Review 1：almost nothing, good value for the money paid, if only we could have a seview but obviously you need to pay a lot more than what we paid here.

Review 4：Very friendly staff, providing useful information. Peaceful and comfortable accommodation. Close to the shortcut to the beach. Very good structure of the room: the kitchen is separated and has it's own window.
Review 5：Cleanliness, staff helpfulness, the owners kindness. This place is very good, quiet and relaxing. We could eat on the balcony overlooked by beautiful palm trees. It was within easy walking distance of the beach and shops.

Review 7：Location to stay with children is the Best in Kallithea, also for these who wants silence. No noise from the main street traffic and Discos at all, you can sleep well. Only some steps away are Supermarket, beach, main street, small children park, different game automats for children, shops and tavernas with excellent meal. Perfect contact and support from owner side. Be careful - mosquitoes, after September rains (close the mirrors). I recommend this place and ready to come back with family for 3-rd time in Kallithea! It was the Best week in September 2014 !
Review 8：Будинок має гарний дворик та дуже зручне місцерозташування в тихій вулочці в декількох метрах від центральної дороги. Море зовсім поруч. Перейшовши через ценральну дорогу ви спускаєтеся до пляжу. Всі балкони будинку мають вид на море. У дворі є переносний мангал. Сервіс просто чудовий. Міняють постільну білизну та прибирають квартири через день. В апартаментах є холодильники та все необхідне для приготування їжі. Недалеко від будинку знаходиться супермаркет. На сусідніх вулицях багато магазинчиків та кав'ярень. Власник-неімовірно добрий та гостиприємний чоловік. Степан Гелле, Чоп, Україна
Review 9：Apartment house has very good, convenient location in a quiet street just a few meters from main road. The beach is just across the main road. Also a few meters from the house there is a supermarket. Landlord is great and very hospitable man. Michael Ternavchuk. Chop. Ukraine
Review 10：Maybe some extra dishes in the cooking area and some hangers in the bathroom could bring to perfection the studio.
Review 11：The location is excellent, close to beach (about 10 min by foot, on stairs or steep-slope road), supermarket, fresh fish shop, taverns, souvenirs shops and a "crazy" ice cream shop (Fregio). Very elegant staircase, kitchinette, nice style of the house. They offered us straw linen for lying on the beach. They cleaned every two days the rooms and changed the bed linen and towels. The owner, Xenofont is a very nice person, available and opened. We also liked the practical balcony to dry the swimming suites and towels, as well as to take breakfast and dinner, with a palm-tree easy to touch by hand. Recommended from all heart also for the good price.

Review 14：Really nice and helpful owners, providing us with valuable indications of perfect beaches and tasteful food. Very good stay - perfect cleaning and extremely thoughtful. Location is perfect, close to beaches, stores and village centre, but in a safe proximity to the crowded places so to have a restful night sleep. There is a playground near by.

Review 16：We stayed there for five nights and summery we were absolutely satisfied! The owner and his wife were very, very friendly and nice. The room was clean and good located. It is very close to the beach and to the center of Kallithea. For the next time we're sure to stay there again. So if you want to stay in Kallithea too, we think it will be the best choice!
