Review 1：Light bulbs blown in 2 b/rooms; rusty toaster; frypan rusty & burns food; air-con in 1st b/room barely worked; fridge door no stopper & constantly banged onto cupboard; no insect screen in screen doors; the most uncomfortable lounge chairs; blind in lounge area was broken

Review 3：The unit was spacious, well appointed, clean and well maintained. It was a spectacular location and we enjoyed a quiet, peaceful and relaxed holiday. Moffatt Beach is a great location it is away from the hustle and bustle but only a very short drive from the centre of Caloundra.
Review 4：We arrived after hours. Only then did we find out the lifts were not working and there were no directions provided for us to find our way up to our 4th floor unit. Lugging bags and sleeping children up that many stairs unexpectedly was not something we wanted to do at that hour of the night. Only Air Con in the bedrooms as well - these units will be really hot in summer !! Ohh and if only staying a few nights - unlike all other places we have stayed in this price range ... you still need to take shampoo.

Review 11：The lift wasn't working, and we weren't advised until we arrived. I think for the money we paid, we should have received a discount. I wouldn't have booked it if I'd known the lift wasn't working. The unit we stayed in was fine but a bit tired - it needs a refresh.

Review 17：The only thing that I din't like was the mowing on Saturday morning. It's only a small thing but it was difficult to sit outside and enjoy the view with all the noise. The hotel was full and it possibly could have waited until there were fewer guests.
Review 18：We were attending a music festival about a kilometre away. The location was fantastic as it was an easy walk. Even without the convenience factor the location of this hotel is beautiful - right by the sea with the little shops to get a coffee or a meal just across the road. Our apartment was spacious, comfortable, well stocked and adjacent to the pool which was perfect. Loved it.
Review 19：Perfect location for a family with young children. Close to the park, beach and cafes. We also loved being on the ground floor, with the pool and bbq area close by.
Review 20：The apartment we booked was not up to standard to say the least. There was obvious mould all over the ceilings in both the bedrooms. The decore was very tired and extremely mismatched, a bit like whatever they had left over they put in the apartment for storage. They also had a few home handy man repairs which reception quickly organised to be fixed, properly.

But the apartment they moved us into after we said we were not happy to stay in our original apartment was the polar opposite! Clean, modern, well kept, beautifully renovated and styled. We would stay there again if we could book that particular room. Plus the hotels location is perfect for young families. There's a heated pool with a kids end, a great park and beach across the road, nice cafes only 50m away and easy walks to neighbouring beaches. Plus the views are next to none! Especially when you glimpse the passing ships!
Review 22：It's very noisy with the pool & children's park so close to the apartments. Also the noise from other apartments with the chairs scraping on tiled floors. Only 2 very thin towels for an 8 day stay.

Review 34：Insufficient cleaning supplies - only sufficient for one day and then had to purchase dishwashing powder/liquid and all other little commodities. No rinse aid at all in the dishwasher. The shower head was absolutely terrible - urgent replacement needed. Very, very low water pressure - almost impossible to rinse hair! No dessert spoons and not much in the way of cutlery or crockery. A little complimentary salt and pepper and tomato sauce - just the basics - would go a long way.

Review 39：The exhaust fan in the bathroom was on all night every night. It was controlled centrally and did not get turned off until around 10am. Very annoying and hindered a good night sleep. People were smoking on their balconies and the smoke drifting into your unit meant you had to keep the doors closed at times. The whole place should be non-smoking, particularly as there are so many children staying there. The microwave did not work. The walls were also paper thin. You could hear next doors TV and footfall above.

Review 47：As my husband is over 6' a double bed is just too small. The minimum standard should be a a queen size and a king size for our preference. The pillows were too hard. Parking our VW Amaroc in the allocated undercover space for #17 was very tight and awkward.
