Review 1：Would recommend a little bigger bathrooms and mosquito nets.
Review 2：The most beautiful garden ever - so much cared about. The gorgeous pool. Very very clean - towel and sheets change every two days (and with such a great scent) and service daily. The hosts are always there to help you with needed- - were so kind to prepare the BBQ for us to use (even though not really offered initially). They have even though that one would need filters for the coffee machine and sticks for the mosquito repellent devices. We would definitely go there again, thanks Xantippi for the pleasant stay!

Review 7：There are no facilities at the location were you can buy any drinks or food/ light snacks. But the owner was nice and noticed our disappointment regarding this and she offered to drive us to the shop( we didn't went). Also, she gave us some bottles of water.

Review 12：Xanthippi is a very charming place with very relaxing outdoor pool and barbecue area. It is very peaceful and clean and there is a great view over the sea from the hill. Beach and bus stop are only 5-10 min. on foot. Don't forget to visit Jimmy's Pizza Taverna on the main road - they have excellent food. The rooms have everything you need and there is a lot of space on the balcony. The staff are vey friendly and helpful.
Review 13：The mixture of tranquillity and comfort was extremely relaxing. Our hosts were very helpful and friendly; thank you for everything, Xanthippi! We also loved the view from our balcony and enjoyed having meals or a quiet read there. The garden surrounding our apartment and the pool were a perfect addition. It is not far from the beach, all amenities are within reach. It's well worth recommending.

Review 15：From being warmly greeted the moment we arrived xanthippi was there for anything that we wanted. Apartments are lovely and the bathroom was the best that we have experienced. Air con, safe and wifi included in the price which we prefer. Loved it.
Review 16：Unfortunately it rained very heavily while we were there - which obviously isn't anyone's fault - but the water fell from a great height all night from the drainpipe from the balcony above, which was very noisy. Hopefully it won't rain too often! Constructive feedback would be stop the water falling 10 feet

Review 18：Please be aware that the slope from the road to the apartments is very steep - you could not push a pram up it and not suitable for someone with limited mobility. If you fall into that category stay here but get a car!
Review 19：Been to Greece many times and experienced a variety of Greek self catering accommodation on many of the islands. Taking everything into account this was the best we have stayed in. The owner was very helpful and could not do enough for all of the guests, the apartment was spacious, exceptionally clean, modern and kept to a high standard. The gardens and swimming pool were beautiful with a great view overlooking the bay and mountains.
Review 20：I can definetely recommend this really nice accomodation on Skiathos Island. It is right in the middle between the main town and Koukounaries beach and easy to reach by bus. It is possible to rent a scooter down at the main road to discover the island and the beaches. The walk up the hill is worth it: you'll find a quiet place without street noise, a nice pool to relax and a beautiful view to the mountains and the sea. Xanthippi is a friendly and helpful person and does a lot for her guests to feel comfortable!

Review 23：We stayed with 4 persons in an appartment in villa Xanthippi. We were treated very well. In fact we stayed at many places around Greece and this was one of the best . The owners are friendly and always wants to help you. The hotel is located on a hill so its ( like in the other comments) quite a walk but when you reach the top but its all worth it. Price/quality excellent ! Nice beach close to the hotel.
Review 24：Very nice place on very beautiful Greek island. Great hospitality, perfect swimming pool and garden. Great view to the bay and to the mountain because the house is built on one slope but you have to drive/walk up the slope. But if you want this view you will have to.

Review 26：Right from the start of our stay we were made very welcome by the owner and staff. Always making sure that we were ok and offering beach umbrella's amd mats etc. Also given basket of fresh tomatos, peppers and olives. Owner even did a couple of loads of washing for us during our stay which was really useful as we were there for 2 weeks and had limited baggage allowance. Pool and gardens were well maintained. Excellent local tavernas All in all a great place to stay

Review 34：Villa was beautiful and really comfortable. It completely surpassed our expectations. We loved having breakfast on the pretty balcony enjoying the spectacular views over the bay. We loved the split-level which worked well for our family. The gardens were stunning, full of lovely umbrella pines and pink bourganvillea and immaculately kept. We all really enjoyed spending time by the pool and often had it to ourselves! The pool has a little shade when it's really hot and the loungers are wonderfully comfortable and the whole place is superbly peaceful. The lady who runs it is absolutely delightful and couldn't be more helpful. She was so kind and thoughtful. We really enjoyed Kolios beach, an easy walk away and a little less busy than some of the other beaches. Highly recommend the stunning restaurant Infinity Blue not too far away and shops are easily accessible too. The villa is high up the hill and for some people it may be too steep to climb if you don't have a car on the island - that is easily solved as car hire places are down the road. We LOVED it as it's a pretty walk down to the main road and beaches and is great exercise to walk off a good meal back up again!!

Review 36：Villa Xanthippi is a well-groomed and cozy place with nice green yard and clean middle-sized pool. The owner is truly lovely and helpful, we felt like very welcomed guests, the owner was ready to help out with every question.Villa Xanthippi is located up on the hill and this gives obviously the following advantages - fresh air and relaxing calmness and wonderful view. At the same time this may turn out to be a bit difficult to reach the villa along 200 meters of relatively steep way. However this may become a good physical exercise and you get used to it on the third day. If rent a car or a quatrocycle you always find a parking place on the yard.Rooms are spotless clean and spacious enough, they clean daily never disturbing you when you are in, changing towels often.If you need some extra kitchen appliances just ask the owner (we got absolutely new coffee machine). The room and pool area were both well-furnished and everything was well prepared for guests: wooden umbrellas and beds with comfortable mattresses, big equipped balconies, new air conditioner in the room. Our room had a pool view so it was a bit noisy from outside because of children swimming in the pool closer to the evening time, but it was not crucial still as their activity didn't last longer than 2 hours.Villa Xanthippi is situated perfectly in the beautiful place Agia Paraskevi in 15 mins from Skiathos town by car or bus (stop is in 5 mins walking). Skiathos town is a nice place to visit (not stay because of the port) to have dinner at the sea-front with yachts. There are 2 mini markets in walking distance from Villa Xanthippi (5 mins) with ordinary "tourist lunch" staff, if you want some more delicious you need to drive 10 mins to super market (relatively big for the island), there are 2 of them on Skiathos)). As for tavernas - many of them are in 5 mins distance and some of them are better than in the city center!
Review 37：The owners are lovely, very friendly and familiar. They made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. The apartment was located on a great location, quiet with a beautiful view to the see and mountains. There is a nice garden with pool and lot of space and equipment for relaxation. Nearest beaches are five minutes walk. Cleaning is more than excellent. We would warmly recommend it.
Review 38：Although a short walk from the beach and local restaurants, the villas are up a steep driveway. Don't do what we did and book your transfers with Thomson, they left us on the main road to drag our cases up there. Organise a taxi or your own transport from the airport.

Review 60：The grounds are beautiful the pool is wonderful. Garden apartments with a view of the pool. Great aircon. Upstairs for a good view of the bay and coast line. The location is great, half way between Skiathos town and Banana Beach. The service and support was great, sorting out scooters and helping with washing and dinner ideas/tours etc.
