Review 1：The wifi didn't work most of the time I was there! But when it did it was fine.
Review 2：Bellina is very helpful, and the people she who worked at the supermarket with (her parents I think) were very nice too, and very helpful. The room was very clean all the time and when I asked for a coffee machine they brought one straight away.
Review 3：For the money we payed, i expected a bit more. But Bellina studios was on the bottom part of the price range, Skiathos is a bit more expensive than other islands.
Review 4：Location is ok, 300-350m from the main road. But you need car on Skiathos, so you can explore all the beaches, so the location is no problem then. Wifi was ok, depends on the number of guests D/U 5Mbps/1Mbps. It is ok for regular surfing, and doing business,but I do not recommend to do something that must require stable connection. Sheets and towels are changed regularly. Choose the first floor, you have balcony :) Do not buy anything if you dont have the need in the supermarket on the mail road, it is expensive as hell, if you are with car, go to Carrefour, so much affordable.
Review 5：On my first night, there was a rooster somewhere close outside. It started screaming too early, and kept going. It was a bit annoying. However, on my second night, 8 days later, the rooster was quiet, or something had made it happier, because I didn't hear anything. :)
Review 6：I stayed two nights at Bellina Studios, in two different rooms. First one was with a balcony, and luckily that night I could see the stars on the sky, and relax on the balcony. Both rooms were clean, and with a fridge. The owners are a really nice and friendly family. Location is excellent: Aghia Paraskevi Beach is near. Shops where you cab find food are near. Many restaurants are nearby.
Review 7：Not a big deal, but there was no dish soup, sponge and big knife for bread slicing.
Review 8：We liked staying at Bellina studios.Our room was enough big, it was clean, and we had a nice view from our balcony. The kitchen is equipped with almost necessary things.The studio is 4 minutes from the bus stop, restaurant and the super market, and 6-7 minutes from the nice beach. Bellina was helpfull and friendly. If you want to stay in Agia Paraskevi this studio is the best choice, beacuse it is close to everything but it is not on the main road, so it is quit, you can enjoy the nature. One advise: if you are not used to sleep "near" animals and you don't want to get up early in the morning because of rooster crowing, you should bring earplugs, because the cock in the neighbor likes crowing :)
Review 9：- Low quality & insufficient furniture and fittings - No facilities - Unacceptable service - No sign on the building with name of studios (no way to find the place but asking aroud!) - No reception in the building (the "reception" was at a local mini-market store(!) ~400m away) - No credit/debit cards are accepted
