Reviews for Aegean Melathron Thalasso Spa Hotel
Review 1:Negative: - On check-in they asked to fill in the form with credit card details. I don't think that the paper archive of credit card details is very safe. - the cost for sunbeds and umbrella of 8 euros. It's probably not about the money so much, but about the principle as such for a 5 star hotel. Also - you will most probably not spend the whole day on the beach. We spent 2-3h at the beach every day so it feels like you are waisting your "precious" sunbed. - 20 euros deposit for 1 towel. Ok, it's returned back to you at check-out (with a receipt - why? if you possess a towel), but we were 5 and 100 euros for not that fancy towels.. - sometimes it felt like a lot of walking. We were staying in the upper part and to walk to the beach or to the restaurant and back (and oh, my, hopefuly you don't forget anything) takes you some time, especially with 2 small children - the water in the pools outside is cold, the water in the pool inside is cold. I believe it's ok if the weather is very hot, but in our case - I didn't swim in the pool and my little girl didn't want to go in the cold water either. (the sea was warm though) - they don't really have a proper children playground that for me was important when choosing the hotel. It can really help, especially to finish your meal if you are with small children
Review 2:Positive: - Excellent, huge, beautiful and well kept hotel territory with many pools and green plants divided into two parts. One of the part is directly on the beach. - the beach is clean and ok (not the finest sand, but ok) - Wonderful breakfast with fresh orange juice (!) available and big variety of foods for dinner. Beatiful terrace of the restaurant with a sea view. - we were upgraded to junior suite which was great. I was fearing outdated rooms from previous reviews, but our apartment was really good with a nice terrace facing the pool. I could leave the children sleeping with open doors of the terrace and sit at the pool just 3 meters away - a welcome bottle of wine, fruits and water was a nice surprise - a gift at the end was also a very nice gesture - they could't give us a late check-out, but provided with a room to change and take a shower and you can book it for half an hour for private use
Review 3:Nothing, it would not be fair to complain about anything.
Review 4:Everything, especially the atmosphere in the hotel. The stuff is very nice and helpful, the food excellent and the overall facility absolutely amazing. This was a great vacation. 100% recommendation.
Review 5:Only bad thing the walk around the back because you were not allowed to walk through the hotel with your swimsuit and you were not allowed to wear shorts for dinner
Review 6:Food delicious and diverse both breakfast and dinner. Even though the hotel was fully booked you didn't feel crowded.
Review 7:Everything was bad. ıTs not a 5 star hotel. If you want to go to beachthey charge for the bed, for towels you pay 20 euro :) and there aresome particular places that you exchange it, so you get very tiredwalking around. After 3 days of stay I was more tired then before :(Rude staff, not very well trained. Miniclub was desaster. Borring place. I want to forget about everything there. Like a nightmare.
Review 8:I hated everything from the begging to the end. Rude staff at recection, not well organized, no one nows what is happening at the hotel. Miniclub was terrible, no entertainment notting. Very poor music. Everythingwas expensive. Water was 4 euro so imagine. I have booked a room for mydaugher and me and they charged 150 more. They are cheaters to nehonest. The worst place I have ever stayed.
Review 9:Terrible telecommunication and internet connectivity in the upper part of the complex. This was a very unpleasant surprise for me, as this is not the first visit of my family to this hotel, but it was the first time we experience such a serious connectivity issue.
Review 10:Very kind and friendly staff. Very nice location, excellent beach and water sport facilities.
Review 11:We were 5 adults from 21 to 88 years. We stayed at the hotel for 9 days. With the Greek crisis, we were disappointed not to see more Greek people employed in the hotel. The Hotel is aimed at the Russian and Eastern European market. Probably more than 90% of the guests during our stay were from Russia and other Eastern European countries. 80% of the staff, who spoke English and were all absolutely wonderful were also from Eastern Europe.
Review 12:The wonderful beach and the well kept grounds. The evening walk along the beach and the spectacular moon. The variety and quality of food. The chefs. When the sous chef found out it was my daughter's 21st he insisted on making her a most wonderful cake. All the staff throughout the complex. They were always smiling, friendly and hard working. Sadly they are paid either 16 or 25 euros for a 7 hour day. They are provided with free accommodation below ground in rooms without windows and without air conditioning.
Review 13:This hotel had horrible wifi. It only worked in the lobby area and it was very slow Everything was based on who much money they could take from the visitors Dinner was average and we were not given a glass of water but rather were obliged to pay 4 euros for a bottle of water.
Review 14:A lot of families with kids but mini club is a joke. If you are loking for entertainments or animations during the day or evening better check another place. WiFi sucks though it is not a hotel problem - all area deprived from good Net.
