Apartment Elpida sells fast on our site. Elpida is surrounded by a garden 200 feet form Kolona Beach in Batsi. It offers air-conditioned studios with free WiFi and furnished balcony overlooking the Aegean Sea.
A kitchenette with cooking facilities, electric kettle and fridge is included in all studios at the Elpida. Each has a TV and hairdryer.
Guests can relax in the garden that features BBQ facilities and seating areas. The property offers a lounge area with TV, a library and an internet corner. Younger guests can enjoy the playground.

Review 1：The only one thing I didn't like is room size. It's VERY small, the toilet and shower room is very incapacious

Review 2：Good territory with a grass, friendly staff, everyday cleaning, outstanding location at 100-150m. out of town. Good beaches are at 5-7 minutes walk.

Review 6：The hotel is suitably located: only a few minutes’ walk from the centre and the waterfront, restaurants, shops and supermarkets. Batsi is definitely a good starting point for discovering this wonderful island with a motorbike. Our apartment was very clean, luminous and quiet. Caterina and her helper were very kind, discreet and professional.

Review 9：The friendly owner and her help firstly to extend one more night our accomodation and secondly that she has contacted the ship company to change the day of our departure without any extra cost from the ship company. Because of this genuine help we stayed extra 24 h and made us to have the chance to see the full moon of July reflecting in the Aegean sea.

Review 10：The wifi service of the room wasn't good. I did not like the wet room which ended up smelling damp and leaving a wet floor for a long time after you had a shower.

Review 14：Even though the room was clean it needs some renovation in some parts! Especially the bathroom! it needs renovation and relocation of the utilities!! Our shower was clogged and the water kept filling up but when we told them they brought a plumber and fixed right away! The electric appliance for coocking is good only for boiling an egg and we could not coock anything which meant we had to eat out everyday! the tv is really small and old! the wifi worked only for a day or 2 and then it stopped. im sure if we told them about it they would fix it right away but i did not need it that much! (just wanted to comment in case someone is dependant on it) Other than that our stay was very pleasant and i would definitely visit again. But it does need renovation for the price that is currently charged!

They helped us organize our visit and told us where to go and gave us all the necessary information The room and the whole building was always clean! and smelled great! The view from the side view rooms was amazing, i can only imagine that from the front rooms it will be even better! Room was cleaned and towels and sheets changed everyday all day long! we left the room really late everyday and everytime we found it in perfect condionts! in some hotels or studios you must leave before 11 in the morning if you want it cleaned. that was really appreciated!!

Review 26：The owner John made us very welcome and was always available to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The free bicycles at the hotel were great for pottering about on. The location was perfect, very quiet, with fabulous views over the sea and a pleasant short walk into the main part of the town. We are surprised that some people found the walk long and steep as we are in our late 60's and found it a gentle stroll and it did get us away from the more noisy aspects of the central area - perfect! We recommend The Alpida as a reasonably priced stay that provides everything you need for a relaxing holiday.

Review 28：Cleanest apartment I've booked so far. Extremely helpful and understanding staff. Beautiful sea view and big garden. First time I see a wifi repeater right outside the room with excellent signal and more than adequate speed. Water was always warm. Bathroom was comfortable. Just 3 minutes walk from a nice little beach and 10 minutes walk from the main beach of Batsi.

Review 42：Andros was our last stop after a 2 week tour of Greece. We were warmly welcomed by Sebastian the 7 year old who was at the hotel. He couldn't speak a word of English but he gave atmosphere to the place. Though the place is a bit dated it was very clean. Close enough to walk to town but away from the noise. A little walk to the beach but gladly not crowded. Take a moment to enjoy the sunset from the rooftop.
