good base to visit places such as Krka National Park, Zadar Sibenik Trogir and Split and only 20 minutes from Split airport.

Review 83：We stayed here because it had good reviews and was close to the airport. Little did we know this would be the best stay of our entire two week vacation. The room was tastefully fancy and the breakfast was a feast. It feels a little remote at first until you realize you're a 10 minute cab ride from the adorable town of Trogir. We even went on an excursion whose tour bus had no problem picking us up outside of the hotel. The person who was running the place was unbelievable. She made a picnic lunch for us to take on our excursion, welcomed us home from that long day with wine and a delicious meat plate, and was cheerfully available at all hours of the day or night. (We arrived very late on the first night and woke up very early when it was time to catch our flight.) I'd recommend staying here in a heartbeat.

Review 84：The location is not very central. It was a 5-10 minute cab ride into Trogir. There's a lovely small harbour within walking distance, but the dining options were minimal. The hotel walls were a little thin.

We stayed here 2 years ago and liked it so much that we decided to return for longer stay, and were given VIP treatment, from room upgrade to breakfast brought to our room each day...nothing was too much trouble. The apartments are well appointed and decorated, immaculately clean and the location is convenient for the beach. There are plenty of places to visit in the vicinity, 5 minutes drive away is the beautiful town of Trogir and 20 mintes minutes away is Split, also Primostren, Krka water falls...plenty to do and see. Review 91：The location was extremely good, it is a quiet place very near the beach . Staff was very hospitable and gave many good recommendations on where to visit . They also gave some other suggestions for our next destinations in Croatia. Apartment was exceptionally clean and tastefully furnished . We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this apartment and felt like at home. I will definitely visit these apartments again. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. We stayed for 4 nights and on our last night they cooked us a lovely traditional meal. We liked the location which is in a very small village close to Trogir. The village has about 4 restaurants and a small beach and harbour. In common with most of Croatia Villa Rustica only accepts cash but the very friendly manager Zdravka does warn you of this when you arrive.

Review 100：The matresses in one of the bedrooms of the deluxe appartement were a bit hard. There is only one boiler and if 4 persons need to take a bath/shower, the last one had cold water. For the studio (2 persons) this was not a problem.

On the last evening they offered us a free meal with fresh fish, it was delicious! Review 106：We had a wonderful time at Villa Rustica. On arrival we were surprised with a free upgrade and greeted with a cold beer and homemade lemonade - perfect after a long flight! The location was perfect, 2 mins walk from the beach, shop and a few places to eat/drink, the room was cleaned everyday and most of all the staff were so friendly and helpfull, they couldnt do enough for us. We were made to fee very welcome and would visit again for sure!

I can say with great pleasurethat Villa Rustica is an outstanding hotel with 6 star (out of 5)service. The staff absolutely cater to you making sure that everythingis just right . . . they simply can't seem to do enough for you. Wewere earlier then had planned and it was no problem for the hotel. Rightfrom the start they upgraded our room and brought us fresh fruit anddrinks (to our room)! Their pool and patio (while small) was intimateand felt like home. The location is very close to a lovely beach andgreat restaurants. The room was immaculately clean, spacious and the acworked well. The breakfast is amazing (one of the best we've had).We were permitted a later checkout and allowed full use of thefacilities the following day. The staff offered us complimentary drinkson a number of occasions and refused to let us pay for them despiteoffers. In summary . . . if you're thinking about this place thengo! Don't worry about it . . . you will not be disappointed.

Review 112：Our room was quiet,comfortable,and clean. We stayed in a nice room with beautiful view and large bathroom. But the thing that impressed me most was friendly staff. A very pleasant stay and a hotel that I could recommended.
