Review 1：pool not directly connect to hotel. you must go outside via front lobby and outdoor parking area.

Review 3：Reception desk did not ask for deposits therefore any order of room services, laundry, etc has to be paid directly in cash. The staffs can't wait until we have to settle the payments. So uncomfortable.

Review 6：First of all. In the description of th ehotel they promise they have a shuttle to the airport of Jakarta (CGK). This is why I booked this hotel. Now they DON'T have a shuttle or anything. they only could help me to get a taxi. So if this is what you are looking for please book another hotel, because they promise you things they don't have. The rest of the hotel looks like an unfinished factory. Hair everywhere in the bathroom (sink, shower et cetera) and very noisey AC. Also the location is very bad. You are stuck in traffic for at least 30 to 60 minutes for only getting to the Botanical Garden (which they say is only 5 minutes). This is not in traffic jam, but all day, every time. overall; please book anything else. Location is bad, they don't have a shuttle, hygene is bad.

Review 9：I checked in by late night. Really fast check in. And also room rate is really affordable yet the room is comfortable and quite big if you compare with another budget hotels (24m2, usually other budget hotels are 20m2). The wifi is free and its speed is very fantastic! I was almost being mad to the housekeeping because they did not make up the room and the situation was I was very tired. But then they quickly made up my room.
Review 10：Hotel is not ready for dine in option (most menu were not available). Unlike other hotels they charge kid for bfast (under 10) and even only 1 kid and sharing bed for parent. Definitely not for family and holiday, maybe they have different segment.
