Review 1：Parking was especially hard to get at night since there was no hotel allocated parking. Lifts was really really slow.

Review 32：I was impressed by the cleanness of the room. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The nearness to the mall was definitely a plus. The pool was not quite recommendable though, it's a bit crowded and the water's not very clear. All in all I was satisfied with my stay at the Harris Hotel.

Review 34：Everything was great. The room service food was amazing! i didn't expect to have such nice food in this hotel but it actually was better than 5 star hotels i've been to. This place is value for money for sure. I really loved the bathroom slippers. they were so unique. when you stay there you will know what i mean :) I also loved the little aroma diffuser which was so lovely and had a wonderful smell. The hotel did look little dated but that's what you expect from a hotel that is offering a low price rates! the room i had didn't look dated though.

Have to bear with it. Intermittent disruption of wifi. I don't know wether I will be charged for breakage of the wifi network

Review 65：I received a free massage at check in (for women only) but unfortunately, having checked in late afternoon and having to check out early the next morning, the spa was already closed. Pity the spa isn't open till late as many people check in late. A little far from the airport but that's also due to Jakarta's traffic !
