Review 1：Best location in the beautiful heart of the city, friendly and helpful staff, cosy and comfortable in winter. It's easy to use public transport to get to and from the hotel. As others have noted, from the railway take a tram to the 'Városház tér' tram stop and then walk back about 100 metres. Buy your ticket from the driver using exact change, and make use of the free public wifi on the trams.

Review 2：The reproduced maps were so blackened, we could not use them. Welcome reception upon checking in was not warm as I desperately needed to use a restroom after a four hour drive!

Review 4：breakfast was 7 - 10 but i went at 9.15 and was told it was finished, when i pressed i resentfully got some coffee and toast but they didnt seem very keen on doing any more. i complained and got the charge knocked off.

Review 11：Tiled steps leading from reception to the eating area. Hard to see if you come from the bright outside into the darker reception. Very easy to fall down.

Review 12：Easy to find from the railway station. Take tram 1 or 2 to Varoshaz Ter. Passing the hotel on the right it is a 100yds walk back to the hotel. Receptionist is very helpfull. The old Ganz lift is fun. The rooms are basic and clean. The wifi was good

Review 14：The hotel is right in the centre of the city, close to shops and restaurants. However the train station is a tram ride away. I didn't stay in the main hotel but in one of the annex apartments some 50 metres away but this was comfortable. The bar is something to see!! It's like something out of Star Trek!!

Review 15：On Booking.com it says we had to pay for reserved parking. We reserved but there was no parking to be had. The hotel said they don't charge for parking. We found a place 300 meters away. This was our second time and last. Lamp shade in the room was burned from the heat of the bulb. I hope you don't need internet

Review 27：The Hotel should increase the WIFI speed as when I was online I found that the page that I want to open took long time to open , when I back to Budapest it is open easily and fast . It will be more good if the Hotel can provide information about attractive place to their guest .

Review 33：Cold coffee at the breakfast each day???? Lack of an ordinary shower stall in the bathroom. Tram noise could be heard ealy in the morning since our room was facing the main street.

Good air con system in room and also free wifi connection.Breakfast was freshly made to order but choice is a bit limited compared to others we have stayed in. Also there are no tea making facilites in the rooms, however there is a mini fridge which we found useful for keeping drinks cool. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Review 36：We stayed one night, the main reason for choosing this hotel was theexcellent location. In the middle of the pedastrian zone, next to themain street, all sights of Miskolc are within reach.Our double room was spacious, clean and well-equipped, breakfast was OK. Make sure to ask about parking if you arrive by car, as the hotel garage was full during our stay. Altogether it was a positive experience, recommended.
