Review 1：no balcony in the entire hotel - for that money i just assumed a balcony and was very disappointed when we did not have one. Also the pool is not nice at all. Unfortunatly I can not recommend this hotel.

Review 7：It was 35C outside at midnight and the air conditioning only cooled down the room to about 29C. We were schwitzing in there! Even though we got one of the newer rooms in my opinion, it wasn't warranted the extra cost as the basic service is the same

Review 9：Pool not exclusive to hotel and couldn't open windows as too noisy. Some of staff not helpful with wifi connection issue as not consistent with good signal in rooms. Breakfast was poor,unadventurous and restricted. Strange variety which lacked variation, on 1 occasion a moth flew out of the cornflakes which is unexceptable thankfully it was on the last day as if it was earlier on in the holiday that would of put me off altogether. Not much fruit only sliced melon and pineapple for 10 days, scrambled eggs for 10 days. No sausage bacon or potatoes,mushrooms once. Allocated seating in dining room which didn't work as most people just sit where they want first thing in the morning,we were asked more than once for identification at breakfast although we recognised staff that asked us, pointless and a security risk. It honestly felt like they had no interest in satisfying us with breakfast although price of room included it.we ate out on a few occasions as couldn't face the monotony. We we not asked once if all ok other remotely attentive. 1 more thing the reception was boiling no air con.

Review 12：At no point throughout our 5 night stay did they clean our rooms. They came in, and replaced the wine we had drunk from the mini bar- basically ensuring we spent as much as possible. They didn't give us clean towels, loo roll, or change our sheets. The outside area of the pool is a bit of a mess- the pool doesn't catch the sun at any time of day. I don't think the cost we paid for the hotel was worth it at all. I wouldn't stay there again.

Stayed at this hotel whilst a festival was on, thought it would be better then staying on site at the festival, it was a good idea as the town was so nice we only visited the festival a couple of days because there were so many things tisno had to offer. Renting a motorboat to see the small islands (no license needed) Going on a boat cruise to see the beautiful national parks. Visiting the waterfalls. Drinking to live music in tisno. Eating mussels and fine seafood at a nice restraunt. They had aircon and wifi in the room and they cleaned the room everyday. Cracking hotel over looking the water. Ps. Vicky your the greatest.lol

Review 17：Aircon never worked and very noisy from outside having to leave the window open. This considered I feel it was way too expensive.

Review 19：The staff were so friendly, welcoming and accommodating. The hotel is joined with a cafe that serves the best seafood pizza and has the friendliest staff. Highly recommended.

Review 20：The info on the web site said public parking available, it is, and it's next to the hotel but you have to pay for it. Also you can pay for reserved parking for hotel. The free parking is quite a walk away if you have luggage. It would be great if they put the info about public parking rates on the site, so it's easy to decide the best option. Thank you.

Review 21：Tisno was a lovely quiet place to stay when we were there (early June) and nice to walk around. It's fairly close (via car) to Krka National Park. The hotel was very clean, nice breakfast with plenty to choose from in the buffet. The pool was good. We also ate at a lovely restaurant nearby called Toni's.

Review 32：well, there is always something to improve : you need a toaster for the breakfast and a smile for some reception attendants! And our stay would not have been the same had we kept the first night room (too small!)

Review 38：Rooms are very small for what you pay and none of the rooms have a balcony. Quite expensive for what you get compared to local rented apartments.

Review 39：Hotel was adequate for our needs though we were disappointed not to have had a balcony to sit out on in an evening. The rooms are also VERY small although the hotel has recently been refurbished to a good standard. I don't think we would stay here again as although apart from the above the hotel was fine, there are a multitude of apartments for rent in the area which offer much better value and space.

Review 40：The staff we very rude and standoffish. When we arrived the check in system was not working and they would not let us into our room until it was fixed; after having got up at 4.30am to take the flight, followed by a 2 hour bus journey that was far from ideal and it was extremely unreasonable that there was no flexibility regarding allowing us into our room. When we checked out, we asked them to look after our luggage to the day; we later returned to find it had been left in the middle of the reception and was completely unattended. The bedroom was extremely, almost unbearably hot, with no air conditioning, or even a fan to cool the room down. Their website describes the hotel as luxury- this is a complete misrepresentation.
