Review 1：Rooms are quite small. We asked for a third bed which was very uncomfortable and small (short) besides that everything else was great

Review 3：The hotel is far from any attractions but there is a bus stop just in front of the hotel. A bit expensive but worth it if you want a few lazy days by an amazing pool.

Review 10：Can't ask for more the this. Me and my girlfriend wanted to go out to our first vacation. So I started to look over good reviews over the Internet to a good hotel in Rodos. After long searching I was finding this hotel in the top of the rating and after this vacation I can understand why. First of all the location, it's 15 minutes for the airport and 15 minutes from the old city (take the bus in 2.5euro instead the taxi in 25..) The hotel have private beach and perfect swimming pool. You don't really need to leave the area during the day to find other beach. For me in vacation the important thing is the food and I can tell you right now that this is the best part of this hotel. You have everything you can imagine and in the best quality you can find. I will recommend you to the the HB deal because the breakfast is perfect and you have many kind of food to try.. And you better go during the day the Hang around the city, but if after all you decide to stay in the hotel you have wonderful restaurant next to the pool/beach that you can order from there and the price are kind and respectful. The crew of this hotel are professional in the term of hotels. You don't need to ask anything more then 1 time and sometimes it's happening before you really asked :) We enjoy staying at the Palladium Leisure & Wellness hotel and definitely will comeback again.

Review 11：I should say that these disadvantages didn't spoiled our holidays: - two separate beds instead of one big, - air condition was too noisy, - furniture and decoration looks old, - on hair dryer we found hairs, - spa procedures took a little bit more then 1 hour bu we paid for 1.5, - stony beach, - most guests are mature couples.

Review 19：A few glitches (some can be avoided) and the reason for giving the hotellower rate on facilities and value: 50 minute massages in the spa rangedfrom 35 minutes to 45 minutes (this is the one thing we complained aboutwith reception who ran a quick "arbitration" process betweenme and the spa. I lost); kids pool is way too small and shallow;activities for kids are limited to a corner with some crayons (invitingkids to color rocks). The other not too many activities (darts,volleyball...) are for teenagers and up; food and drinks in hotelgrounds are too pricey (with no near alternative...); we're five sowe had to book to rooms. I asked for them to be next door to each other.Did not happen.

Review 20：Stayed there mid-August for five days with the family (three kids).Excellent location (close to Rhodes, water park, not too far from Valleyof Butterflies...). Big nice clean pool and right on the beach which isalso well maintained with a sea that is always wonderful this side ofthe island. Service was great with an always smiling and greeting staff.

Review 32：Room is not big and decoration do not look like 5-star hotel in my opinioin. Also strange that in 5-star they ask you to pay for bathrobe and for slippers. We were initially checked in a room with CRT TV. Beach is stony, so it is not very comfortable to get into water, unless you have special shoes.

The girls at reception were extremely friendly and helpful especially Voula. Our suite was just beautiful. The food was of a very high standard in all restaurants. The location was great as it was handy to the centre. Overall we had a great stay.

Review 45：The pool was too cold, so we could not enjoy it. The only problem in the wifi was when you had not used the phone, the wifi would shut down so you cannot know if someone were looking for you. Although the wifi was connecting automatically as soon as you start to use the phone, still, until you didn't use the phone, you couldn't know if someone were looking for you.

Crackled furniture in the room - Found a coakroach in the bathroom - We booked a seaview room but got a room at level -1 with only a garden view - For a 5 Stars hotel: (1)There is no Tea & Coffee amenities in the room, (2)Mini-Bar is empty, (3)Toilet kit provided very basic, (4)All 3 restaurants on the pool serve the same food - When I complained about the room view the client service told me to contact my travel agent - No restaurants and shops near the hotel

Review 56：Personel is very rude, dress code for dinner was not indicated by booking.com and unfortunatly we lost one lugage while traveling. my husband had No casual cloth with him, ( had to buy some in the hotel) and they had No understanding we had to dinner after 20:30 and dinner finishes at 21:00. Although we already paid for it. They even didnt care about our baby she should have her dinner at 19:30. Becouse she sleeps at 20:00 any way we kept her aweak.mini club was not active, they even didnt change the daily program. Nothing was greek, we supposed to hear maybe any greek music to remmer being in a greek eiland

Review 65：This is one of the big clubs / resorts that line the coast betweenRhodos and Faliraki: huge hotel with activities, beach, swimming pool,etc. Not necessarily bad but depends on what you're looking for: youdon't need to leave the hotel with this kind of place, and youwon't have a traditional / true Greek experience.Concerning the actual hotel: I was very disappointed by the yoga class, which was not given by an actual yoga teacher at all.

Review 69：- Room & bathroom didn't match the 5 stars at all. Room was like a 3 stars and in our 9 nights it seemed to me the room wasn't vacuumed. And the bathroom was a 2 stars definitely. - Price was so very expensive for quality of room (260 Euros average per night). We can tell this because before our stay here we stayed in the Intercontinental in Athens (5stars as well, £130 p/night) and everything was exceptional, worth and more cheaper!!! - We never got the WIFI in the room! All guests had to go to the lobby to "try" to get it, I was able to get it just few times due to many people using it there...

Review 75：Everything at the hotel was outstanding. The food was so good we probably gained a few extra kilos by just looking at it. Great variety and flavor. The staff was extremely professional and kind. One time my wife could not make it to breakfast due to sickness and I asked the staff if I could bring up some food. The waiter´s manager came over to me and said that I could pick whatever and they could deliver it to her room. Then at dinner a different manager came over to me concerned and asked if my wife was ok since she did not come with me. He then gave me his personal number and said that I could call him any time before closing to arrange room service for her. We have never experienced anything like this before. In addition to that there were plenty of activities happening at the hotel so rather than exploring the island we barely left the hotel on our honeymoon. I particularly enjoyed playing soccer every day as it was arranged by the hotel.

Review 76：We had a wonderful experiance due to the very good attitude of all of the hotel staff, from the greetings with a smile from the room cleaners to the dinning room staff- especialy a cheif called Tenassis, that gave us a most welcoming feeling.

Review 100：We had rooms at sixth floor with great view of the sea. Rooms are big, clean and service is perfect. Also swimming pools, access to the beach, bars and restaurant are perfect.

Review 101：I didn,t like the resposiveness from the hotel . Before I went there I asked about to be travelling with my child of 7 years old and with would be possible to stay the tree of us in a same bad avoinding estra bed expenses. I never receive the answer back . In the first night it was almost 1 :00 am when I returned to the hotel and noticed that the key room was out of service. They made this to communicate that extra cost should be charged due to the extra bad > It was not fare .
