Review 1：Note that the hotel is 15 minutes walk from the city centre. (The walk leads along a busy street, but the hotel is in a quiet residential neighbourhood.)

Review 5：Kind comments for the breakfast staff: eg.. please don't wash the dishes with noise while guests are having a relaxing breakfast in the same room, please don't offer 'bundás kenyér' as option instead of scrambled egg in a 4 star hotel, staff should wear a t-shirt as well not just the shirt.

Review 10：We were given a lovely room with a big balcony with seating area and everything around was spotless clean. A big plus for the different pillow types, it is the only hotel I’ve ever visited that had small pillows so I slept very well during the two nights spent there. The breakfast was very good, with a tasty selection of hot and cold dishes, served in a nicely decorated room.

Review 13：Comfortable, clean rooms, air-conditioning, very friendly and helpful people, free monitored parking. I recommend Topolca aquapark (4-5 km from the hotel), Szeheneyi utca (especially in a sunny day), Lillafured (quite far, we went there by car, it is a beautiful place worth seeing).

Review 14：If you have trouble sleeping at night, ask for a room in the newer section across the street. It's modern and very quiet. Two barking dogs kept me up at night in the older villa.

Review 43：The pet fee (20 euro/night) was unexpectedly high and was disproportionate to the hotel's otherwise reasonable prices.

Review 44：The wifi signal although present was weak in our room. The coffee at breakfast (important for us Canadians) was luke warm not hot and only had milk not cream. Breakfast staff and the food was great though. The toilet seat in our room was a bit cracked and dirty underneath. The two single beds pushed together made a queen but we found this awkward as a couple for sleeping. It seems to be a trend in Hungary though.

Review 45：The location was excellent. Being able to park our rental car inside the fenced yard with automatic gate was very nice. The staff were polite and efficient and the hotel was nicely decorated and was clean. The saunas, gym area and showers were "amazing". The Belgian Beer Cafe one block up the street had great staff and fantastic food which was consistent on 3 visits. We would stay again and recommend this hotel to friends.

Review 46：The room we got was not was we expected at that price. We were in a group and for the same price we got a smaller and cramped room than the others.

Review 60：The reception desk understood some English. (people in Miskolc, Ungarn, understand very, very little English). Quiet street in a recidential area, close to the sports arena and well within walking distance to the city center. Lots of TV channels on my room. Big breakfast. We stayed for several days, and the kitchen soon understood that we wanted ham and cheese omelet every day and made it ready for us just in advance. The near by park is good for jogging.

Review 62：Very good hotel overall. At the reception, I was welcomed in fluent English. The people of the hotel were helpful and friendly. The single room was small, but just the size that I would expect for a single room. There was a large enough closet and a desk/chair. The air-conditioning worked properly. The wifi was perfect (one on every floor). The bathroom was very tidy and clean. Free parking was outside (plenty of space), but guests can also park on the hotel property, behind the gate. The hotel has an elevator. The street was very quiet and also at night there was no noise. I consider it to be a very good hotel to which I would gladly return. (I choose not to have breakfast, so I cannot judge that.)

Review 63：We stayed here for one night only, but we really enjoyed it. Room was spacious, clean. Hotel is beautiful with very nice interior and surroundings. Recommended restaurant was couple of meters away and was also perfect. Internet worked properly with very good signal. Bar was open until we stayed there without any problems. Great! ;-)

Maybe just one thing, but it has nothingto do with the hotel itself - next time I would probably stay in thetown of Eger and not Miskolc, since the spa is better there and the townis more lovely. But this is not because of Levay hotel - that wasabsolutely perfect.

Review 65：This is a very nice and pleasant hotel, clean and quiet. All staff werereally nice and friendly and spoke good English. The hotel is situatedin a nice street with lots of old beautiful villas. There is a big parknearby and a centre is about 10-15 minutes walk (well, it is not reallya "centre" but there are some coffee bars and restaurants where you cango and have your dinner). The Miskolc-Tapolca spa is just 10 mins by carand the way there is very simple. It is also nice to go for a trip toEger (1 hour by car on the motorway) which is a lovely town with verygood spa. You can also visit a castle which is about 20 mins by car fromthe hotel or go to Tokaj to taste its fantastic wine (1 hour by car).So, the hotel is really good and it has a great location for one daytrips and thermal spas visits. I highly recommend this place!
