Review 1：Although I was given a parking place, the hotel has a very small parking place for it's size and thus is very congested.

Review 2：Fantastic view from the room to the port and old town. Very friendly staff in the lobby; he upgraded my reservation from "city view" to "sea view" at no cost! Spacious and very clean room. Excellent location to the city center, although parking is difficult.

Review 5：The rooms are rather small. I complained about this at the reception, since we booked a triple room, and we received a bigger one, which was ok in the end. But their standard double rooms are small.They are also not very clean. Cleanliness isn't their forte: the floor, the walls, the windows, the bathroom... They cleaned every day, but not thoroughly.

Review 6：We booked (parents + 2 small children) a triple room for 4 nights at the end of November-beginning of December. The overall impression is very good. The staff is very, very helpful and friendly. The reception called after arrival to see if everything is ok and gave us a lot of helpful directions during our stay. The restaurant staff is also very nice, always smiling! The breakfast menu is great and diverse. Another tipp: It's worth eating there lunch/dinner, since their prices are not higher than at the other restaurants/tavernas in town. About the view...oh, what a view! It compensated for every minus! So, all in all, we had a pleasant stay! Thank you!

Review 21：Two small elevators to be used by both hotel-guests and restaurant-guests (situated up on the last floor). Twice we had to wait for at least 10 minutes for the lift. We used the stairs most of the times (stayed in the 5th floor). There was another elevator which was only for staff. A solution could be to allow the use of the staff elevator during peak time (night-time when the restaurant gets lots of outsiders).

Restaurant & room service: limited choices, ignorant chef, poor quality. This hotel could have been fantastic if not a lot, just some money was spent on good care and maintenance, of course after a light but necessary renovation.

I can't see how the place could be liked by people on holiday with children. To me this is a pure business hotel - small and plain rooms, very small and definitely not enough elevators, no sound proof, no place to hang yours and children's swimming suits and towels and so on. On the top,our bathroom create us big problems.

Review 48：It doesn't deserve 4 stars at all. Not very clean, not very friendly, it doesn't fit greek hospitality. The seaview is compromised because windows are awfully dirty. Little room, little bathroom. A real parking problem: their parking is little and overcrowded, I had to move the car myself at more than 300 m away. Staff was lifted up and unfriendly.

Review 49：The staff is rather unfriendly, with the bell boy mocking tourists and laughing behind their backs. The guy at reception was not helpful in letting us know what to do with the car, when all of their parking was full.

Review 57：The beds are on wheels and make a lot of noise if you just spin in it. You can hear people from other rooms, as well. The breakfast was limited, which is ok with me, but my kid saw pankakes on of the other tables and asked for one, but the staff told me they have ran out of mixture. It was about 10:15 and the breakfast was supposed to be until 10:30. The parking in front of the hotel is always crowded and you need to leave your key from the car, or park at a nearby place with where e hotel has agreement. Pillows were a bit high for us. The carpets in the hallways were really dirty, nothing like a 4 star hotel. They will be better if they just remove them completely, at least one would not see the huge stains.

Review 69：The wfi was posted free then we got charged €14 extra per device forthe internet since they said we used higher speed internet service orline !! No one from hotel never advised that !! We got told the wfiis free ..

Review 71：The bed is on wheels and moves every time you take a turn in your sleep, not mentioning the noise it makes… I would have expected a bigger room, but at least it had a balcony. There are no toiletries at all in the bathroom (beside some liquid soap)!!!! I think is the first time when I stay in a 4 star hotel and I do not find any toiletries (so we were lucky bringing our own from home), no bathrobe or shower cap… The Wi-Fi is very bad. For the free access you have to re login through a very time consuming process every 24h and the connection is really bad…so, for a 4 stars hotel where also conferences and meetings take place this is the least I would have expected… There are 2 elevators, but very small and you have to wait too much when the hotel is crowded. They have a parking slot just in front of the hotel but too small so to fit in all customer’s cars. So you can park at your choice, blocking other cars and you must leave the car key at the reception. Then, someone from the hotel staff will move the cars anytime somebody wants to leave the parking slot but he/she is blocked by other cars (sometime the hotel stuff needs to take out 6-7 cars so one can leave…and then, but them back). Anyway, there is a free parking slot just in the port and there is always free space. All in all, although we had a nice stay, there are a lot of things they need to improve and I am not sure what makes this hotel a 4 stars one at this moment…

Review 72：Excellent hotel location with great view towards the port. Right on the city center, close to the port, taverns and shops and also the old city that must be visited. Very kind and friendly staff. The room is not very big, but nice. Very comfortable pillows. You can make your own coffee or tea in the room. Good breakfast (I would have loved some Greek yoghurt - funny I find it everywhere in Romania but was not present in this 4 stars hotel in Greece :). Really wonderful cooked dinner along with the lovely scenery from the 7 th floor (you have to try it).

Review 73：We stayed there twice: towards and coming from our greek holiday. Firsttime we booked a seaview room (the most expensive) and got a corner room(517) instead with partial seaview and which was tiny. The kind whereyou have to close the bathroom door in order to move around it and reachthe toilet. However it is probably the most quiet location, but theyshould have given us back the price difference. We were too tired to godown and start a fuss. On return we took the cheapest option which wasoverlooking the main street and very loud. The breakfast itself is ok,but very noisy and crowded, as lots of people there at the same time andthere is only a few staff members to manage the situation. They areconstantly running out of glasses, forks, fruit etc and there are heapsof dirty plates everywhere. Employees work hard, but are overwhelmed andyou can see it on their faces.

Review 129：I stayed in 5* hotels on business for 20yrs so am not easy to please but couldn't find any fault with Airotel Galaxy: perfect location, extremely helpful staff, great breakfast! We arrived at 5am and they let us have a room, also upgraded free of charge to a sea view! On our return from Thassos, we were no longer staying there but they stored our luggage so that we can enjoy our last day. We cannot thank them enough and certainly recommend it to everyone without any hesitation.

Room really small and really grey - depressing. 3 beds room is not really 3 beds: the 3rd bed was like a camp bed and very uncomfortable. Ok breakfast but the staff is not really interested to replace the empty platters, so some options were not available. Really crowded parking , you have to let the key to the reception if your car needs to be moved for some other to pass. I would not stay at this hotel for a period longer than 2 days.

Review 135：Location. Roof garden is the only 4 star location in this hotel, even though it is not well maintained (shabby look).

Review 136：Bumping suitcases up the steps to hotel. Parking was very crowded and we ended up on the street when returning late. Our hire car had foreign number plates and the country name was spray painted out. The hotels bread and butter is conferences, so large groups checking in and out.

We were lucky to reach the hotel on Sunday and the next day of local public day off.
