Review 1：First stayed in June 15 and did not originally plan to return until 2016 but after browsing other islands and accommodation nothing could match Villa Anna Maria so returned again in Sept 15 to a very warm welcome. This time we did have a car for the week but it is not essential unless you struggle with walking up the steep driveway which take you up to the apartments but the location at the top makes its worth while. There is a regular bus service just on the main road which is perfect to enjoy a different beach every day (even if you are staying for 2 weeks!!) I am sure that this will not be our last visit. Wonderful place to chill and love the island.
Review 2：Because of its elevated position, would not recommend for anyone with mobility or breathing problems. Top of a very steep hill. Car hire would be recommended.

The lovely clean sheets and towels, the umbrella specially put up by Vasillis to give us more shade, the views, the lovely gardens and the invaluable information about where to go and what to see ensured that we made the most of every day of our holiday. We all loved it and hope to return in the future. With all our thanks.

Review 17：We loved every bit about our holiday but I am one of those 'unfit' people and didn't have any problems with the steep access road and steps to the apartments twice a day, but in the heat July/Aug not so sure I think I would resort to a vehicle of some sort!
Review 18：Our third visit to the island but first visit to Villa Anna Maria (but it won't be the last) from the moment our taxis arrived to our departure Anna Maria and Vassilis were delightful and on hand to make your stay so enjoyable. We stayed in a 2/3 studio on ground level which benefited from sun/shade/breeze. Situated in an ideal location to enjoy a number of tavernas serving great food, we would recommend Jimmy's at the bottom of the lane. Great relaxing holiday

Review 21：Anna Maria and vasilis are amazing. Welcomed us with open arms and took great care of us. Unfortunately my dad took very ill on holiday and they couldn't do enough for us. It is rare to find such kindness- genuine kindness. Also the apartments are lovely bright and immaculate with stunning views. Can't recommend them enough. Review 22：These apartments are kept spotlessly clean by the lovely owner Anna Maria. The gardens were beautifully maintained and the sea views were spectacular. Set in a very peaceful location up a steep but short incline. We will definitely return & highly recommend these lovely apartments.

Review 26：Beautiful stay at Villa Anna Maria. The hosts treated you like familyand couldn't do more for us on arrival and during our stay!The walk up the hill up to the villa is most definitely worth it for the STUNNING view across Agia Paraskevi bay. It's also high enough up to avoid noise from the main road. The room was cleaned by Anna Maria and were spotless!!! A lot of love and care had gone into the villa including the beautiful gardens and plants. The beds were comfier than 5* accommodation we had previously stayed in - and with better views! The adjustable aircon was a nice touch for the warmer evenings. We booked with booking.com but you can book direct with the villa. The location Agia Paraskevi with two well-stocked shops and plenty of traditional tavernas and with the beach 8 mins walk (from top to bottom) there's enough to keep you here all week! The villa is close to bus stop (16) which gives frequent access to Skiathos town (1) or to Koukounaries (24). 1.60€ each way and about 1/2 an hour so made exploring without a car really easy! Villa Anna Maria - The best views in Skiathos and the best hosts! Will definitely stay again!

Review 30：Nice location, close to main road and to a nice beach (agia paraskevi). The owners, Mrs Maria and Mr Vassilis were very hospitable and kind, always available to assist us on any of our needs. Room was nicely cleaned every day. Special care was given to accommodate our 2 year old daughter. Only disadvantage the accessibility to the villa from the main road, which, with a car is no real problem.
Review 31：Everything was perfect, if you have a car or a motorbike, you have found the best place to stay in Skiathos, it's like a piece of Heaven on Earth! :) Should you have any problem, Maria and Vassilis will help you in everything, they are genuinely kind and really care about their guests. The whole place is just amazing, one of the best places we have ever stayed in Greece. The crowds are only on the south coast of the island where the buses go, in the north you will find truly beautiful beaches with just a few people, the scenery is even more stunning. It's nice to go home to Villa Anna Maria every evening and enjoy the morning tranquility and the beautiful garden and view every morning before you leave to explore the island. Best choice in Skiathos for those who don't like big hotels and prefer true Greek hospitability.

We particularly loved the location, on the hill of Agia Paraskevi, with a great view on the valley and the sea. Review 33：The cleanest place in the whole island That´s how I would describe Villa Anna Maria. We stayed there at the end of June for 2 weeks with our toddler and Anna Maria and her husband couldn´t do enough for us. Some of the best customer service we´ve ever received anywhere in the world: warm, friendly, smiley, always there without being intrusive. They really made us feel welcome. Well done!!
Review 34：I loved this accommodation. Great location in lovely landscaped gardens with ocean views. A stones throw from a great beach. Maria and her husband have been very hospitable and have always gone out of their way to help us. This started with a very warm welcome, to recommendations of places to see on the island to hiring a car to even a late check out. The accommodation exceeded are expectations. The apartment is spotlessly cleaned by Maria herself. I have never stayed in such a clean and well maintained place. Thoroughly enjoyed staying here and would most definitely recommend to others. The great reviews are most certainly well deserved!

On arrival they sat us down for some fresh orange juice and snacks, then gave us some advice on what to do. If you're thinking of staying somewhere this is definitely the place to be on the island!
