Review 1：Very basic room, no coffee maker or kettle Bed was hard Rooms are not cleaned daily and no cleaning supplies are available TV did not work properly Pay parking is off-site and is at about $ 1 per hour (5 Kuna per hour)

Review 9：I really wouldn't rate this property at all. A friend and I were travelling through Croatia and spent one night here. The rooms were completely different to the images displayed on booking.com as in that they appeared much nicer but in reality our room was nothing like the pictures, so I would consider this false advertising. The bathroom was extremely small and pokey and the shower only had a shower curtain around it which made it virtually impossible to avoid getting the floor soaking wet when showering. 2 hand towels were only provided so it was quite hard to clean up any excess water after a shower. To make matters worse there were 3 wooden steps leading from the bathroom to the bedroom which were extremely dangerous when wet (unavoidable to get wet due to water on the bathroom floor from the shower). My friend who was travelling with me was coming down these steps with care and slipped and bruised her knee and elbow badly. I think the fact that the steps were shiny wooden steps made them more inclined to be slippery. The owner arrived up the next morning to ask if we had broken something in the room as he had heard the bang the following night when my friend fell down the steps. We explained that she had fallen down but he did not appear that concerned. Considering the cost of accommodation in Croatia the price for the night was only OK. It was €63 euro for a double room but we stayed in other much better accommodation at a cheaper price so I would consider it a bit overpriced for what it was. Location wise the property was good and not too far from the bus station.There were quite a few steps to climb to get to the property but this was due to the way the city is laid out etc. The owner did keep our luggage for the day while we looked around the city which was very helpful but to finalise I really would not recommend this property.

Review 10：Nothing was a problem for us.

Review 11：It was as described and exactly what we expected as experienced travellers. The breakfast which is available at a quayside restaurant was very good value. As previous guests and the owner have said the there is an easy way to approach from the bus station. Take note of the directions given.

Review 12：1. Too many utensils are missing. No mugs, no boiler (I asked for one), towels are super small (almost hand towel size), no freezer, no tea or coffee or anything at all to greet us. 2. It was hard to find the owner. I tried to find him before we left but couldn't so we just left the keys on the desk and the door open. 3. Windows are hard to keep open because of the people walking down the street that can "peek" in your room at any time so you have to keep the AC on. 4. Noise - too much noise. We could hear every single word coming from every person walking down the street (our same level) and the guy snoring in the room in front of us :)

Review 13：Location is perfect. The apt is located in the heart of Sibenik (also called the "city of steps" :) ) Everything is a couple steps away (maybe a little more lol) The apt is very clean, the bed was comfy enough and the owner changed our towels and threw out the trash every day which was a plus.

Review 14：This pension is well located but difficult to find and management provide very little advice on how to find it and where to park. When we arrived and finally found the address which is actually not difficult as it is off one of the main streets we found Ivo on his way out if we had arrived 1 minute later he would not have been there. He took us to another address not far away well when we saw the building and dilapidated door we were very concerned about the accommodation. However the room had been recently refurbished and was very spacious lots of facilities although I don't think many of them worked like the TV and washing machine. The bed mattress was very poor soft and very thin. Ivo provided very little advice on what to do and where to eat although he did give us the name of 2 restaurants nearby a map and directions in where to park info that would have been useful before we arrived. The parking is located on the main road as you drive in opposite the theatre it's an open car park and very full K10/ hr there was air conditioning but no coffee and an empty fridge. Don't drive down to water and marina as the traffic is horrendous and really the best thing to do is park at the public car park and walk down There are also a lot of stairs to walk up to the old city from there.

Review 15：Great place. Only a few steps to Cathedral of saint James. Very helpful staff. Breakfast is on main promenade near the sea (need to walk for a while). If you are driving car, you need to find parking place somewhere else, because the apartment is in closed area - pedestrian only. Świetne miejsce. Tylko kilka kroków do katedry św. Jakuba. Bardzo pomocna obsługa. Śniadania są przy głównej promenadzie przy morzu - trzeba się chwilę przejść. Jeżeli przyjechałeś samochodem, to musisz go zaparkowac gdzieś indziej, bo apartament znajduje się w strefie zamkniętej dla samochodów.

