Review 1：told where to park & assured parking was free to guests. left after 19 hours & had to pay 5020 forint (nearly £15.00) to get car from car park. New years day, one staff at hotel & none at car park. Plus nobody available to translate or help with the problem. Added nearly 50% to the cost of the room. Not happy.

Review 3：A bit of dust can be found here and there, bed linen has outlived its life long ago. The service is what's outrageous. They never answered any of my emails before arrival (not even with "Sorry, we can't do this!"). When we arrived the reception desk was empty (and it was all the time btw), then a guy arrived, asked my name, gave me the keys and left w/o saying more than 10 words: we got WiFi password in a couple of hs by accidentally meeting him on street. And finally upon leaving and paying they tried to charge us EUR 5 more than agreed in booking (which is not so simply detectable when they count in forints), luckily I had my tablet with the confirmation in it.
Review 4：Excellent location in the middle of downtown - that is if you want to visit many places in and around Miskolc (like Diosgyor, Lillafured and Tapolca). Decent rooms and tiny but ok breakfast (you choose a dish out of 6 from the menu).

Review 7：For 4 days we asked several times daily for the remote to turn on the air conditioner but we never got one. Sheets, duvet, and pillow case and pillow worn out. Noise, smoke, and food odors from restaurant came up to room through the window by the ceiling which opened only a couple of inches.
Review 8：The owner was friendly and the house keeper was extremely friendly and very helpful. The location was great.
Review 9：Parking in the town generally is confusing as machine didnt work. I think there was some Hotel parking but this was not explained. Bathroom was a bit tatty but adequate. Room was cold on arrival but we managed to turn it up. Sheets werre polyester which isnt very comforatble. Breakfast isnt very inspiring. I dont think the lady liked us too much as each morning she moved us from one to table to another.
Review 10：The location is great. Staff were, once we got over the language problems and the normal Hungarian grumpiness, very nice and efficient. The pizzas are really good and cheap and the beer was excellent. Great place to explore Miskolc from.
Review 11：By car it was hard to find (located on a pedestrian street), besides parking is still at other address. Though a very helpful guy showed how to get there. Strange that breakfast has to be chosen from menu which limits the options.

Review 18：I stayed in a twin bedded room and the beds were for children. If I turned in the bed my knees or feet were hanging off at the side. Beddings was also minimal.
Review 19：- absolutely no one speaks English or any language other than Hungarian, even order breakfast is very difficult and you never get what you want - the whole hotel stinks terribly and the bedclothes looks like dirty - interiors look like they have 100 years - despite the fact that you can pay in Euros they do not have the money to spend the rest definitely not recommend this place
