Review 1：Floor carpets could do with changing.

Review 2：Huge flats in great location. Safe and comfortable area with trees, great shops and restaurants in nearby road 9. Staff are very helpful.

Review 3：Spotty and weak internet connectivity. SKYPE was virtually impossible to use and the internet sometimes took a while (10-15 minutes on average) to up-load. One has to have a local mobile phone to gain internet access at the hotel which is baffling.

Review 4：Location, location, location - in Maadi, near the American school (CAC), near the softball field (Victory College), near where my friends live, easy to get in and out of town to maadi for business appointments, and good restaurants all around Maadi. Nice quiet location, great for sleeping. Good central Air Conditioning.

Review 13：The fact that they advertise, Wi-Fi, gym, cable, etc...and they chargeyou for everything....even the gym is $1 per day....and it is not worthit...the Wi-Fi is $5.00 per day, and I didn't even turn on the tvfor fear of getting an additional charge...
