Review 1：The tennis court and equipment were very tired. Desserts could have been improved.

Review 2：The animation staff was so much fun and engaging. The food was diverse and fresh. The facilities were spotlessly clean. Spacious room. Great value for the money.

Review 7：The bedding ! Although very clean it was not at all comfortable the pillows particularly were most un comfy. To say the suite was a junior suite it was a little tired and dated. We chose this hotel for its spa and gym facilities but the equipment was so dirty it was un pleasant to use which was a shame.

Review 8：The entrance to the Hotel was very welcoming with all its plants and flower the pool glimmering in the evening was lovely. On arrival late at night there was a problem with our room, we were disappointed but were given some complimentary spa treatments to compensate. It was very clean and the staff very helpful and friendly. Jacuzzi on the balcony was really lovely.The fridge was great for keeping cold water.The food was very nice and plentiful.

Review 9：superb resort, amenities, relaxing, beach, facilities, big spacious room, Jacuzzi. Only thing is we were vegetarian so very less option to eat. but dinner at olives restaurant was best.

Mine was a business cum leisure trip which could have been made so much nicer and we would have gone back to the hotel next year.

Review 13：The food was poor quality. The entertainment (animation) was amateur. The "quadruple/family rooms" are mostly on the ground floor, so they are noisy and also very low quality. There was also a lot of noise from the hallways on all floors.

Review 17：Room doors slam extremely loud and curtains do not darken enough the room: no place for (late) sleepers! Wifi is free and available almost everywhere, but in "rush hours" it gets too slow to be of use. The seafront is split in beach and concrete sides: the beach side has an insufficient number of umbrellas and beds, which are also quite old. There is no availability of fresh fruit (except melon and watermelon) or fruit juices.

Review 18：Wonderful view. Big room with very large terrace. Beautiful sea. Very friendly staff. Minimarket available in the hotel. Good food, abundant and variable. There is a bar at the beach. Swimming pool seems also nice (we didn't use it).

Review 19：The food wasn't that great. The family room is literally in front of the pool, so you actually can't do much (if you know what I mean) with the curtain open without been watched.

Review 30：Meals and snacks cleared out 15 minutes before actual end times. Spaarea and indoor swimming pool had to be reserved in advance - use islimited to one hour per booking and costs an extra 10 euros perperson. We only booked for a weekend, and there were no appointmentsavailable when we checked in. A la Carte restaurants are closed onSunday and no booking was possible during our weekend stay. Verylittle to do if the weather is bad at the hotel. Bathrooms and roomsvery dated, not luxury 5 star.

Review 57：Beds were uncomfortable. Hard, thin mattresses. If they had thick soft beds with good bedding I would have rated them higher across the board! Bathrooms not very modern either. I only point this out because it had a 5 star rating. I felt it was a nice 3 star. Not the luxury I expected. One rude, disorganized woman checked us in, every other staff member was fantastic!

Review 62：The manager of the hotel - rude! Most of the staff were unprofessional, felt like we were at school watched by teachers. The hotel is very big and hard to navigate due to lack of directions. The lifts kept cutting out while in it, so after couple of days we stopped using it to not be trapped in. The water being cut off, mostly in the afternoons when most of the guests went to take showers before dinner. And when there was water in the tabs it was yellow, so we had to run it for a while until it changed to the normal water colour. Child's pool wasn't safe due to broken tales around the pool. It is not possible to pay with a card at any of the bars nor restaurant. If you are a tea drinker better bring your own with you, the one served by the hotel is non drinkable. The bed was uncomfortable, day to day cleaning of the room was unsatisfactory. It wasn't what you would expect of 5 star hotel. We were there with a group of friends and we all agreed it was worth 2 stars. The hotel was a big disappointment.
