Review 5：Poor location, terrible food and everything cost extra. The spa is also closed on Saturdays!! We had terrible service in the restaurant, left waiting 20 minutes to take the order and then the food was very poor. We were forced to pay for sun beds even though it doesn't say anywhere that they would cost and the shuttle to the airport is 350 kuna, when you can get a bus for 43 kuna. It seemed like they were trying to get extra money from you, which made it a unenjoyable experience.

Review 7：This is a very smart hotel, where the owners have taken care to think of everything a guest could need. All the rooms had sea views and were very comfy and quite spacious. There was no tea and coffee making only a minibar. Also there were no extra toiletries or tissues, only soap dispensers. The hotel was spotless in all areas. There was lovely local art work on the walls. The staff were friendly and helpful. Tony on the front desk gave good advice on parking in the town and excellent directions. The owners were often around checking all was well. The breakfast buffet was superb. A good choice of hot and cold food. The dishes were kept full and were attractively displayed. There were free sunbeds on the roof by the pool. There was a charge for sunbeds on the beach area. The beach was stony but tidied and kept clean of seaweed by the hotel staff. There is a charge for car parking but there were plenty of spaces. We had a really enjoyable stay. I can thoroughly recommend this hotel.

Review 8：No parasols around the sunbeds, so you need to move under the canopy/seating area if you wanted some shade. A few parasols would really help. (But that's being picky I suppose) . As it is a small hotel the evening on the roof terrace for dinner/drinks can be too quiet.

Review 9：The staff would always try and accommodate your requests, very helpful and polite. Pool and facilities on the roof terrace are amazing and you could always find a sun bed. Towels provided by reception. Room was cleaned everyday. Hotel is spotless and only having 40 rooms you never feel crowded or that it is too busy. Breakfast always had a good choice. A good location to either get the bus into Split , which you must visit. Or wander along the beach up to the Marina at Le Meridien Lav hotel (huge 5* hotel in the area) for a selection of restaurants and gaze at the fantastic yachts that are there.

Review 10：This is a 4 star hotel, but it is run like a 2 star hotel. The staff areunfriendly and unorganized. You have to look for people when you want toorder a drink, often waiting 10-15 minutes. Sometimes you could see anote "back in 30 minutes"...in high season??? Resturantservice was not good at all, they served food 2 (3) different places,and sometimes you could not find staff in any of them. And food is not 4star!! If you order something, be sure to read the menu well...beef onrice is just beef on rice...chicken filet and chips is just chickenfilet and chips...never vegetables or sauce! Okey if they told you andhad side orders...but they dont. All in for sensor lamps, but when thesensor dont kick in and you walk around in a dark hotel most of the day,it is not that cozy! Wifi is not good and keeps falling out..everythingis extra cost, sunbeds, baby bed, ironing, parking etc. Only 2-3resturants in the area. New staff is what this hotel needs!! (We are nothigh demanding people, but lets just be honest...this was poor service)

Review 11：It's close to the beach, and has a nice roof terrace with pool.Rooms a spacious and clean. The cleaning staff should have run thehotel, as they were the only once who were friendly and seemed to dotheir job!

Review 15：Location was amazing! Right on Podstrana beach. The bus trip to the main city is very easy so you have the benefit of being by the water but having the city so accessible. Hotel rooms were also fantastic. Big bathroom and very modern rooms.

Review 30：Really loved everything about this new hotel! We booked online and weren't sure what to expect but just had 1 night here in the way to stay on the island of Brac. It was easy to find and right on a little beach about 5 mins drive from Split Old Town. Our room was huge, and had balcony overlooking the beach. Listening to the sound of waves lapping on the pebble each was instantly relaxing. The staff all spoke great English and were very friendly & helpful. There is also a really nice restaurant overlooking the ocean & sunset. We wouldn't usually eat at our hotel because we like to explore, but it was a real treat to relax all arvo and just stroll down the corridor for dinner! A lovely boutique style hotel .. We'd love to stay here again and would recommend to couples in the thirties and up looking to relax / unwind.

Review 38：This hotel is perfect in all respects. Staff, location, services and comfort. It is absolute waterfront, with private beach and our room has water views. There are extensive facilities such as gym, pool and healthcare. The staff are very professional and helpful. The breakfast included in price was very good as well.

The staff were amazing specially the 2 guys at the front desk (morning and afternoon shift), I loved my room with the balcony facing the ocean. Pool was small but you don't really need a pool when you're right on the beach. Location was just perfect, far enough from the crowds of Split but close enough to hop on the bus and be there in 25 minutes. I would make the same choice if I was doing it all over again.

