Review 1：Water from tap salty and water smells like the drainage next to hotel. Bedsheet and towel have a bad smell. I can find ear buds used by previous tenants on the floor. Cleanliness is very bad.
Review 2：I dislike the receptionist as she was unfriendly and kinda blur and easily confused. It was the first time I was told to find my room by myself after I checked in. Usually the receptionist or hotel staff will show me the way to the room and some hotels staff will even help me to carry my luggage to my room, however, Hotel Ozone staff didn't do it.
Review 3：Very good location, surrounded by lots of nice restaurants n convenience store. Room is bit small but fit for us..comfortable bed & good wifi. Friendly & helpful staff!

Review 6：Un-carpeted corridor resulting in too much noise from footsteps of people walking. Ambient music is too loud and inappropriately chosen, and can be heard in the rooms and are turned on very early in the morning resulting in loss of sleep. Staff did not provide wifi password.

Review 8：The surroundings. It's located next to a very busy road, there is nothing around apart from a grocery shop. A short taxi ride is needed to get to the closest bar or restaurant.
Review 9：The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room (including bathroom) was very comfortable, very clean, everything looked new. The location close to the airport (but still far enough from its noise) makes it a perfect option for a 1-2 night stay between flights.
Review 10：Arrive around 11pm and there were 2 staffs at the front desk. They were unprofessional; ignored us quite some time, made mistakes, and serve poorly. The shower sink is clogged so it flood everywhere, called the front desk & asked the maintenance to come but they didn't care.

Review 13：Room is very cramped. No carpet in the passage way outside hotel room. Foot steps of every person who walks outside the hotel room can be heard very loudly. In-house music is too loud and can be heard in the room, even after 10pm and as early as 6am. Beddings though clean are not quite soft and comfortable.

Review 15：The hotel start to broadcast music at 7AM through speakers near the bed room! Unbelievable! Rooms are separated by a door: no noise isolation, you can hear people in the room beside talking employees doesn't speak english correctly and are not very professionnal

Review 17：The building is still under construction. My friends' shower floor had been made to slant in the opposite direction so the water did not drain well. Some housekeeping staff did good work in cleaning the room, while others had to be asked to replace our water, and to mop the floor. The walls are not completely sealed between rooms -- I could hear a "couple" in the room next to mine, and I discovered I could see light from their room where our common wall met the outdoor windows.
Review 18：After a five day stay, we opted to extend our stay for the entire month in order to take care of our friend having extensive surgery and rehab at the hospital across the street. I loved the hot shower with strong pressure, sometimes an anomaly in budget hotels in Indonesia. The staff were very friendly and helpful, but I am fluent in Bahasa Indonesia which aided in successful communication of our sometimes odd requests or needs. The location is strategic for those who need to use this hospital. There are a number of Asian restaurants in the same building, and a convenience store.

No fresh juice in Indonesia in a hotel with this price is really surprising (read disappointing). The staff called and asked us for strange and motivated reasons. Their first impression on us was that the hotel was fully booked. We then had to tell them we had already booked. There was no view through the windows, since they covered by the space ship-like exterior. The entrance aside of the malls escalator was slightly non obvious. The construction work of the two floors above was a bit noisy.
