Review 1：rooms were large with no heating other than the lounge, bedroom was cold and my wife had a really bad time, you pay for your own electric, so an oil radiator in the bedroom would have made all the difference.
Review 2：the lady was very nice, and everything was there, but very basic, bathroom had no taps, to swill your mouth you had to go to the kitchen. rooms were large with a fire in the lounge only, sorry but we would not go back.

Review 5：Very spacious apartment, clean.. close enough to walk into Rhyl, but not in a busy area.
Review 6：Old furniture mixed with new that does not work, soft bed ...too soft, no shower gel , no towel, no washing liquid , no minimum required when you stay for 1 night, too many heavy doors to acces the studio, not a good experience at all , way too expensive for what it is.

Review 13：Everything about this apartment was fantastic. Very clean and stylish. The managers where very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. Will be coming back in september for a week cant wait. Close to the beach and shops which was a bonus.
Review 14：We knew we had a electricity meter with reading reviews but didn't realise it ate so much money, with a party of 4 we were putting £2 a day , having a shower ate alot of the money and often would cut out whilst in the shower very distressing for the kids because left in the dark whilst fidling with the meter, can not keep it topped up will only except £1 at a time. This my only critism especillay with the cost of the apartment electricity sholud have been provided.

Review 33：Location - we needed to be near our relatives in Rhyl as we had come for a family member's funeral. For those on leisure trips, it is conveniently on the seafront (the quieter end) with only a short walk into the town centre. Very comfortable and warm (the weather was cold when we were there) with large sitting room and two big sofas. Would be fine for family of two adults and two children. Friendly owner who upgraded us at no additional cost to a larger apartment, as the smaller one was not available.
Review 34：I travelled with my partner who is pregnant and the heating in the room wasbt working and the room was freezing cold . Also having a meter to pay electricity is a bit harsh considering I paid £55 for the room and then £6 on electricity . My partner now has a cold which isn't good for her or the baby .
Review 35：No towels, very little toilet roll, no soap to wash hands, the room was freezing on arrival and stayed freezing throughout my stay despite the small heater being on throughout my stay. Also had to put my own money in the electric meter. Would NOT stay there again and don't think it was worth the £55 I paid wouldn't pay £30, such a shame because the people were so nice and friendly.

Review 44：Stayed here for the past week and has a great time. The owner Lesley is really helpful and friendly. The room we had was the smallest but really clean. There were no problems to report and everything worked fine. The property itself overlooks the sea front which itself is a minute walk across the road. We will be looking at coming back here next year and would recommend this place to others. Excellent value for money.

Review 101：Lesley was the best host ever! As a family with a seven weeks old baby, Lesley provided us with a moses basket and a little bath for our lovely baby! The flat was an amazing option and we are very glad to have booked it with Lesley! Very clean and all facilities inside, we had a really good time! Lesley was also very kind to let us know not to rush in the morning of our departure with the baby! We will most definitely rebook with Lesley next time we come to Llandudno!
Review 102：Very Good Clean rooms. Didn't had to feed the meter as it was broken, so saved some money. Leslie was good and let us let us keep our belongings there very early in the morning even though you are only allowed to check in in the afternoon.
Review 103：poorly heated for a winter let ie 1 3 bar electric fire with only one bar working in main room. no heating at all in bath/shower room. shower controls set too high for us to work properly. no one available to give keys to in morning at check out. chairs were old and uncomfortable.

Review 107：The poor water flow from the shower and small sink in the bathroom,alsohaving to feed the electric meter which we were not aware of when webooked the accommodation,consequently the short stay turned out dearerthan the local premier inn. Finally, the property is in need of somemodernisation,ie central Heating,lighting to the first set of stairsleading to the bedrooms,(my wife trip on the top step due to no lightson),causing bruising to her left knee,this was reported to Leslie'sson who had the lights turned on after the incident.We have dealt withthis as a mishap and hope it does not happen again or cause a seriousinjury to any furure guest.
Review 108：Pleasant and friendly welcome by the Proprietor Leslie. On arrival wewere shown to a comfortable spacious very clean first floor room as ouroriginally booked ground floor room was occupied.

Review 113：No wifi even though it says there is we could not get it. Tv station kept going all blurry and stopping then restart it was like that whole night. Electric meter takes a lot if you want to be warm or have a shower it took £7 off us in under 12 hours. No signal on mobiles either unless you left them on window sills. No where to hang towels or clothes in bathroom had to use sink or toilet with lid down plus no mat when getting out of shower. Windows outside dirty.
