We can clearly hear people around were chatting outside, or quarreling to each other. Every kind of voice was so clear. However, the most unsatisfied part was the breakfast!! The receptionist then told me the type of room I had booked was not available and I would have to pay more. I said that was not my problem and low and behold they located the type of room booked At just after 5.30am I was awoken by water coming through my ceiling all over me ,my mobile etc. When I went to reception and he came all he could say is where is it coming from. I had to ask to be moved to a dry room. By the time it was sorted I was wide awake.

Room is so small that if you want to open the the wardrobe, can't get to the bed. Water pressure too weak. A lot of better hotels near the airport and some of them at a better price.

Review 72：First night police was out and police together with the receptionist made so much noise, even worse than the other "problematic" guests, could only go to sleep at 2 am. Doors are not sealed at all, even the light from the corridor comes through. In the morning there were no breakfast that was said to be complimentary and had to wait 30 minutes, chase staff as receptionist did not help at all. We traveled with a toddler and a teenager... Next night similar issues, police and staff making lots of noise, no apologies again. We wanted to submit a complain but they said they had no book to record it and anyway they had a "what could I do? it wasn't my fault" attitude and even got upset that we were unhappy. We had to asked them to say "sorry" at least. They did not let us check out properly, so we could not pay with the credit card we wanted to and they charged our card we used for booking without informing us. We were very disappointed and exhausted so we just left after having the argument with the receptionist who got upset because we complained. Terrible customer service, dodgy and unsafe location that we were not aware of.

Review 78：Room was very hot so we needed the windows wide open, but it was right on a busy road so very noisy. The shower curtain was not long enough so even with the door closed the water flooded the room. Bathroom was new but had a ridiculously sized sink, so tiny it was hard to brush your teeth let alone fill up the kettle. The single bed was rock solid and very uncomfortable. Breakfast was ok but not great, more choice is needed and we had to ask for everything as there wasn't much left (there was still 1.5 hours of breakfast time to go). Staff were helpful in replacing items. We paid £70 for the night and thought it was very overpriced.

Nice Bar area to relax, huge breakfast room for full English breakfast served by a wonderful lady and the man at the desk helped me get a Taxi back to Heathrow for ten pounds flat fee. Great price. All you need for an overnight.

I arrived before check in time and sat in Bar area, the staff member checked me in as soon as my room was ready. The room had a double bed against a wall (no problem for me as I was travelling solo), own ensuite facilities. The room looked onto a storage area (again no problem for me as I only wanted to sleep). Hot drink facilities, free wifi and clean towels. The bed and room were clean, although some finishing touches could make it a little prettier, but I have no complaints as all I wanted to do was sleep. Managed to get a parking space and didn't get disturbed through the night, had to check out early so didn't get to have the breakfast. For me - it was just what I required, good location to Heathrow, very reasonable price, clean bed and hot shower. I'm not interested in complaining about anything for what I paid for the night.
Review 109：On our first morning there we got to the dining room at about 8:45 and there was little food left ,no staff were around and when we finally saw one we asked for some more and was simply told there was no food left and nothing could be done as we had come 'too late' yet in the room it said breakfast was served till 10am .The guy simple had no interest , me and the kids we left to have some cereal and orange juice .Had to make a trip to McDonalds for a filling breakfast afterwards. NB:It would be easier if staff wore a uniform or a badge so they could be easily spotted and separated from guests as it is difficult when one wants help to know who is who if they are dressed in trainers,jeans and hoodies.
Review 110：The rooms and bath were clean,beds comfortable and we had access to additional pillows if we needed any and we never had to call to ask for things like tissues or irons. The lady at the desk on our check out day was very pleasant and nice .She had the right attitude one would expect for front line staff.She couldn't do enough for us.

The hotel is a bit of a ways from any tube stations, and fairly far from central London. I chose the hotel because of it's proximity to Heathrow airport, but a bus from Heathrow was longer than I expected (maybe I was on the wrong direction bus?).
Review 112：This hotel was located on the bus line, and conveniently next door to a Sainsburys. While the mattresses were not soft, they were a happy change from 22 hours of flying. Staff were fine with my late arrival, and breakfast (beans, toast, eggs, sausages, tea, etc) was filling enough to get me to lunch. I had a bathroom to myself, and was able to spread out more than I could in a hostel.

But the staff were very plesant, the room was clean, a 24hr bar and concierge. The breakfast is basic but FREE. I am used to staying in snobby hotels but after staying here, it just proves your only paying for the name. I'd stay here again with no hesitation. (Wish I'd tried this place before)
