Review 1：I needed a room upstairs but I was given a ground floor one which I dint enjoy much.

Review 2：I like the commitment and humble attitude of the staff. Especially sreeraj was excellent in his job.

Review 3：This hotel is excellent for exploring Mysore. It is within walking distance of the central bus station and the palace. The rooms are airy and very clean. The rooftop terrace is a bonus - giving lovely views of the city.

Review 4：No idea about the food. Rooms are little cramped. For long stay it might be problem.

Review 6：Stayed 3 days, no room cleaning, no linen changing, not a single drop of water supplied. Garbage was not taken a single day. Soap given only one smallest piece on first day. All this I Complained to the receptionist Rajeesh.

Review 13：Loud ringing bells in neighbouring rooms, staff sliding down the bannister in the middle of the hotel, noisy guests - not a great place for a sound sleep, compounded by a loud muezzin at 530 for nearby mosque (not that hotel can do anything about that). Lack of hot water in the evenings for showers

Review 15：The rooms were not sound proof and continuous noise of talking, ringing of bells in other rooms and doors closing were a huge disturbance inside. The room was very small and there was hardly any space to move around.

Review 16：The staff was quite nice and responsive to our requirements. The rooms and washrooms were quite clean and tidy. They even arranged for my local travel.

Review 17：Hot shower only in the mornings- this should be mentioned so its not a surprise! when hot though it was a great shower! Noise in the stairwell areas filtered quite freely into my room.

Review 18：The room looked exactly as it did in the photos. Modern and tastefuly decorated.Very comfortable bed. No restaurant (a few items could be ordered however came from outside the hotel) but this encouraged me to get out and go exploring
