Review 1：I had a need to speak to the General Manager about one issue and this was dealt with efficiently and promptly. I would definitely stay again, when I return to Bogor in January 2016.

Review 2：This is a new hotel to Bogor, and it is very beautiful and clean. Staff are all very friendly, although not many could speak English. The room was lovely and clean, and was serviced well each day. There was a good choice of breakfast each morning, Sunday in particular was very good.

Review 3：The music in the hallway and the sound (ding dong) of the elevator was kind of annoying. We tried to change rooms the first night, but all was full, except a smoking room. The second night there was some construction going on very late, but when we asked about it they stopped immediately so that wasn't a problem anymore. I guess it might be a cultural or personal thing that we like peace and quite in the hotelrooms...so if you're okay with some jingles go there!

Review 7：The parking lot is definetely too small. We were asked to pay for valet service due to full parking spot. Even though the concierge finally help us to deal with this. We were ready for a good night rest yet we have to argue to fight for our right.

Review 10：Very clean place and helpful staff. I realy recomend this hotel and it's good for the price i paied. Looks as new hotel and it might be new. The best of it is the staff.

Review 11：The hotel was newly built this year April 2015, but yet the room floor and toilet have stained that tells me it was not maintained well. The management need to ensure that the cleaning is maintained with high standards else in no time the hotel will not appealed to tourist anymore in future.

Review 15：I really liked their polite and helpful staff in peticular a customer service employee named Aulia Ulfha.l went in for breakfast and she spoke very good English and could not have been more helpful.She even organised for my laundry to get done so that l would look my best for my function l had to attend. When l come back to Bogor l will definately stay here again.
