Review 1：Bathroom had no window so ventilation there wasn't great.
Review 2：Warm, welcoming hosts. Obliging. Best breakfast ever, very cleanly cooked with quality products used. Close to beach and centre of town.

Good WiFi strength. Adequate cupboard and drawers. A quiet house. Only a short walk to the extensive beach with yellow sands . Low price for a comfy single room. Public Library with Museum and cafe.

Review 6：Good value for money accommodation run by Tom and Lorraine who were friendly and helpful hosts. Breakfast each day was delicious and plenty of it - ideal fuel for busy days of sight-seeing in North Wales.

Close to local shops,a highly recommended Chinese restaurant, fish and chip shop and even a social club with entertainment all within walking distant. B&B ran by a lovely warm and welcoming couple who were always willing to help out where ever they could.
Review 15：The wifi was intermittent. When it worked it was great but often it didn't . I was on top floor which could have been a problem with the connection maybe. I also felt that it was a little overpriced compared to other places I stay . I think £50 per night B and B would be more reasonable.

Review 19：As I had a single room I had to share a bathroom which was no problem and this was reflected in the cost which was very good value at £30.00 a night.
Review 20：The friendly feel of the place, Lorraine and Tom made me feel very welcome, house was warm and clean and in a quiet side road where you could park for free and a short walk to the centre of town.
Review 21：Upon arrival I saw that the 'no vacancies' sign was showing, but when asked if full, and told only 2 rooms being used, thought it bad customer service to then put a guest in the smallest room at the top of the hotel, it would have been no trouble and good customer service to move to a bigger room, and not force into a shared bathroom, also, if you only have 2 guests, be a bit more flexible with timings for your guests in terms of breakfast, I find that offering breakfast cooked the night before 'that you can take with you' rather insulting, and in the 'off season' when custom is quite rare, if you can't provide what is booked, then a reduction in tariff would be more than prudent, or a bit more flexibility for obvious business users.
Review 22：Lorraine welcomed me with a big smile. I had booked a room with shared bathroom but upgraded to en suite at the last minute. Wifi was easy to connect with. Warm house, hot water and comfortable room. Breakfast was great too and accomodated for vegies.