Review 15:The Sea was the best. The hotel is excellent for those who want to relax. You just don't feel that hotel was completely full. Clean territory, good and smiling staff, food was very good, waiter Savvas was the best. Rooms are comfortable. Sea beach is amazing.
Review 16:My only issue is with the severe mosquitos who were so severe. There areno special nets on the windows and all the nights during our stay wewere fighting with them. My child was bitten so many times and she wascrying during the nights.
Review 17:I love the wonderful gardends, flowers, endless pools and the politestuff. The beach and the sea are amazing! The view is so wonderful...
Review 18:Dinner could be more diverse. Morning coffee is very bad even for a shwarz. And even the paid cappucino in the lobby bar is also made from powder. Umbrellas at the beach should be free for hotel guests.
Review 19:Location is great, room facilities are fine, wi-fi signal is ok but could be better. We got free upgrade to a sea view room on arrival. As a general its a great place.
Review 20:Poor WiFi Sunbeds at the beach area are with extra charge
Review 21:Breathtaking nature in the resort Location in the pine tree area Excellent food - especially sea food :) Turquoise and crystal clear sea water
Review 22:breakfast joghurt , orange juice not 100%, only pork salami no chicken there are also guests who do not eat pork, sushi i make better at home....far away from turkish food 5 star hotels. young unexperienced stuff.
Review 23:location and sea
Review 24:The wi-fi signal was very poor, the room can be more comfortable and we haven't been in five star hotel where You should paid extra for the sunbeds and umbrella on it's own beach. This was our first time! It's ridiculous.
Review 25:The hotel location, surrounding and relax atmosphere are really nice!
Review 26:The facilities need a liiiiitle more maintenance. Small details that make considerable difference to be taken care out regarding cleaning/installations.
Review 27:Fantastic Location! Excellent Staff! Tasteful and a lot of variety breakfast and dinner! The Thalasso SPA service value added.
Review 28:My husband and I were on our honeymoon and hotel stuff surprised us with the welcoming cake, champaign, flowers and the basket full of fruits. It was a really nice gesture. The hotel stuff is always helpful and pleasant. The beach is beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay.
Review 29:Food does not respond to 5* hotel. Very poor btw and expensive. Wifi signal very poor. There is a dress code for the gentleman during dinner (annoying requirement during summer time, however). It's a bit noisy from the nearby main road.
Review 30:Very well situated, split into two parts, has direct access to the beach (but separately payable). However, well maintained the common parts, interesting architecture.
Review 31:Food is average, definitely below 5 star standard, wifi is horror, changing passwards every day and signal is very poor, indoor pools are closed after 19:00, upper part of the "hotel" (which is basicly set of bungalows) which is above the main road is very far from the beach. Beach is fine but there are high trees above on the hill which block the sun very early and it is hard to find sun later in the afternoon, beach bar limited - operating within first few umbrelass, if you are lying few meters further you'll have to walk to the bar and take your drinks, no music and of course you have to pay 8 Eur for 2 sunbeds, even on a cloudy and windy day (when the beach bar is closed).
Review 32:Staff is excelent, kind and very helpful. Restaurant crew was awesome, preparing the table as soon as they see you on the door, clean and tidy, bell-boys, reception and parking security also very kind, feeling very safe during the stay, providing all necessary information and ready to answer specific requests, cleaning ladies also nice and helpful. But that is about it.
Review 33:For a 5 star hotel, the beds were very small and uncomfortable. Although they have golf cars to take you to the beach and back, few times we had to wait more than half an hour
Review 34:Location, peacefulness, beautiful views, garden
Review 35:1. The services are for a 3 stars hotel: - at the reception no hello, no wellcome, no good by, nothing. All the employers knows rusian language and only a little english.... - the rooms: old bathrooms, the minibar is empty (they are afraid the customers steel the beverages without pay for it), the bed linen is changed every 2 !!! Days, not daily !!! like in all 5 stars hotels in the world! - at the restaurants: the mens are obliged to wear long pants at 38 Celsius grades in a self service restaurant with food for a 3 stars restaurant. The water and esspreso are not included and you have to pay 5 euro for a each. - at the pools and on the beach: no waiters, no music...you feel like at the hospital. The sun beds and unbrellas are very old and bad. And you have to pay daily 8 euros for them. You receive at the check in 1 beach towel (you have to give them 20 euro guarantee for it!!). - wifi: very very bad signal - after 9:00 PM no music, no entertainment, nothing. You have to go out from the resort or you have to sleep. 2 days per week they have live music at the central bar for 2 hours. - only 1 a la carte restaurant and this is very poor
Review 36:The garden, the pools, the buildings.
