Review 1：The place is hard to find. There is no signs where to go when you are in village Sveti Martin where Aparatmens are. We arrived around 9 p.m. at Apartaments Lapaz. No one has welcomed us. When we called reception, we received codes to enter our apartment. Inside was very uncomfortable. Ceiling (in kitchen and in the hall) was leaking all night. I am attaching pictures. Bathtub was dirty and smelled bad. We were very tired so we went sleep, but tha was difficult. Walls are thin, so we could hear everyone above us and below us as well. I don't recommend this place to anyone visiting Croatia.

Review 4：Spaceous and comfortable appartment. Aquapark next to the place. Nice option for one-two nights break during trip to Croatia, someone might consider also for wellness stay. Good value/money ratio.

Review 5：First dissapointment was realizing that "whirlpool tub or shower with thermal water" is actually just a shower. In this case shower with poor drain, so slow that it enabled cockroach to clim up. Putting airconditioning on was a challange with a remote control that had no batteries, but taking one from the TV remote and one from receiver remote was a quick solution. Made it a bit tricky when it was time to change TV channels. Same thing with the safe which was also missing batteries and didn't provide much of protection since you could easily take it with you. Swimming pool was more like a muddy puddles.

Review 6：Aparments are really close to the LifeClass Terme Sveti Martin, walking distance, but not worth the money. It's better to take a room in a hotel nearby as then you get access to the swimming pools and better value for your money.

Review 9：Not finished at all. Wires hanging out of walls. Building constructors making a lot of noise during the day.
