Review 1：This is like my 2nd time staying there.. And I will still going to stay the same hotel, if I were to go there again.. Their customer service is thumbs up, the convenience to go to the mall etc, is just so easy.. Highly recommended.. Oh yeah, ask for the highest floor because the view is insane.. It is just so beautiful..

The Breakfast Restaurant was run badly withfood running out and Nobody prepared to top up food or juice whenrequired and try getting a top up of a simple cup of coffee its easierto walk to Starbucks next door.

Review 18：They have internet LAN cable in the room that don't work. The quality of the door in the bathroom is not very good, looks like cheap wood. My room was located at level 7 with the gym and spa. It was also diagonally opposite the staff door. So in the middle of the night, I heard people walking by and laughing. Not noise-proof, sleep quality was not good.

Review 24：The only thing was the distance from the airport we didn't expect it to take thaf long to get there but it was traffic and when you arrive in a city with over 11 million people that's bound to happen. Once we were there for our stay /saw the mall and breakfast it was well worth it. It took less time the next day getting to the airport.

Shouldhave booked into Pullman which is newer and nearer to the tmn anngerekand central park malls. Will not stay here again ever.

Hence took some time to find it after trial and error.