Review 37:The food was very bad, we had to wait 30 minutes until the car came and takes us to our camera, the personal from the restaurant was cleaning the floor in front of us with a beach towel...with her feet of course...
Review 38:Cleanliness, the hotel gardin...
Review 39:Personnel: untrained and many times plainly rude/hostile Food: mediocre to bad, more suitable for a 2-star hotel. Try to avoid the hotel restaurants Loud music on Friday & Saturday night from nearby clubs-we could not sleep until 6 am. Sunbeds: not enough for the hotel's guests, you need to give a "tip"to the employees at the beach if you want to reserve sunbeds for the day. In addition, it is ludicrous to charge 4 Euros per sunbed per day in a 5-star hotel. It,s better to include the cost in the price of the room Advice to the hotel management: please stop being cheap. You have got a nice establishment but you don't provide the proper service to your clients.
Review 40:Beach: sandy, clean Location: near Thessaloniki in a pine forest Room: spacious, nicely decorated Landscape: very well taken care of
Review 41:Even you pay a good money and a customer of the hotel, everyday they change you extra 8 Euro for sun beds. I have never seen such a treatment in a 5 star hotel. And this is not mentioned in Warnings at Booking. The guys at the reception are not friendly. Everything has a rule at the hotel. You cannot enter dinner without a pant even it is 40C hot. Wireless is really poor and they only give you one password, if you require another one, they look at you as if you have wanted the deed of the hotel. Thank good that the meals and the rooms are good.
Review 42:Good location, clean rooms.
Review 43:Room was old and maximum at 3* level bathrooms old haven't been renovated since the hotel was build about 15 years ago. Very large area of the hotel we had to walk 10min to get to the beach but it was not written in booking. Beach is not private and not only have to pay extra for sun beds but also difficult to find one if you come later. Staff at the reception very unfriendly, instead of greeting you upon arrival they start by telling you all the hotel rules and what you are not allowed to do as if you are on a school trip not at 5* resort. Deposit required for everything beach towel 20euro, Room Safe 20euro We booked double suit and we got only 1 card for the room, when i asked for 2nd i was told that it is hotel policy to give only one and they can't give us 2. had to fight for 10 min to get a second one without deposit.
Review 44:Good location Clean and well kept outside areas of hotel. Outside facilites, gardens, pools etc. are up to 5*level. Beach seafood restaurant was excellent with friendly staff and fresh fish There were some rooms renovated so if you decide to go there try to arrange for one of them. they are closer to the beach.
Review 45:You should pay for umbrella and leave money for towels. They should invest in mosqito nets for the rooms and new sun umbrellas.
Review 46:Electric cars shuttle, Excelent staff in the breakfast and dinner restorant, excelent food. Nice beach.
Review 47:Staff at reception unpolite. Bed and pillows very bad. Wifi terrible. For dinner they are charging even for water. 4€ for bottle of still water, this is cheating. For money how much you pay room(s), you additionally need to pay for sun umbrella and sun beds, on hotel beach! They are definitely not 5 stars hotel!
Review 48:Excellent location. Nice beach with clear sea. Hotel facility very nice.
Review 49:The wifi was terrible, only 1 user per room. The water was too expensive. For the money for the room they should include water.
Review 50:The staff was excellent
Review 51:It's a 5-star hotel with 4-star rooms. Some of the things in room just did not give the impression of a 5-star hotel. Although the room was generally quite comfortable, the bathroom was too warm and looked a bit dated.
Review 52:Very abundant and excellent food at the buffet, both for dinner and breakfast. The room was spacious and comfortable with a beautiful and big balcony overseeing the sea. The staff was helpful and polite. Generally very nice facilities!
Review 53:The man at the gate was very rood They said in reception not to go in to THA village Kalithea they sacred us They said shops are closed which was a lie.
Review 54:Lovey clean rooms pool
Review 55:Rooms need improvement. The mattres is as hard as a rock. Sun umbrellas need to be changed as the existing ones do no shade at all, which ment staying in the room for me who has a little baby. The garden on the other hand is very nice with a great shade from the trees for you to rest with the little ones however you were not allowed to stay there as the management calls it a bublic area (STRANGE FOR A SO CALLED 5 STAR HOTEL).
Review 56:Food
Review 57:only the spa and fitness were poor for that kinf of hotel
Review 58:Searching vegan food in dinner.
