Review 1：Located across the street from a beautiful beach in gorgeous Skiathos. Bus stop and supermarket very close by, and excellent on-site taverna. Run by a very friendly and helpful local family. It was a dream come true!
Review 2：- extremely noisy as the hotel is located: a) just a few meters from island’s main road -> traffic noise almost non-stop (lot's of scooters and quadro bikes on the island, which are very loud) b) right behind a restaurant: music from the restaurant in the evenings + loud buzz from the kitchen (smth like big fridge) - The hotel manager (young man) was surprisingly unfriendly. For example a few hours after check-in I noticed that the kettle could not be switched on as I tried to make tea for my son and informed him, but he immediately replied in a pretty irritated manner: "it was working before you came, you must have done something wrong with it". Next day the problem was fixed (it became obvious that I did not do "something wrong" to this single-button-device). Or after I asked for help with connecting to wifi his first words were “I don’t know – you did something wrong”. This attitude left a very sour impression. Check as much as you can in the presence of the manager when you move in.
Review 3：- The room is spacious, enought place for everything - Very clean, nice garden - Windows look on different sides - you can make a good air flow through the room - Terrace - Close to the beach of Agia Paraskevi - Ladies from the hotel team were friendly (after having bad experience with the main manager, I communicated only with them)
Review 4：The family who own these apartment's are so friendly , they treat you as a member of there family. Spotlessly clean and just next to the buss stop 16.
Review 5：- Room was just a few meters away from the main road, there was traffic all day and night. Since there was just single glazing and the door did not close properly it was very noisy and it felt like sleeping near the motorway. - Plain furniture, kitchen and bath. That was absolutely ok, but some selected things were new and expensive. We were told to have damaged them (table) and asked to pay for it. That was no problem as well (Even they told us some hours later we do not have to pay). But it is a quite strange idea to put some single expensive furniture in a room, that is full of old and used other furniture. - Room was quite small

Review 8：Well equipped kitchen, lovely setting surrounded by fruit trees. Convenient 5 minutes walk to the beach. Many restaurants within walking distance, plus a good one owned by the guesthouse.
Review 9：Water leaking in bathroom all the time not sure where from was looked at but not repaired. Need shower hook on wall. Would not go late September again as places closing down.

Review 12：Apartments are centrally located with easy access to paraskevi beach and near several tavernas. The Mesostrata taverna at the front is very good. Bus stop 16 is right outside which gives good access to rest of beaches and town. Apartments have all basics and kept clean.
Review 13：I liked: very clean room and toilet, large and comfort room, large balcony, excellent location, kitchenette, close to the best beaches. Excellent experience. We highly recommend this guesthouse.

Review 15：Excellent hosts. Not far from town and at the start of the beaches. At a bus stop if you don't have your own transportation. Very pleasant with greenery around. Rooms just far enough back from road to not be noisy. Nice balcony, separate bedroom, fully equipped kitchenette. Excellent mousaka in the restaurant.

Review 17：Everything from arriving to leaving was so relaxing. So clean and peaceful,although next to the road,, so some traffic noise is heard. The rooms have everything you need, large studios and so clean, able and chairs available in garden to use..The family taverna in front of rooms serves the best home cooked food we have had in Greece for a while. Look forward to returning here.

Review 25：... mosquitoes, which is of course not the fault of the hotel, but a consequence of the nearby creeks/wetlands and the fact that we were there in October, when there was some rain/moisture. Probably not an issue during the dry summer month.
