Review 1：Towels were quite worn out, no longer white but brownish. Lighting in toilet were dim (not bright enough) especially in the shower area. Wifi not stable, always disconnect.

Review 3：The room was not very clean and had a wired smell coming from the bathroom. The staff didn't speak a little english and I had a very difficult time to communicate with them . Very poor wifi and the worst thing was the room service, it took 3 hours to get me the food I orderd.

Review 9：I was supposed to have free breakfast with my six-night visit, but I was only given two breakfast tokens, both of which were taken on the occasion of the first breakfast. I was able to have breakfast the other days by giving my room number, but I was invoiced for those breakfasts. Also, I had thought that I searched for a hotel with a gym, but this one didn't have one. Also, the hotel has a bad reputation in Jakarta. The night club on the second floor has dancers that strip fully and dance naked under showers. The only indication of this was a 'no photography' sign outside the club.

Review 20：- I booked two rooms with twin beds in this hotel on 26th of August, when I arrived I was properly welcomed. The guy in the reception told me that this hotel doesn't have twin beds I tried to discuss with him but he kept pretending that he doesn't English. The other staff do the same except I'm not sure if they know or not. - WiFi connection is not working most of the time. - The lady in the reception kept hanging up on us because she simply can't talk in English. - The breakfast lacked the variance of options.
