Review 1：sloppy staff (barging into the room despite the "do not disturb" sign was put up), sending people with small children back from the breakfast hall claiming there was no room at the moment when clearly there were empty tables but just not cleaned and set up, in generally they are surprisingly slow and disinterested, bringing the wrong order during breakfast, no one smiles, a very uncomfortable feel in general; the wellness area is a joke - the indoor pool is smaller than the average hotel bedroom, basically a reflection pond and definitely not a pool to swim in, only two saunas with the capacity for max 3 people each; breakfast is a let down as well, your eggs, if ordered correctly by the waiter, arrive on a shabby, old and highly unrepresentative stroller, and the utensils are kept in a completely worn out cupboard with lining going all over the place every time the waiters reach in for anything - sloppy, small details that really make you wonder how is this the most luxurious hotel in Croatia - by our experiences in other hotels, we would strongly disagree. simply not living up to the money they charge.

Review 4：Amazing hotel! It is not any surprise that they are n. 1 in Croatia's Hotel rating. They have an amazing staff and charming luxury roms, it is the most luxury hotel in Croatia! Their restaurant is the best in Istra.

Review 5：Some restaurant staff lack enthusiasm. Google maps took us via the marina, so finding the property is a challenge. When we tried to phone the property on the number listed in Bookings.com there was no answer. If we arrived after dark it would have been a major problem

Review 10：Although advertised as sea-view which tempted us to reach over our budget for the view, the room barely had any sea-view. Our view was of closed water and trees were blocking the majority of our view. The balcony lacked privacy as it was shared with the adjacent room and only separated with a glass partition.

Review 11：The spa was fantastic and was connected through the basement to the spa in the adjacent hotel giving us access to two spas at once. Our requests for spa treatments were accommodated on short notice which was excellent. The rooms were nice and the bathroom was spacious and allows access to the closets from inside the bathroom. The ability to rent out bikes for free was a major plus as we explored most of the city during our short stay on bikes allowing us to cover the majority of sites in one afternoon. The breakfast was amazing with options beyond what you can have in one sitting.

Review 18：Not for you if you're looking for a clubbing holiday. I also wouldn't take children - although a few people did, there's nothing for them and it's a pebble beach - as the hotel is geared towards relaxation and calm.

No traffic, no noise, next to the forest/nature reserve - lots of fresh clean air. Spa facilities brilliant. Sea beautifully clear. Food of highest quality. The whole setting, the building, the staff, there is really nothing to complain. The rooms are great, the bathroom is spacious, very modern. We really would book here again, without any doubt!

Highlights were the expansive Breakfast, the beautiful pool complex, the elegant spa facilities, and the spacious rooms - particularly the beautifully appointed bathroom and the great view from the balcony. Rovinij is really lovely, with many great places to eat and lots of boat trips around the stunning coastline. We will definitely be going back.

Review 50：We stayed here for a week as part of a 3 week holiday around Croatia and Slovenia. The hotel is one of the leading hotels of the world and having stayed In other hotels in the group it certain deserves this status. The hotel is modern and immaculate, the rooms are reasonably sized with large bathrooms and balconies with views over the pool and sea. The breakfast was excellent as were the hotel and pool waiting staff. The beach area is also beautifully designed with plenty of sun loungers and bean bags. My only suggestion would be that we had heavy rain and thunder one night which had been heavily forecast. All or the sun loungers and cushions are left out overnight and they were not brought in on this particular evening. Therefore the following Wednesday morning the weather was warm and sunny however the pool area was effectively closed and no guests were able to use the loungers as the staff were having to vacuum dry all or the cushions which took several hours. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are looking to return at some time.

Review 51：The cocktail at the beach bar! I ordered a Virgin Mojito but was offered a cocktail with bitters and no mint leaves which is what a Mojito is about? Having said that I was so forgiving because the staff are so friendly and pleasant!

Review 86：Everything about this hotel is top notch. The location is perfect for the beach (pebbely) and the new beach facilities there are terrific. No shortage of sun loungers even though parts of the beach are public. The Medditeranio restaurant has beautiful fresh cooked food and great service. Local wines are also delicious. All the rooms face the sea and pool with amazing views. The spa is lovely and priced similarly to prices here but with incredible extra free facilities. The beds are huge and very comfortable, and bathrooms huge with robes and slippers. This is what 5* is meant to be like!