Review 59:Pretty old
Review 60:Overall a good hotel
Review 61:Buffet food was very mediocre
Review 62:Good location and excellent beach
Review 63:poor wifi coverage. noisy door locks.
Review 64:great location.
Review 65:Food, service, bed , the attitude towards the customer.
Review 66:Тhe beach is nice.
Review 67:working hours of spa, billiard, poor quality of wifi
Review 68:Only 4 days spent there:)
Review 69:This hotel is a proof of How you should work and treat your guests. Amazing staff, food , wi fi . Perfect
Review 70:TV screen very old and bad quality and doesn't match quality level of hotel...and as well TV program....
Review 71:I always return with pleasure.
Review 72:I really like everything. All what one needs for great vacation.
Review 73:We were close to live music and it was disturbing.
Review 74:The food and the room were great. The pools and the beach were excellent.
Review 75:More atention in room cleaning- dust, spiders.
Review 76:Very good location, excelent sandy beach, good food. Personal try to please their guests.
Review 77:Everything !
Review 78:A perfect get away ! Everything was excellent ! I will be back for sure .
Review 79:The staff should be much more better (especially the receptionist and cleaning staff) more polite, more supportive, local greek staff is ok, but ..., lack of greek food, lack of greek hospitality, wifi is catastrophic, no information about evening dress code
Review 80:Beautifull surroundings, great building concept, international food
Review 81:Been there last year, liked it very much, this year it was much worse. The staff was new and unprofessional, when we arrived had to wait 2 hours to get our room, when we finally got it, the room appeared to be a simple double room, but we booked a junior suit! Had to sleep there a night, next day we moved to our room, but the mood was already lost cuz that hole day we were running around solving problems with our room instead of swimming in the sea! Wifi is terrible, same as last year, they didnt fix anything! On our departure day, we were leaving early in the morning, they didnt have breakfast for us, also had to carry our bags by ourself! A lot of minor things made our stay unpleasant this stay there.
Review 82:Poor internet, restaurant (HB).
Review 83:We are the second time in this hotel. Probably this hotel is one of the best in this region. Three ayers we tried to find something better and finally returned to Aegean Melathron. Big rooms, very clean, big territory, friendly staff, many swimming pools, well equipped beach - there were everything we need to spend our vacation in comfort and relaxation.
Review 84:Extremely low wi-fi connection!! Dress code imposed for all men during dinner time - I find no point in respecting this rule since the "dinner" concept is not up to a 5 star resort ( for a buffet, one can wear whatever it pleases). If you demand respect, offer respect by organizing a proper dinner for all guests and then impose rules. Very uncomfortable beds, impossible to have a good night sleep. A super small plasma tv - totally unsuitable for a 5 star hotel. Overall - too expensive for what it does not offer.
Review 85:We liked the place in terms of construction, proximity to the beach and overall look. There were unfortunately a lot of drawbacks that made us rethink our choice.
Review 86:Wi-Fi is weak and unstable. Some programs do not work at all due to traffic filtering (Steam, for example, and my online banking). "Pool view" rooms are too far from the beach. No free drinks for dinner (that is usual for beach hotels in Greece). Two shifted beds instead of one wide, and even no mattress -- it is so uncomfortable.
Review 87:Perfect beach, beautiful gardens and pools, spacious room, helpful staff (with some exceptions).
Review 88:- Wi-fi terrible. It would better to say that they don't have Wi-fi. Staff a bit rude. - No wine by glass at the restaurant (as I was alone with a kid even a small bottle was too much for me). - The service at the restaurant for getting a drink is really slow. Sometimes you finish your dinner and the waiter don't ask you what to drink. - Bad communication about the kids activities/mini club. - No options for trips during the stay, as there are many other places around. I mean, if you don't want to stay at the hotel the whole hollidays, normally the hotels offer/have an agency to offer special day trips around. They didn't.
Review 89:The beach is really nice and the localization of the hotel is perfect in front of the beach with an open view. The food was good, not excelent but good.
Review 90:The only irritating thing was the lack of free water at the evening meal. This contrasts so much with Greek hospitality in restaurants and bars that it was striking.
Review 91:Location,beach,staff, standard of accommodation were really very good. This was a repeat visit having enjoyed the same hotel previously at the end of May in 2013. We may well visit again.
Review 92:Loved the peace and quiet of the place where the only thing you can hear is the birds song. The staff, food and facilities were all perfect. Definitely would recommend to my friends.
Review 93:The food was typical buffet food but we knew that before and it certainly did not affect our stay.
