Review 1：The first 5 minutes we entered the room we found (not only 1) but 3 broken (red lacquered) nails! Plus some small chips on the floor! Made the complaints which then a supervisor came and (only) offered us if we would like to get the room re-vacuum cleaned (as if we wanted to hear a noisy vacum cleaner while we're in the room). When my wife said no we didn't want then he offered if we wanted an extra mineral waters (do they train their staff to make a joke or what?).. Never had that gross experience ever. Shame for so called 5* hotel!

Review 3：At breakfast buffet, some items were not replenished on time leaving some dishes unavailable. The remains of the food from previous customers were pilled up in the nearby table which can be seen by customers still enjoying their breakfast, which is quite disturbing.

Review 4：Most of the staff are friendly, the hotel location is at the heart of the city but it is surrounded beautiful garden, and the facility is complete.

Review 5：I did not like breakfast. Because it contains food diet and diet and do not have to balance the weight of bags before going to the airport.

Review 7：1. I feel that the business club floor should allow me to bring guests in without charging me extra for drinks as drinks are just basic coffee and soft drinks. Unless my guests eats the food, I think that should be charged but not for drinks. Reason why we chose the business floor is because we do not have an office in Jakarta and we need to use the club floor for short meetings. At least limit the guests to 4pax.

Review 8：1. Service staff were very polite not only to me but also to my guests. 2. rooms are big and comfortable 3. Business club floor dining area is very presentable 4. Free 2pcs laundry is indeed a plus point

Review 9：Only small remark about selling expensive designer bottles water at the swimming pool. Around three times more expensive for a bottle, than a breakfast in the hotel.

Review 10：Customer relations team was amazing in sorting out my ticket issues. Ratih took care of everything for me. Fantastic place to stay. It is my 7th time there and I would not like to try any other hotel.

The hospitality of the staffs, especially Mr. Vega in the Reception/Front office & the pool staffs. 3. The Breakfast, great variety of Indonesian, Western Breakfast, especially the black bread. 4. The location, in the center of Jakarta Pusat, is a big plus.

Review 13：If I am in Jakarat for business I always stay at Borobudur. It is a tradition. In the rooms there is a lot of space and they are very well furnished. The bed is excellent! A magnificient swimming pool. Good food. And... very nice staff

Review 14：Our luggage did not get delivered to our room for ages - after about 25 minutes, I tried to call from our room. My call was not handled, so I had to go downstairs. I saw it on the trolley, so I asked a member of staff.

Review 15：I stayed here about 5 years ago and loved it, so I came back. The main attraction for me is the swimming pool. It is really amazing and well maintained.

Review 27：I was booked into a room without a bath tub and requested a change - after long-haul flights a good soak in the bath is very relaxing! There was not one available in non-smoking and I was offered a smoking room which I declined. I asked if there were any on the executive floor as it was the weekend and not many business travellers. The answer was yes but it took 20 minutes to organise it as the receptionists were not empowered to make a decision and no Manager would come to the front desk. I got my bath tub but baggage did not turn up for another hour. I was on a very intense business trip and this was 3rd Country in 4 days so not a great experience

Review 31：I brought my folding bicycle with me and cycled from the hotel to the city. When I returned, I was not allowed to get into the hotel compound via the main entrance. Instead I was asked to ride to the side enteance where I suppose their staff would ho through. At the side entrance I was asked to enter the hotel via the back entrance. It was only when I told the security guard that I was a guest that he let me cycle to the lobby entrance. I felt the guard at the main entrance should have asked me if I was a guest instead of waving me away from afar and asking me to take the side entrance.

Review 36：We were a family of 6 with kids aged from 10 - 22 and were on the last three days of a long overseas trip. We were pleasantly surprised by the vast amount of space in and around the hotel. The kids playground, Olympic size pool and free sauna were amazing and made the most of by our kids. We were originally a bit daunted by how glamorous the hotel was but the staff were always really pleasant and helpful. The breakfasts were amazing and we also ate in the Japanese and Italian restaurants and had very good meals. Highly recommended all up

I called the customer service several times asking for help and they keep promissing to get back to me and never done that. - Very high price for almost no service.
