Review 1：The cold weather and rains make us couldn't swim long.

Review 2：Kids would love it here, they have deers, ducks, fishes and horses to feed. Lots of space to running around, pools for kids with slide, and very comfy room with nice view.

Review 3：The food is terrible. Breakfast is so bland, though the look seems delicious. I ordered dinner, a garoupa fish with sambal (chilli). But the garoupa is not processed properly, still has soil taste. The sambal is like sweetened candy dip in honey and caramel sauce, not a good thing! But again the look is deceivingly delicious.

Review 4：Hotel location is in the middle of housing complex and next to golf-course. The view is awesome! I enjoyed the jogging trek, the fitness center is surprisingly great and the sauna is excellent!

We ate out! 2) Being very new hotel, the whole place was not well maintained! The toilet has moulds, some of the fixtures wearing out, the hotel room floor was not very clean, the day curtain was dirty with fresh stains, the towels had a little unpleasant smell and bath tub is a little dusty. Basically, I could conclude that the chambermaid did a sloppy job in cleaning the room. I will never go back to this hotel again!

Loved everything about it: the pools, the landscape, the hospitality, the atmosphere, There's even a minimarket inside the hotel, which is very convenient. The only drawback during my 1st stay was the rather bland breakfast, but they fixed it. Will definitely stay here again for a quick getaway.

Review 33：The villa backyard and patio seem very tempting from the booking.com presentation photos but in reality they were right by a compound street that was fairly circulated, not allowing for any privacy. Another negative for us was the intensity of the draft in the hotel lobby, patio and restaurant, our daughter actually ended up sick because of it. Would be good if some protection was offered as there is no escape anywhere from this permanent windy environment.

Review 34：We stayed in a 1-bedroom villa that was well maintained and clean. Hotel also provided complimentary cot for our 8-month daughter which was very good. We enjoyed the location, fresh air, a good weekend escape from Jakarta and would return here in the future.

But when I arrived hotel, they gave me just deluxe room, Even in the booking .com website, room I booked was very good suit. They said they don't have ragoon deluxnsuit, Just have ragoon grand suit, So booking .com sold wrong room type.

Review 41：Great hotel with excellent facilities yet affordable price. The hotel just had the first year anniversary, everything is new, clean and bright. The swimming pool is spectacular, around 120 m length with great view to the mountain. All rooms are spacious with great view to the mountain and pool. Young children can ride horses and feed the deer. Hotel staffs are friendly and helpful. I lost my room key with breakfast coupon on it. I reported to the front desk and he immediately replace a new one without asking anything. 2 thumbs up for the excellent service!

Review 58：The Facilities are way below the so called 4 or 5 stars hotel. the children pool are quite dirty, hadnt been vacuumed when we're swimming. the interior finishing of the hotel are very rough, and the access to pool is poor. we have to walk all across restaurant, lobby and behind the restaurant, go down again just to reach children pool. no bath robes in bathroom to help us cover ourselves after swimming nor towel in children pool...there's only one elevator for long row of rooms. really uncomfortable for five stars hotel.. the phone in our room didnt work, couldnt call room service or anything...we asked for extra blanket, they gave us bed sheet instead. but the staff were trying to help as much as they could.
