Review 1：It was like coming to eastern Berlin when the wall was still there. Absolutely uninterested staff. Extremely small and basic room. Certainly not worth mentioning.

Review 36：Location is perfect and the view from our room was beautiful. We chose it because it was practical. However it is quite plain just as you can see on the pictures. There was no wifi in the room, although you can access it from the lobby. On a similar note breakfast was simple but had the essentials, the restaurant was fairly good but nothing special. So a practical but not a romantic place. Tge town on the other hand is beautiful. Avoid taking buggies a baby carrier is essential as there are a lot of steps!

Review 37：!St room: no hot water!!! Mold 1 inch thick under new giant globs ofcaulking at tub, All old cracked and grungy!! When they finally came tothe room and believed me that there was no hot water at all(i had beendownstairs 3 times and I think they did not believe me until they cameto inspect?) they changed my room number to room #2 ,(I had tocompletely repack and move all my stuff) this one had hot water but themold was still there and this tub would not drain when I took a showerand the sewer/central drain in the center of the bathroom overflowedall over the bathroom as one tried to drain the bath of water. So theguy had to come again and pour lye in the drain. This helped some but Ihad to be careful not to turn on the water on high or overflow wouldtake place again. The room stunk of lye or some other chemical for 24hours and the tub still filled with water while just showering; and Idid not like standing in diluted smelly lye water!. Obviously the hotelhad had to pour lye down the drain on previous occassions (and obviouslythe lye water bubbled up as the bottom of my tub had very little enamelleft on it;(the finish was eaten off!) the white finish was completelyeroded off so one stood or sat on rough chipped black cast iron showingthrough on most of the tub bottom. I did not complain again as I wasexhausted after the international flight and just endured the next twodays.I Could not read in the room as the lighting was too poor. Thesheets were so thin I could see the stains on the mattress I wassleeping on!(nothing between the very stained mattress and the very thinsheet)....All and all a pretty horrible stay!! Maybe one of thegrungiest, out of date, depressing ill kept hotels of all my experience!(Not the staffs fault; they tried, apologized, looked embarrassed andwere clearly used to the lack of maintenance, but helpless.) The ownershould be removed and this hotel off your list.

Review 39：room we got is not nearly lik the rooms presented in the picture so we probably got some old room and we were one of the very few guests so they could have given us some normal room. I stayed in this hotel in 1995 during war in Croatia and the room we stayed seemed the same as in 1995 - worn out

Review 41：We didn't have air condition in the room, there was only ventilator who broke down after 5 minutes of use. Bathroom have strange smell and in the room is extremely hot. Elevator is very small, so if you have big luggage you have to be alone in elevator.

Review 45：The hotel is clean and tidy, even though the decor is very 70's. It's right by the sea and the very nice old town. As there seems to be little in the way of accomodation in such a good position - or indeed in Sibenik itself at all -this is a good one to go for.

Review 46：Getting into the barrier car park-you had to leave your vehicle to go into reception to ask for the barrier to be raised which was difficult as you could not park anywhere legally outside of the hotel. Reception- no customer service whatsoever. Deadpan expression on receptionist who looked like he was bored and didn't want to be there Room-smelled awful, was dark and very noisy due to being above the bar/restaurant area and square where children were playing football and smashing windows in the derelict building next door. We asked to be moved and had a replacement room at the back of the hotel where we were kept awake by the extractor fan all night Breakfast-looked completely unappetising with orange juice which was orange squash which in fact was actually coloured water. Coffee tasted like it had been brewed on a bonfire as it tasted smokey.What was left of the cheese and ham looked like it had been there several days

Review 48：Room is extremely small. No place to walk down the bed to the bathroom. You had to go climb down from the edge of the bed. Otherwise you hit the AC unit. The other side of the bed, you had a supporting column blocking your way and the window. The place is not clean at all. The carpet is filthy. Bathroom is not clean. The place has not been painted for ages.
