Review 1：When booked via Booking.com the waterpark is not included in the rate, you have to pay entrance fees The water in the pools was very cold, much colder than the sea water!

Review 2：Perfect value for money, nice complex very well maintained, lots of green grass, very friendly staff. Bus station going to Rhodes town, airport and many beaches in the south is right next to the hotel. Very nice animation program!

Review 5：we were put in a room that seemed to have been built 40 years ago...lots of problems in the bathroom. After complaining, we were moved to a much newer and modern room...world of a difference! Food was average at best.

Review 13：Food was good but a little repetitive still it was the end of the season-no complaints from me. Swimming pool was freezing, sea was warmer. Very badly blood stained divan bed base, loads of large red blood stains.

Review 14：Breakfast, can't fault them on this one at all - the best meal available. Excellent location, beach is very close by and was lovely even in October, sandcastles were built and waves were ridden! Staff were very friendly, the entertainment team worked really hard although Bingo Bingo Bingo every night was taking it a tad too far! Great rep game with the ping pong table and alcohol to pass the rainy afternoon. The army of cleaners did a fabulous job but I did find that the disabled toilet was locked for some random reason on 3 separate occasions in one day/evening and yet not occupied on the last occasion it took a while for a key holder to be found still minor and no disaster! Great Family room we had 405, plenty of space for my wheelchair to get around although a small wood wedge ramp would help for the door entry into the rooms to be independently accessed, but room was faultless. Nice comfortable mattress topper on top of the double bed. On site Photographer took fabulous photos. Reception staff all pleasant and helpful and had a good and enjoyable week.

Also it would have been better for the entertainment to start earlier on an evening time and more different entertainment like comediens or something not dancing girls

Soft drinks of poor quality and variety. Greece produces good taste juices the same applies to ice cream quality. WI FI only in reception.

Review 20：Fantastic hard working staff from reception down to the guy in the pool sunbeds and the lifeguards always available and ready to help. Good food in choice, quality and volume including salads fruit and deserts there was never a moment something was not available . Water park a real treat especially for the children very well organised and again staff everywhere looking after everyone. Our room 722 next to the water park 4*plus. Animation group was very good getting everyone involved.

Review 28：- not 4 stars at all!!! food was low class and quality, its was basicaly the same thing everyday just at different time with different sauce. room was not 4 stars, i would give it a 2 star rating. bed was hard, furniture was old and room was too loud ( the whole hotel was to loud and crowded ). the hotel is families who want to get rid of their kids at the daycare and want chill at the pool.

Review 30：Disappointed with bathroom in room for a couple - only hand-held shower over small bath. (Family room was better equiped with large walk-in shower although no bath.) No kettle in room and water provided for tea is warm not boiling (as is typical for outside of UK). No iron provided. Evening entertainment not to our taste - except for one live band - but many seemed to like it. Overpriced toys that easily break sold in on-site shop.

Review 31：Quiet end of Faliraki so good for families. Many shops within walking distance. Attentive friendly staff, actively made children safe in the water and around site. Good water park and pools. Wide variety of foods of acceptable quality, very well presented, available all day - tables and food areas kept clean. Private balcony (I think on all rooms). Room cleaned well by friendly inobtrusive staff. Not overcrowded (end of May) so no queueing and plenty of seating in lounge, eating areas and around pool. Wi-Fi easy access and not expensive.
