Review 1：It was 'very' dirty and there was evidence that suggests that the bathroom had not been cleaned for months - yellow/brown stains. The water was also dark and it looked rusty.

Review 9：The bottle water should be free of charge. Soaps, shampoos and toilet papers should be checked and replenished everyday right after the room is cleaned. Do not like the room service man to knock my door trying to deliver room service the day of my arrival. Everything needed should have been in the room already when one arrives.

Review 19：I can believe that this hotel was once 10-15 years ago an excellent five stars hotel... Not any more. The problem with these non Franchised hotels is that with poor maintenance and proper renewals they loose there stars one by one. The first star is very volatile and departs to the sky easily, then one by one follows it.

Been told it was taken care of as it supposed to be included in the price, but turn out we had to recheck with the hotel every time we went out otherwise we have to pay at the ticket booth. Didnt want to make a fuss, so we just paid. The dinner at silverspoon cafe was quite mediocre. The helpful staff were the good side as they tried to help my mom with her wheelchair.

Review 84：Worst was food whether it was breakfast or dinner. More so the supervisor or staff who were least interested in serving. Our impression was nobody is bothered about hotel reputation. Truly speaking I doubt if it's worth writing!
