Review 8：- there was not even free water for dinner not to mention other drinks - the hotel is not a five star hotel. The carpets are outdated especially in the hallways. The variety of food is scarce and there are not enough plates explaining what kind of food is there (you can guess is it a mixed salad..meat Salad..Salad with vegetables\meat). -the staff at the reception -one of the girls told us that the booking free of charge massage is not valid. She gave us a coupon for 20% off for a massage and only when we said that we will contact Booking she had second thoughts. However she never followed up. Therefore we never took advantage of the free massage.

Review 9：I liked that there were so many families with little children therefore the place was quite calm without any loud music. It was perfect to relax and enjoy the sea and the stay overall.

Review 10：Very poor wifi, sofa bed for the kids (10 and 8 years) too short, no pancakes for breakfast (there were previous years), not enough staff, not enough beach beds on the beach (have to go early to find free bed, this year no charge for the beds which is good, because the room price is unresonably higher). Not a five star hotel, maybe 4 star.

It is very difficult to find a clean table in the dining room if you don't come to diner early. Highly overpriced.

Review 20：This is not a 5star hotel but a 4star addressed to the needs of masstourism (mostly coming from Easter Europe: Russia, Ukraine, Bulgaria,Romania, Serbia etc.). Some suites on the ground floor have serious dampproblem (damp odor is more than obvious even by walking outside therooms). No Wi-Fi in the rooms and a problematic one in the lobby, pooland beach bar area. Almost impossible to find an umbrella/sun bedafter 08:30 am (hotel beach staff permits sun bed reservation by lettingpeople put sea towels on the sun beds, then leaving and coming backwhenever they please - towels are removed by staff only in the evening -this is a deplorable policy). In general the hotel is very expensive forthe area and the provided services. There are much better and cheaperchoices in Halkidiki.

Review 21：Staff was willing to help. Breakfast, dinner and room-cleaning servicewas ok. Beach was ok and waters clean (tip: instead of swimming in frontof the hotel's umbrellas and sun beds where there are a lot of rocksand urchins [sea hedgehogs], walk about 150 meters to the right and swimin front of a hotel-restaurant-beach bar named Villa George, where thereare no rocks in the seabed which is covered with sand and thin gravel.

Review 28：I was absolutely satisfied :) there is no evening animation programme in the hotel, but you may always go to the nearest towns - taxi 6 euro one way, around 2 km.

Review 29：We travelled 2 families with kids (6 people in total:)). We were so pleased with hospitality and kindness of staff (special thanks to George - Hotel Manager, he is super professional!, to Jana - sports trainer, to Stathis - receptionist and Ilias - barman). We stayed 3 weeks and had a feeling of beeing in a family. The territory is big enough, amazing, very green, with beautifyl flowers and garden. The sea and the beach are fantastic. Crystal clean water and micro stones. the sunbads and the umbrellas are very comfortable. No crowd, no noise, no rush. Absolute relax. I DO recommend this Hotel.

Review 30：Price is high when compared with the facility and restaurant. You pay for 5 star hotel but actual is not 5 star especialy food. For Turkish people it is hard to find main course at dinner which is suitable, everything is mixed with pork meet, 1 night we had to eat only cheese and bread because 4 main dishes were pork and the last one was cuttlefish. You are not able to find famous greek food in the restaurant, salad bar is very poor. Beach bar was exteremly expensive simple frappe was 4,5 euro where you drink for max 3 euro at other places in Greece. Some rooms were renewed but other parts of hotel are very old furnished. If you do not have a car you will stuck in the hotel without anyother activity because it is away from center. Although we paid 30% of the bill at reservation stage, we were asked to pay the whole amount during check in, this is not correct, since they have all out credit card info they should wait until the end of our stay to ask fir the balance. Wifi is very poor, only at lobby and pool area with low signal. Pool is bit clean, always flies and leaves over the water and fir 4 nights I did not see any pool cleaning.