Review 50：Well deserved 10. It is Located in perfect location right on the beach. Room was large and nicely furnished. The bathroom was spacious and had very nice shower, bath and other amenities. The view from the balcony is spectacular. You are seeing sea and city of Podstrana. Hotel is very new, modern in design and extremely well maintained. For us older folks having lift which was accessing every possible level from the beach to the roof top was an additional bonus. Staff very courteous and ready to help in every way.

Review 51：Smoking was allowed within certain areas of hotel including the restaurant. Being a non smoker I do not enjoy breathing in smoke whilst eating, smokers, generally have no consideration for other people trying to enjoy their meal.

Review 55：A very modern hotel built with a variety of levels coming up from the beach. I loved the balcony in our room with a glass "railing" that made you feel like you were sitting in space staring out at the ocean. Can't get much better than that! Roof top bar/restaurant and pool had a wonderful ambiance and the bed was very comfortable, all in all a wonderful stay!

Review 56：Not having been told that our visit coincided with a jet ski championship- this rendered the private beach unusable/ closed and any relaxation impossible due to permanent noise of engines within yards of hotel. We should have been told -it defeated the whole purpose of selecting this hotel- there was an end of season feel to the whole experience, no beach service, downstairs cafe permanently close, rooftop cafe unattended. P.S. Why on earth in such luxurious surroundings is rap/ disco music constantly blaring?

Review 64：Lousy location. Being charged to use the hotel's 'beach' loungers. And also the charge for a decaf coffee at breakfast while ordinary coffee was included in the price. I felt that both of these charges were iniquitous and left me with a sense that I was just a captive customer to be milked, not a valued guest. Ditto the 50Euro charge for a 30 minute airport transfer.

Review 66：The front office staff were very welcoming and helping us with all our questions. A very friendly cleaning lady that always said, "Hi", when we saw her through out the hotel. Restaurant staff had more abrupt attitudes but the food and service was good. Rooms overlooking the ocean with a balcony had fantastic views! The balcony had a very thick piece of glass from one side to the other side (the walls had beautiful tiles so you couldn't see your neighbour on either side) When you looked out at the view the glass was so clean that you felt like you were out in space and there was nothing in front of you! Breakfast food was average but good.

Its only annoying when trying to leave the hotel. - WiFi signal in our room was sometimes bad - Parking is not free of charge (about 8 euros a day). Which is understandable as there is not much parking space in the neighbourhood.

Review 122：The only downside to our stay was the lack of staff manning the roof terrace bar, meaning to order drinks usually involved wandering around to find someone. But when someone was found they were always very keen to serve quickly and were very friendly.

Review 123：The location further out from Split was slightly quieter and less touristy which suited us well. It was also only a short walk to a bus stop that takes you directly into the centre of Split. The hotel was beautiful with very modern decor, and we particularly enjoyed the roof terrace, pool and restaurant. Design of the hotel is perfect, allowing all rooms a brilliant sea view, and a light airy feel. Staff were very friendly and keen to help in all matters to make it an enjoyable holiday. The cleanliness of the entire hotel, including rooms and bathrooms was outstanding - I don't think I've ever stayed in such a well looked after hotel. Overall, very impressed.

Review 124：Minor stuff - slow to restock food and coffee at breakfast; wifi unpredictable; very bright TV light we couldn't turn off - hung shirt over TV. Take sandals for swimming or using the pebbly beach.

The hotel facilities were also excellent, especially considering it is a small hotel. We enjoyed the breakfasts and the dinners on the 2 occasions we ate in the hotel. The location on the main coastal road made it easy to travel into Split by bus on the occasions we didn't want to use the car.

Review 130：We have no complaints about the hotel in general but a slight suggestion would be to raise the temperature of the pool. The pool was a bit cold for my comfort and it would've been nice to take advantage of the swimming pool in the evenings. Honestly, a great resort.

Review 131：The staff were excellent, the food was delicious (on the menu), and our room was great. Everything was reasonably priced. The view was incredible and we didn't mind the 25 minute bus journey into town. It was nice to see the town along the way. The bus journey was 13 kunas per person one direction. Beachfront: The beachfront was not blocked off by any hotel. You have access up the entire coastline. It goes on for miles. We checked out the other resorts nearby (Le Meridien) and found cute shops and nice restaurants along the way.
