Review 1：The city view suite has no view and no privacy . We did not like the smell in the apartment and found it a bit dark inside. The lady at the breakfast didnot communicate at all. We didnot know what to aspect for braekfast and if we asked something so reacted irritated. We found the beds to short for my husband and the bed made a lot of noise. The reception lady tried to pepair it right. Away.

Review 2：We like the location, but definetely book only the seaview rooms. The city view is no view. Just a small simpel street and looking right into other apartments. The lady at the reception was wonderfull and really helpfull.

Review 3：Great Location. We had an apartment with sea view which had all the facilities required for a comfortable stay. Beach across the road and restaurants and shops nearby.

Review 4：We had to have someone call the staff to be able to check out as no one was there. A bit annoying when we had told at check in we wanted to leave early but it wasn't so bad in the end.

Review 5：Very good location just opposite the beach, very nice and clean hotel. Staff friendly, welcoming and helpful! Rooms are very well equipped and the terrasse overlooking the see priceless!

Review 6：The lovely entrance was used to store bikes for locals, making it look messy and not welcoming, so does not look like the pictures on the website. Our balcony was the smallest we have ever seen, with no protection from the sun, which did not go behind the hotel until about 3:00 pm. The lady who cleaned the rooms also served and cleaned up the breakfast, so our rooms were made up after 3:00 pm each day. They need more staff, and the whole hotel needs a good cleaning. Beware the double beds are very small, ask for twin beds. The rate at this hotel is high, there are many hotels in this region.

Review 7：Cute little apartment across from the beach. Nice views on seaside rooms. Good breakfast. Helpful gal at the reception desk. Good location for walking thru town. This hotel is fairly new but built and furnished in a cute antique style.

Review 8：We really liked the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Hotel is beautiful. We had separate bedroom and balconies from living room. Although we looked out over the street rather than the beach and sea, we were quite happy.

Review 10：Would give more than ten if possible ;) The host made everything to make us feel confortable, after a very bad day (2 rented cars failing the same day). We finished our holidays with the third car ;) About the room : a very nice room, quiet, well equiped and spacious. The hotel is on the sea front, in a small cove of Agios Nikolaos with a beach, and you can walk to restaurants / city center easily from there.

Review 20：The staff were very lovely, and even packed us breakfast for the road when we had an early flight to catch. The rooms are charming and spacious, and the hotel is perfectly located close to the beach, and a short walk around the water to shops and more restaurants. Street parking was quite easy to find.

Review 21：The wifi Connection in the room was non existant although advertised. The owner managed to help us , but still. We needed the connection for phone calls on viber. We couldn't take any calls and had to go down to the lobby even late at night. The other thing we disliked was the noise, but given the location this cannot be prevented.

Review 34：This beautiful small family owned hotel built in the Venetian style has all the amenities a traveler could wish for and the best location in Ag. Nikoloas. The front rooms have balconies overlooking a small beach and cove lined with small travernas. The lower level of the hotel has a very popular open air cafe. Rooms are well appointed with soundproof windows and good air conditioning.

Good double glazing which made it quiet at night, even though the local bars were busy-busy! A real Greek Island chill-out feel to the local area.

Review 68：Very nice, clean and spacious hotel with nicely, personally decorated rooms (bathroom with unbelievable strong jet water. Adorable ). We had a balcony with port seeview. The double bed, for tall people was excellent and comfortable. The location of the hotel couldn't be better. A strip of restaurants and cafes is a side of the port. A minute walk from everywhere interesting . And most important the staff of Palazzo is very pleasant with their very good services.
