Review 1：This place is wonderful, Elena (the owner) is the best woman of the world. She manages the studios perfectly and her kindness is amazing. I really suggest you to choose this studio!!! it's the best you can desire for your holiday.

Review 2：The location is perfect - everything you need is really close: Aghia Paraskevi beach (one of the best on the island), fantastic tavernas (especially our favourite "Jimmy's" - which is just around the corner), 2 supermarkets and a bus stop. Also, the hotel is not right on the main road like so many others - so it's quiet. Elena and her family, who run the hotel, are incredibly friendly, welcoming and generous. The hotel is maintained to a high standard. The apartment was spacious, very clean and comfortable - with a huge balcony and an amazing sea view. We will most definitely be returning!

Review 4：We were lucky having a newly renovated room which was really amazing! As well as the facilities. But the very best was the hospitality of Elena and her mother and son. She really tried to comply with every wish we could possibly have. The area there is really beautiful (nice view to the sea from the balcony) and even without a car you reach the beach and some tavernas and stores within 5 minutes walking. Definitely a strong recommendation!

Review 6：We have just returned from Villa Fridriki and had the most amazing holiday ever! We spent 2 weeks with Elena and her family. They take hospitality to a new level! Going the extra mile to ensure their guests have a fabulous holiday doesn't even closely describe them. Nothing is too much trouble. We met guests from all over Europe. Elena and her family are genuine honest hosts who's accommodation is of the highest standard and impeccably clean. We will be returning for sure!! Superb all round !!!

Review 7：Elena was a simply fabulous host. An immensely friendly, kind and generous individual. The room was incredibly large, and notably clean. It was also close to the bus stop, which made it remarkably easy to get the bus around the island.

Review 9：The best thing about the holiday was the friendship from Elena,her mother Frideriki and her son Nikos.The accomodation was superb and cleaned every day.We even changed rooms for a few nights for better views, which were great from every room, only to be put back into our original room where Elena had had brand new furniture installed to surprise us.I have never heard of that before

The hosts were very nice, Elena took us from and to the airport, made sure to help us find something to do on a rainy day. we were well cared of and felt very welcomed at all times. Location is very convenient since we didn't drive, everything was easily accessible. I would definitely consider coming here again. Thank you for everything,Elena.

Review 12：Everything within an easy 5 to 10 minute walk - beach, tavernas, transport and mini-markets. Excellent accommodation set in beautiful surroundings with fantastic views from the balcony. All of this and probably the best family owners you could ever wish to meet, who could ask for more from a holiday.

Review 14：My husband and I stayed in Villa Frideriki on Sept/2014, during our honeymoon. We really enjoyed our stay there. The apartment we stayed had everything we needed (good quality furniture, kitchen facilities, etc). It was cleaned every day. We felt very welcome at Villa Frideriki by Eleni and her mother. Eleni even picked us up from the harbour and gave us a ride to the airport in our last day of travel (this was 5 in the morning!). We do not have anything to complain. Everything was perfect!

Review 17：The location was ideal,less than 5 minutes walk to a beautiful beach,supermarket and several very good taverna's.The apartments were extremely clean,with daily room service,clean sheets and towels were changed frequently, and no extra charge for Air con or T.V,and sufficient kitchen equipment .No safe but you really didn't need one as the family that owned the apartments were living on site. Being elevated,we had wonderful views.The owner, Elena ,her mother and 2 son's went out their way to welcome their guest's with free transfer's to and from the airport,to a daily gathering on her patio to talk About your day over a cup of coffee or a glass of wine.If you ever Needed a parasole for the beach,a hair dryer,a map of the Island,or car hire,just ask.The family made all their guest's welcome,home made cake and fruit from their trees were always on offer ,and a chance to chat with other guest's from all over The world.This is a great family run house,that you feel comfortable,safe and will be sure to want to go back to.Look out for the lovely drift wood and pebble statues in the lovely garden's.Everyone of the guests felt a part of Elena's family,and I'm sure as like us,will return to the beautiful Island of Skiathos,and receive a warm welcome home at Villa Frideriki. :)

Review 18：I stayed for a week with a friend as we were in Skiathos for a wedding. The villa is well located for beaches and restaurants, and the rooms immaculate and airy. But the thing that made our stay exceptional was Elena and her family who were so welcoming and friendly in taking care of us. In fact we were joking that Elena was our Greek mother! An absolute gem. Thank you!
