Review 1：Reception staff was exceptionally nice and gave us a late check out. Our room faced the street with a beautiful view. This hotel was 100% nicer thank the previous one in same town at the same price. Great parking space in the back.

Review 2：The waiter at dinner forgot my soup, with the result that the main course had to be kept warm while the soup was prepared, and was not at its best when I eventually ate it. The carpet in my bedroom was a light colour and needed a deep clean.

Review 7：Very friendly, welcoming, English-speaking staff: a "welcome pack" named envelope was awaiting my arrival. Nice restaurant serving hot meals and drinks to 2200 and a good breakfast.

Review 37：This hotel had everything to satisfy my needs. It was clean, quiet andhad a good breakfast with eggs cooked to order. It is on a one waystreet with low traffic density. Hotel staff spoke English and werevery good at giving directions. Hotel has elevator, free wifi thatworked well, mini-fridge, spacious room with a/C. It is a three blockwalk from the tram that goes to/from railroad station to the Centrum.It is a 20 minute bus ride on the Number 20 bus last stopMiskolc/Tapolc, to the amazing and refreshing cave baths. !4 stops onTram 1 take to you to the Lillifured State Forest Railway which is adiesel powered narrow gauge trip through the mountains. SeveralShopping centers, movie theaters are nearby.

Review 38：Staff of hotel very very good nicely and smiling. the room it is large clean and confortable, the position is quite and near the center. good also the private parking free of charge.

Review 39：As we stayed there right on the boxing day, so no shop or resturant areopen, the only choise was having the dinner in hotel. Surprisingly thefood in the hotel resturant is really good and we just lucky they servethe good food on that cold night. Hotel is simple and clean.
