Review 11：Beautiful home with superb furnishings and everything we needed in the bedroom and en suite.The property even had an extra Residents Lounge outside in a log cabin with a free beer provided! Elaine was a lovely friendly host and she booked us into a local, excellent, eating venue for our evening meal where they provided transport there and back! All brilliant!

Review 19：This is really picking holes. I guess the only very slight inconvenience was that the wifi signal was not particularly reliable from the bedroom. However guests have access to lounges and other areas where the signal is perfect. I imagine some people might suggest that the location isn't great because it's too far from Carlingford, however a free shuttle service to and from carlingford is offered so that eliminates that issue also.
Review 20：Amazing, welcoming hosts. Really could not have done more to accommodate us. By far the best B&B I've ever had the pleasure to stay at. A beautiful, immaculately decorated home and perfectly pristine with jaw dropping facilities especially given the incredibly low price!

We checked in early and while our roomwasn't quite ready, we enjoyed tea and treats in the log cabin.There's an attention to detail here we didn't see in otherB&Bs during our travels in Ireland. Elaine has thought of everythingand more. The rooms are spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated, andcomfortable. The grounds are gorgeous and beautifully kept. Thebreakfast was delicious. Some have said the location wasn't the bestbut we found it close to town plus Elaine offered to give us a ride. Wewanted for nothing while we were there and wished we'd booked formore than one night.
Review 37：The house is sited in beautiful farmlands, close to the sea and to hiking. The family that runs the Riverside Lodge is fantastic -- some of the nicest people we have met. The breakfasts were wonderful and the room that we stayed in was lovely for a small family. We will definitely be back.

Surroundings outside are excellent, and a separate guest lounge is lovely. The apartment was everything you could hope for - well equipped, beautifully furnished and very clean and well looked after. The location is at the foothills of the Cooley Mountains and is peaceful and full of natural beauty. The owners Elaine and Sean could not have provided a warmer or more hospitable stay. They took us into Carlingford on the first night and picked us up. We thought there might be hidden charges for this service but no, they are lovely people and keen to ensure their guests are well looked after. There is also a log cabin which is equipped as a resident's lounge and such care and attention to detail has been put into it - a lovely fire, tea and coffee making bits, and some wonderful books on Ireland which were both interesting and heartwarming. Our only problem was that we couldn't stay longer! We will be back for sure. Many thanks Elaine and Sean
