Review 1：we couldn't park our car in the hotel car park, think it was full of staff (I presume) vehicles, all big cars, we had to park about 50yards away on the road
Review 2：it is close to my daughters house so this hotel is convenient for an overnight stay. we have stayed there before so it must be ok or we wouldn't come back
Review 3：Room was very very small... Shower mouldy and door didn't close properly! Carpet filthy.... Opened what I thought was a cupboard and found what can only be described as some kind of cubby hole that was filled with rubble and rubbish and had a huge hole in, this was an external wall so meant the freezing air was coming through along with the noise from outside!! Tv didn't have a very good signal.... Overall very poor for the money we paid... Would definitely not recommend! Would have been better off sleeping in the car!
Review 4：Some of the springs in our bed were trying to 'escape'. This was very disconcerting when you first lay on it, but to our surprise the desperation for sleep took over. There was lots of hot water, but the mixer on the shower didn't work, so the flow was either very cold or scaldingly hot. I reported the shower problem to the very pleasant shift manager and he seemed very concerned, so hopefully that has been fixed by now. I forgot to report the issue of the bed springs.
Review 5：The staff were helpful and cheerful and there is adequate parking. The hotel is quiet and very conveniently placed for early morning access to Heathrow and Purple Parking. There is an excellent restaurant the "Dawat" within easy walking distance on the main road.
Review 6：all electrical PAT tests in room were out of date, all items in bathroom were broken. broken tiles on floor, toilet not attached and moved easily when sitting, mouldy bath shower broken and could not be used. bed uncomfortable and dirty

Review 9：The hotel is very old. From the pictures, it looks fancy/classy, but it's quite outdated, dingy, and has a stale smell. It's in desperate need of an update. But in all, if you want to be near the airport with a good price, this is your place!
Review 10：The staff was amazing! They helped us arrange a taxi to the airport and also let us leave several suitcases for a few hours after checkout. The location is excellent if you want to be near the airport. The breakfast is also very good. Finally, there are very nice Indian restaurants within walking distance!

Review 12：Family room was very small,looks different than in photographe.Wash room WC was not properly fix to the ground, shawer was at such a low level that i have to bend to take shawer.Not a good place for a tierd family who arrives after a long flight.Difficult place to find for a taxi driver as well.
Review 13：There was no lamp in the bedside light. No plug in the sink and no sink mirror just 4 screw holes.Window broken and partially fixed with scotch tape Carpet rather grubby along with extension cable block. It wouldn't take much effort to fix all these problems

Review 26：The paint work in our room was very faded the wall mirror was not mounted on the wall but dangerously leaning against a wall and the toilet didn't flush overall a bad experience and expensive at £70 I have complained to the hotel directly but as yet not had a response

No bacon available for full English and only beef sausage, so a full Indian then?

Review 51：Nothing at all impressed mw with this dump, the rooms were freezing cold with a damp smell and the tv was about as much use as a chocolate fire guard. One of the mattresses had a massive stain on it covered over with a towel and I wont even go into the farce of a breakfast.

Review 56：first they gave the room that previously been used by somebody else and all dirty tissues and towels were on the floor, when ask the member of the staff first they try to cover that, but when challenge they allocate another room.
Review 57：The mattress was bumpy and old, bed base was filthy, staff do not talk much making you feel unwelcome, at breakfast the man was mumbling to us asking us what we wanted and they were vert stingy with food we both asked for toast and we got 1 slice each where that was all I had asked for for breakfast and for a cooked breakfast my partner asked for hash Browns and beans she got 1 hash Brown and a spoon of beans I didn't ask for anything so had to ask for more toast. We then went outside after breakfast and got a ton of questions about what we are doing with our lives and if we had boyfriends when we said we are girlfriends the man asked us which we thought was better man and woman or girl and girl I felt very uncomfortable with all of the questions. When we had checked in we walked through the dining room where there were bowls of cerial which had cling film over but only half covering the bowl so that had obviously been like that at least from that morning to the following morning. There was also not enough toilet roll in our room and no one to ask for some, luckily there was a downstairs toilet and we took the roll from there. I am very unhappy with my stay, we often stay in cheap b and b's or hotels and this was our worst experience.
Review 58：The only thing we liked on our stay was the late check in and the shower and toilet was clean. We were able to check in at the latest 11pm we were 20 minutes late and they had waited up for us, it would have been a nightmare trying to check in in the middle of the day as we're on a day trip. The bathroom was clean which is always very important, we were able to have showers and feel fresh.

Review 63：I'm very upset that the reviews on the internet about the hotel are mostly negative and I almost cancelled my booking in advance because of those reviews. It was shocking and most annoying to find that most of the negative reviews about the hotel are totally false and mostly from those who expect a 5-star hotel at ridiculously knocked-down prices. Seeing that the hotel us run by an aged family, it us quite understandable that they are limited social-media wise. Please advise them to do more in thus regard. Thank you.

Review 65：5 parking places only The triple room has no bedside tables and the cabinet at the foot of the beds has the front of some drawers that come off when you try to extract them. There is no air conditioning and the rooms from 112 to 120 are very hot in the summer. The windows do not have curtains that darken the rooms. The whole hotel needs a good refurbishing

Cars had to be parked on the pavement but no guidance at the start alerted people to this.