Review 31：Location and sea is very good, but there are better beaches in this area. Staff is very helpfull, rooms are very large for parents sleeping with their children in the same room. Live music for nights at bar area. Very good mini club is available. Mr. Fotis at Guest Relations is perfect, go and find him and ask for advices, places to visit. There was a bottle of vine in our room as a welcome gift. Wr did not have any problem during check in everything was on time

Review 48：Perfect location of the hotel, away from the crowded beaches of Hanioti, Pefkohori... The beach is very well organised, new sunbeds, clean water, beach bar.. However, you need to stay up very early in the morning to place your towels in sunbeds, otherwise you will not find available place at the hotel beach.. The gardens are beautiful! We enjoyed to walk around and count trees of figs, bananas, olives, limes, kumquats and oranges.. Food at breakfast rich, but coffee was poor.. Enough parking in shadowed area, that was very nice. Personnel very polite and kind, but it was obvious that there are not enough of them to keep the service quality on 5 stars claimed hotel.

Review 53：Let me just begin by saying our stay at Kassandra Palace Hotel was byfar the most disappointing holiday we have ever had and it was due tothe extremely bad services and extremely poor value for money we havereceived from this hotel. We have stayed there for 7 days (8th of August-15th of August) and we have booked 2 rooms with a garden view (a 2-person and a 3-person room) paying in total 2.800 euros, thus 400 euros a night with breakfast included. From the check-in we were a bit disappointed, as you could clearly see the hotel was quite old (old carpets, the reception looks like it's a snapshot of the 90s), not what we were expecting from booking it on-line.THE ROOMS The 3-person room was a complete rip-off as it was actually a 2-person room with an extendable sofa - not what we were expecting when we specifically booked a 3-ADULT room. The sofa was extremely tiny and it had literally a rolling wooden table with some material on it as an extension and could not fit me (the smallest one - I have 170cm) in the bed. It was extremely uncomfortable and I could barely sleep in it. I have noticed I had loads of bites after sleeping on that bed after my first night and then the second night I have noticed I was getting bit every time I got in the bed, so I asked my boyfriend to sleep there the next night. As expected, he got full of bites as well and after checking the room thoroughly for any other bugs, we realized we were bitten by BED BUGS. Which of course, is exactly what anyone would expect when paying for a 5* hotel, right? But this, of course, as I said was just the beginning.This so-called bed also broke twice and I had to tell the reception about 3 times before they even did anything to it. The first time they temporarily fixed it, they didn't even bother replacing it and the second time I just quit trying to get this situation solved as I it clearly had no end. The air-conditioning in the room did not work.

Room Tip: rooms in the hotel next door are probably better.

Review 62：The reception is a nightmare. We arrive to the hotel at 14:30 althoughthe check in time should be 14:00 , we waited until 13:45 . We bookedgarden view , deluxe double room , they gave us twin single bedstandard room with garage view. They call it garden because of thetrees at the garden , l guess . And the don't have any standardroom , they all name standard rooms as deluxe room ! The receptionstaff is very helpful especially Ms.IRINA , except reception manageryoung man! He is so rude to the guests and he can easy show his angerto this collages in front of the customers. According to my experiencehe thinks that we are customers and guests . The breakfast menu was theterrible menu that l have seen. It is the worst feta cheese that l eatat Halkidiki. No need to spend time and breakfast at the hotel. Go somewhere in the nearest village and eat feta cheese pie which is muchdelicious and cheaper. When you order something like french fried itcan take 30 min to get it if you are lucky. I am planing my next tripat september but never this hotel.

Review 64：the staff was under huge pressure from the management instead pleasing the guests. no flexibility and too strict rules for a summer holiday place to be. they even had video surveillance in the restaurant. I hope the management will learn that summer holiday resort is place where to much rules and discipline is killing. The 5 star hotel should have INTERNET available. we spent a lot of money on roaming gprs to send our critical emails. They should not advertise it at least. Not sure if the rooms were 5 star. Be careful with how they name the rooms and picture they relate with it.

Our room (879)was spacious and comfortable but noisy as it was closed to main road, especially on Saturday night.I guess other rooms must be more quiet.

Review 68：Well, the worst was the restaurant. In almoust every day somebody complain about it for good reasons. The food is bad and how it is organised can ruin your good mood. On the beach be careful you can be ingered by sea urchins ( they are a lot and not only on notice in this regards exist), also look out on wasps!!!
