Reviews for Minos Beach Art Hotel
Review 1:The majority of Facilities advertised were Closed and we were not advised of this when booking. Also very poor breakfast both in presentation, quality and all cold
Review 2:If a person has a wish, it's not so much difficult for him to find bad things in everything and everywhere. I do not have such a wish.
Review 3:I felt in the hotel like I was in my lovely little country house many years ago when I was a little girl.
Review 4:Beds are firm but we got used to it, to the extent we know think our bed at home is probably too soft.
Review 5:Great location with private beaches. Own beach house makes it feel very spacious as a resort hotel. Excellent, friendly staff and housekeeping outstanding. At least two room services a day (very discrete as we only had a knock on the door once) and sometimes three. Great breakfast with a very wide choice. Choices to eat on site but good restaurants nearby and in the town centre (easy walk).
Review 6:Cleaning services can be better
Review 7:The location is just perfect. Fabulous views of the sea from everywhere. Facilities are great and everything is very beautifully designed.
Review 8:Wifi charged at 6€ per hour I found the bed very hard and it gave me back ache but my husband was not bothered by it
Review 9:Beautifully decorated and maintained Good food charming staff Really loved it.
Review 10:The only down side was that the beds were very firm. In saying that it didn't affect my sleeping so can't complain!
Review 11:Pretty much everything about this hotel is great - it's beautiful, has brilliant facilities, the staff are very friendly and accommodating and you are within walking distance of everything you'd need. Plus the breakfast - amazing! Pretty much anything you could want is available.
Review 12:Food was OK but not matching facilities which were excellent (including staff). Prices were a bit steep, beds a little hard. Airport was an hours drive by taxi, chaotic and filthy and flight delay made the journey back hellish.
Review 13:Location,Location location!! Peace, swimming, water sports, grounds, facilities, staff, accommodation. And of course beautiful weather!1 Special lobster meal was very expensive but was worth it.
Review 14:The location is good but not where Booking.com shows it. The hotel is actually about 1 kilometre north of the displayed location. It occupies the whole promontory and it took us about 25 mins to walk to the lagoon in town, not the 10 we thought. A taxi back is €5.
Review 15:The hotel facilities are wonderful and the rooms excellent.
Review 16:Nothing
Review 17:The hotel is beautiful, the grounds are lovely, the swimming facilities are stunning with lots of little terraces built out into the sea. I don't know how busy the hotel was but there were always loungers available. The access to sea swimming was the best thing for us. We ate all our meals in the hotel and they were great. Buffet breakfast was perfect. The location is excellent - an easy walk into town and a mini market across the road for basics - water, sunscreen etc.
Review 18:Very far from airport or port and must have a car rental. The front deskman was rude and not helpful and needed better training
Review 19:Large resort and great water access.
Review 20:while I had no need for the TV they were very out dated. Id like to have had something to play music on in the rooms. The only small complaint was that I was charged for something from the mini bar when I didnt use anything, I didnt however notice the charge until I was home and due to it being a minor charge of only 3.90 its not worth the bother. But one thing is to check if someone removes something and sets it aside to make room for what they have purchased at a store as I did and put back at the end of the stay.
Review 21:The hotel was really beutiful, and right on the water so swimming was so perfect. The staff was really sweet and made me feel very welcome and comfortable, already knowing my room number by the 2nd day. Which was such a pleasent surprise. I always felt relaxed and comfortable, The food at lunch was always good and service so nice. The guys always super nice and always took very good care of me. This was a great place to unwind and yet close enough to stroll to town for shopping, drinks or eating out. I hope to be able to return one day.
