Review 1：Staff were NOT flexible at all and beware of the 40€ fee to be paid upon leaving. Only cash. No English at all spoken.

Review 6：All the apartments have just one toilet so a little inconvenient. And as it is not a hotel so there's no lift.

Review 7：Its in oberperfuss which is a small village, so everything is close by. Its very peaceful, the view is amazing. Erica the hostess and her husband are very nice people. The place is clean and the perfect place to relax.

Felt like we were the first people to stay as it was so clean and well presented.Lovely village with good restaurant nearby and a nice trip up the mountain on the cable car before we left. Erica, the owner, felt like family! She was so welcoming and helpful. She even left us coffee in a flask as I had forgotten to buy any, along with freshly laid eggs and milk warm from the cow in the morning and fresh bread for our breakfast - at no extra charge!

Review 15：i love the place and the host. Erika is a lovely woman although she doesn't speak good english we understand pretty much her talking. The place is comfortable and have everything you need. My children were in love with the animals and I have to say that the property has the more amazing flower ever seen. Tulips in everywhere just love it. Erika brought us everyday eggs and milk and bread, so fresh and so delicious.

Review 17：Beautiful location, quiet - the sound of cow bells tinkering in the distance is delightful, great views, close to Innsbruck and day trip to Salzburg. Erika is a perfect hostess, delivering fresh milk and eggs from the farm and rolls for breakfast. Whilst Erika has limited English we communicated very well. The apartment is large, delightfully decorated and very comfortable. Attention has been given to every detail throughout. Would recommend to everyone and would have to say in 5 weeks spent in Europe this was our favourite place. Can we give 11/10?We will definitely return one day.

Review 22：We had a pleasure staying in the Gästehaus Weber for 3 nights. Perfect location – 10 minutes to Innsbruck by car. Right by the Gästehaus Weber there is a ski lift. Beautiful small town in the mountains – perfect for a vocation. The best part of stay were the apartments – nice and neat, brand new, fully furnished, very clean and comfortable. When our stay came to the end we didn’t want to leave it. Spectacular views out of the windows, great terrace. Owners are very very open, kind and friendly! They will give you all the necessary information on the stay in Tirol and are glad to assist you. + Every morning you get a free fresh milk, eggs and bread. Will definitely come here again

Review 23：the apartment was very big, with comfortable rooms ans well equipped kitchen. Very clean and quite. Wonderful view of the mountains. Every morning we were served with bread, eggs and milk from the farm. The location is less than 20 minutes from Innsbruck center. The house owners were kind and helpful with ideas on where to fist nearby.

Review 25：Erika is superb helpful and friendly to us. She is so nice to help us liaise with our transport co-ordinator, offers us fresh milk & eggs & make phone calls to cancel the taxi appt. She really makes effort to keep the house comfortable and spark clean. We enjoy the nice view as shown online in her house. Her house has heater, unlike previous feedbacks seen. Her heater is underneath the floor so you will not see it. It is advisable to take taxi to her house from Innsbruck.

Review 31：very beautifully decorated and very clean, everywhere in the hause is nice to look at and the equipments are new and very easy to use. the hause is a perfect combination of Alpine and modern style. The appartment we had could live maximum 7 people and has good value to price ratio.

Review 67：Impeccably clean, exceptionally situated, gorgeous surroundings, wonderful owners- we had an unforgettable experience here. Actually, at the end of our stay we wanted to book for the following weekend, and to our huge disappointment, Gästehaus Weber was fully booked. This is truly a gem!

Review 69：Superior appartment - very nice, roomy, clean, well equipped. Nice location with great view. Very large garden where the children can play and feed chicken, rabbits and cows. Super friendly owners, very helpful and pleasant. The house is quite new, very well insulated. The top appartment was far from hot even if it was 36C outside. I would recommend this place especially for pairs with small children. Our stay was simply great.

Review 70：Beautiful apt in a stunning setting. Close enough to enjoy downtown Innsbruck yet we loved sitting on our deck looking at the snow capped mountains and watching people gather hay. Our balcony was lined with petunias and faced gorgeous green fields of all different colors. Erica was great host and gave us fresh eggs and milk in the morning right from the cows and chickens which live on the farm. She also did our laundry.

The apartmentis stunning, extremely well laid out, spacious and spotless. It is awayfrom the hustle and bustle but close to the main route. You must be able to climb stairs, if you stayhere. They are easy stairs, but there are a few flights. The rooms arespacious and comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped, youdon't need to bring a thing. The view is amazing. Our childrenenjoyed rambling outside on the grassy fields with the mountains in thebackground after being in the car. Perfect place if you are intomountain biking or skiing or just passing through. The owners are nice, friendly and helpful people who put a lot of effort in making their guests feel comfortable. Certainly great value for money.
