Review 1：It was very cold in the hotel during our stay in January. The spa is not quite functional and not clean.

Review 2：The staf is very friendly and profesional. The food is healty and very good.

Review 3：Be careful when looking at your bill when checking out. For me, it happened for the second time that reception staff tried to charge me for something from the restaurant that I did not order. It turns out that they could not find this mysteriously bill so I got apologize and a refund for this amount.

Review 5：This was my third stay at the spa, but a first at the hotel and I'm really delighted with the extra comfort that the hotel provides (bathrobes, tunnel to the pools). Breakfast and dinner were also nice.

Review 6：40 Kn extra fee/person for sauna world should be included in the price. Some old Austrian or German guests should learn to wear something in common spaces in the sauna world. It is a bad surprise seeing elder people laying naked on beds or walking bare around. In the sauna it is O.K. but not in the lobby of the wellnes section. It is not a naturist camp. Better be prepared for such surprise.

Review 10：Many spiders in the room, stains on carpet, lounge suite torn and worn, generally poor cleaning/hygiene. The shower was completely calcified and most sprays didn't work. Sauna in room was glitchy and was a pain to operate. The steam shower worked intermittently, mostly not at all. The hotel pool had dirty black tile grout and the hotel sauna facility was small and the shower cabins were disgusting and again with calcified shower sprays. Thermal pools were nice but many health and safety issues including sharp tiles causing cuts to feet. Golf was very poorly stocked with a sad selection of clubs and no tee holders on the driving range...many balls from the dispenser were unusable due to being cut. The standard has fallen sharply from 3 years ago.

Review 11：Great to have a sauna and steam shower in the room. Suite was large and a nice layout. Nice massage bed. Nice view over forest. Generally friendly staff. Thermal pools a short walk through corridors. Great location. Restaurant buffet was ok.

Review 14：Hotel is "Bike friendly" but unfortunately except bike garage we didn't feel big difference from other hotels that are not "Bike friendly. Very old and bad bikes for rent. They have many MTB tours in their offer but none of MTB tours is signed. So if you don't have GPS you can't follow those tours.

Review 23：We were not allowed to stay at swiming pools after checking out. We are regular guests in this hotel and I know that hotel stuff allowed that last year (even though we never used it, but other guests for sure did). So, this time we were hoping to stay 2 more hours with our kids who were already wearing swimwears but we were not allowed. So this has been really, really disapointed. Hovewer, they would let us if we were willing to pay extra. In that case we would be forced to pay for whole day. Of course, if this is the standard for everyone this year comparing to last one, that's ok, but reception stuff should have explained that better. They just told us that guests misused this offer in the past. My question is; how it's possible to misuse 2 more hours of swiming if you leave your ID cards on reception desk? This time my score to you is not 10, but still high. I do not ask anything for free as your offer was really good value for the money, but please keep this kind of regulations in a future as a standard!

Review 25：Ususally we have nice time at PUB Potkova, but this time we were very disapointed. We ordered mix meat plates and we did not get everything what was described in menu. Also, our kids were waitting for very, very long time to get 1 pizza. We were already finished with our meal and then pizza came. Actually, our children had to eat with us because they were very hungry. When pizza came, we lost the appetite. Good thing is that we got a discount after complaining. But, we did not want a discount, we just wanted nice time with frineds and family.

Review 31：A few minor details ; 1. Housekeeping needs some attention, the furniture is dusty and never got wiped in the 4 days we were there. Used, damp towels were folded and placed on our bed?! The next day we got clean towels but the bed was never made. 2. No tea or coffee facility in the room, which is normal for a 4 star hotel. 3. An otherwise superb breakfast was spoiled by very bad coffee (chicory) and watered down imitation fruit juice. 4. Lack of kitchen staff at breakfast, so although you can have an omlette prepared, there was never any cook there to make it. 5. There is a surcharge for the sauna facility. You are given 1 small sheet and there are no fresh towels available. Take your own towels or be prepared to be wet for as long as you stay. Come on guys....no fresh towels in a sauna area?! I hope the hotel's management regards this as constructive criticism as these few details would really uplift the general satisfaction of hotel guests with very little extra effort.

Review 32：The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel has a indoor pool with 2 small jacuzzis and a wellness/sauna area with a nice variety of saunas. There is a tunnel linking the hotel with the thermal pools so hotel guests can walk from the hotel to the thermal pools in gowns and slippers (provided by the hotel). Breakfast was great (apart from the coffee and juice) with a large variety offered.

Review 39：The location is a little bit in the middle of nowhere, so if you are looking for a crowded place you are wrong, however beautiful sorounding hills are inviting for tracking or bicycling. I was there in off-season so there was not much happening there, the hotel bar closed at aprox. 11pm.

Review 40：I had a standard double room. It was newly furnished, spacious, clean, with a refirgerator and LCD TV (also a good selection of free TV chanels. Wi-fi signal was strong and fast. I booked on a bed and breakfast basis, because of many great restaurants in the neighborhoods, and the inhouse a la carte restaurant "Sveti Martin" which is a bargain in relation price to service. Great nature and many vineyards soround the hotel. A in house pool and sauna area (6 saunas, to be paid separately) invite for swimming. A big thermal park with many in and outdoor pools with warm thermal water invite for a swimm from 8am till 8pm during the week and till 10pm on weekends. The thermalpark is free of charge for hotel guest and is connected with an subway tunnel with the hotel (maybe 100 m and some steps) so you can walk there in your swimmsuite also if its cold outside. A small golfcourse (9 holes) is just at the hotel, hotel guest can use the driving range and putting green free of charge.