Review 16：The bathroom fan was extraordinarily noisy. Towels provided were only hand towels.

Review 17：Location was great, apart from the walk with the luggage from where we were able to park motorbikes. Owners very friendly and helpful.

Review 18：Parking fee from 7a.m. to 11 p.m. 7 days a week. Parking is about 5 minutes walk down and up the stairs and slippery alleys along indistingly named streets (easy to get lost in first time). The fridge hidden in wardrobe (without freezer) it was rather warming up than cooling the products. The satelite TV is mostly for Germans or English speaking information lovers. Review 31：Clean, comfortable room in the heart of Sibenik's old town. It was an easy walk from the bus station and just steps from great restaurants and sightseeing. Pretty the owner was very friendly, too.

Review 32：Absolutely lovely place, right in the middle of the city. The owner is so nice, so welcoming and really helpful, gave us lots of tips of where to go, places to eat and marked out where everything was.

Review 33：We had a VERY noisy 'neighbour' in the house next door who made it impossible for us to sleep. A better description is needed of how to get to the Pansion. The parking is far and public (I worried for our luggage left in the car). If you take the wrong street on your way to the Pansion, you're off to climb a HUGE number of stairs, which is exhausting with heavy luggage and in high temperatures.

Review 37：The Pansion is only accessible on foot after a longish walk/climb from the nearest parking lot. This is not the place for people with lots of luggage. Breakfast was good - but in a restaurant a five-minute walk away.

Review 45：Towels which they have provided for us were two little hand/ face towels, no body towels for a grownup person. Hair dryer was old but working ok. Internet was non existent, but your salvation could be one of the cafes near by which all have free wi-fi. Furniture was old and there was no any kitchenette facilities, except the mini fridge.

Location was fantastic and in the heart of old city surrounded with some of the most important sight seeing spots in the city.

The pansion is located in the 'vertical' old town, where the narrow streets and tall buildings jostle for space and create an atmosphere of ageless antiquity. We loved staying here and would have no hesitation in recommending it to others.

It has the best possible location (notice that you cannot drive to the Pansion as the city dates back way before the invention of cars) and offers a very comfortable stay. Our host could not have been any friendlier and more helpful. She gave us plenty of tips on what to do/ what to see/ where to eat in the beautiful town of Sibenik and even in other cities in Croatia. All and all a recommendable place.

The staff were very knowledgeable and helpful, keen to show us in detail where all of the main sites were on a map and recommend some good local eating establishments and bars. You were able to come and go exactly as you pleased, and the staff were always keen to make sure your stay was as enjoyable as possible.

Review 111：Our daughters' room, which was also very nice, was in the front part of the house, and we were in the back, and we couldn't visit them without going outside the house and around to the front. The house was located on a hillside, quite a few stairs up from the waterfront.

Review 113：Lovely accommodation, right in the middle of the Old Town. Room was a good size, clean and well appointed with everything you need (fridge, TV, air-conditioning etc). The owners were fantastic!! we got lost trying to find parking so they met us at the Cathedral and walked us through to the apartment, gave us a map and showed the best places to park and eat. Shame we were only there for one night!

Review 114：Kitchenette was provided but had not cooking utensils or pans and had to ask for a frypan so didn't appear that they wanted you to use it. No English channels on tv even when told that we would be able to change satellite not so.

Review 116：i liked everything! when i came, i got lost, and called owners, lady Maja in the second came to find me. pansion is in the heart of the old city just behid the cathedral. it's in very old stone building but it combines old with modern very well. room was great, big bed, bathroom, very clean and cosily, and what was the most important for me it has air conditioning. and for what it offers it's not expensive!

Review 117：Internet was super slow, almost unusable. Lots of stairs from St. James/sea side, although there's an alternative way that we never could quite figure out. Keys and locking the front door is a hassle--you can't really have one person stay in the room and one person go out without locking someone in.

Review 118：Best part was the location. The view from our room was a perfect shot of St. James dome. Definitely an adequate space.
