Review 1：The room was very dirty. Floor (made of tiles) was not wiped, only vacuumed and when you wanted to walk barefoot in the room your feet were really dirty. Toilet, bath and bathroom overall was dirty too, with long dark hair everywhere.

Review 2：The location in Baška, the beach

Review 3：Aircondition was down for 4 days (+38c). Wi-Fi was poor.

Review 4：Great location, right on the water front bouleward. Two bedroom apartment had lot of room for 4 persons. Great big balcony with great wiew! Market was downstairs of the building, which was handy. Pool and spa were about hundred meters from the hotel, same with breackfast. All those were nice! Staff in hotel Adrium Palace (reseptiin of Villa Adria was there) were really helpfull. There were no aircondition during our stay and they gave is fanns and discount of the price.

Review 5：Breakfast. Having to walk over to an affiliate hotel to eat breakfast. The breakfast room was very crowded. The attendants, though polite and pleasant, could barely keep up between clearing tables, replacing silverware, and keeping the buffet stocked. Also, some fresh fruits had mildew on then. The hotel owners should consider adding more staff for breakfast. Also, check for the quality of fresh products. WIFI. Had to reboot the modem often to get WIFI.

Review 6：The hotel staff were very nice and helpful. The room was clean.

Review 7：Not all hotel staff were unhelpful but when needed most this fell short. Called front desk for help with wifi, was told to just try again. Was told to go to another hotel for our free breakfast included. We walked the 100 feet to the go eat and were turned away. Went to the second hotel associated with Villa Adria, after waiting 20 minutes to speak to the receptionist we gave up and just ate at the first buffet we saw. Very unhappy with this experience, also had a very hungry child with us. Would not stay at this hotel again if given the chance to return to Baska.

Review 8：The room was beautifully cleaned and very spacious. Balcony with sea view was cherry on top!

Review 9：I did not like that when on the balcony you can not see the sea view you pay for when you are sitting. It is a solid concrete wall so you have to stand in order to see the nice view.

Review 10：This hotel is in a great location. We stayed at The Atrium Residence last time with a sea view and still prefer that room and location but for the price you can not beat this room. We got the 4 person apartment and it had two separate rooms each with their own bathroom. A common living area and a little kitchen. One room also had a sea view which was nice.

Review 11：The ac didn't work (or was turned off) even with the balcony doorslocked, and we just prefer a cold room, whereas this room was a littletoo warm for our tastes.

Review 19：We booked the Villa Adria but actually stayed at The Atrium Residence. I think because it was not busy season and the Villa Adria seemed to be closed. The Atrium was AMAZING! Our room was modern and very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was so delicious, the best we have had on vacation. Everything was just the best and we have nothing to complain about. The Wellness spa is also amazing and is very reasonably priced so I highly recommend checking that out at well. I know this is not a review for Villa Adria but we didn't stay there and it won't let me review The Atrium Residence.

Review 20：Although it was nice, it would need way more comfort for a 4 star hotel and for its price. We had to wake up at 5:30-6:30 cause it is located on top of a supermarket and they were supplying it as noisy as possible!!! The hotel didn't even have its own reception and Internet almost didn't exist-only at the corridor.

Review 22：Getting the luggage to the room was a bit tricky, there was no place to pull the car up close to even drop off bags. We had quite a bit of luggage with 3 young children so it was a bit strenuous for my husband.