Review 94:Staff were very attentive and professional, they really cared. The grounds were beautiful and extremely well looked after. We were given a nice upgrade! Really liked staying at the building by the Beach, close to everything, if we had to run back to the room we weren't far and it seemed warmer than at the main reception area (the buildings may have blocked a lot of the wind) Service was good at the restaurants. We would return!
Review 95:The grounds were immaculately manicured. The atmosphere was superb. It's a great location to get away from it all and just relax. The food was exceptional as well!
Review 96:Poor welcome on arrival. Maybe the receptionist was new, but there was actually no welcome. Just a demand for payment before anything else. And to make sure I had to sign the card printout as well as enter my pin code! Then very brief information about where the restaurant was and a warning that the beach loungers cost Euro 8 per day. We were advised to read all the information on the back of the hotel plan. Wifi in the room was almost non existant - I managed to get a weak signal just twice. It was better in public areas.
Review 97:Nice low rise architecture and pleasant landscaping of buidings and pools. Comfortable rooms. Location directly on beach. Show cooking and spacious comfortable seating for meals. Dinner was very civilised and relaxed ( high season may be a bit less so). Wine prices were very reasonable for a luxury hotel. Nice unspoilt coast and beach (apart from the two not so pretty big hotels to the north)
Review 98:We traveled by car and had to leave it far from the reception. We were transported every time with an electric cart to and from.
Review 99:Excellent service, beautiful park and beach, excellent food. A very nice place for a relaxed vacation.
Review 100:Very, very, very bad Internet!!! It was impossible to do anything on line with such wifi!!!!!!!!!!!!
Review 101:If the hotel fixes its wifi, then it will be the best hotel ever. Other then that everything is perfect!
Review 102:Wi-Fi is available only in the lobby. Sunbeds and umbrella on the sea beach are chargeable.
Review 103:Very good hotel with beautiful gardens, delicious food, friendly personal and excellent services.
Review 104:Internet (WiFi) is not very good in rooms, but once you are on vacation, that doesn't really matter. Yet, for those that need internet, it should be enhanced. The beds and sunumbrellas on the beach are additionally charged. I believe this should be facilitated differently at least for the guests of the hotel.
Review 105:With the pinewood in the back and the breathtaking sea-front, this hotel has everything you need to make your vacation memorable. You can hardly decide where to spend your day - on the beach, or near the pools; everything's so great and well organized! The bars are everywhere - near the pools, as well on the beach. The hotel provides beach towels that can be changed as many times as you may need during the day. Restaurants have fantastic position and you can enjoy romantic dinner with a beautiful view. Hotel staff is exceptionally helpful and polite, and with no language barriers. All rooms have "special view" - some of them are facing beautiful pools wrapped in colourfull and cultivated gardens, some facing the turquoise sea. Rooms are cleaned twice a day and have safebox, terrace and small fridge. Welcome "package" includes bottle of wine, water and fruit and a small gift is given to guests on their check-out day. There is a private parking place for those coming with the car with no additional charges. The selection of food is very carefully chosen to satisfy even the most picky gourmand. If you decide to spend your evening in the hotel, you won't regret. You will be enchanted by music repertoire for everybody's ear and beautiful voices of the local singers.
Review 106:5-star hotel MUST have much better WiFi Internet available at rooms. Existing WiFi is almost unusable. A bit too expensive at the high season.
Review 107:Location. Location. Location. Smell of pine trees. Tropical island like sandy beach. Selection and quality of food was very good.
Review 108:Nothing to complain, everything was excellent for a holiday hotel. If you need an internet connection, it is important to know that the wireless connection is very slow. The hotel management should consider to offer a faster internet connection.
Review 109:It was our second stay at Aegean Melathron and we really enjoyed it. There was an improvement of the service since 2011. we have received a free upgrade from a Standard Room to a Junior Suite. The fresh orange juice which we get at the reception at arrival was a nice surprise.
Review 110:the food was not like in 5 stars hotel and there was no iron on the reception, have to use laundry service in the hotel and it was very expensive
Review 111:the location and the big area of the hotel,a lot of swimming pools
Review 112:The internet was poor and the beach was little far from our house on the other side of the road.
Review 113:The diversity of food, the beautiful sandy beach, the clear sea water, the fast and discrete service.
Review 114:Beds were a bit hard for my liking, fridge in room was not cold enough, 7 euros for sun beds on beach, really bad coffee for breakfast.
Review 115:Beach and sea were really nice, food was great, pools were clean and beautiful, staff were polite and friendly, room was nice. the views from balcony were brilliant.
Review 116:It is for the first time in the last 15 years when a 5 stars hotelwanted to charge me 90 euros for using the sauna! This is unacceptable. The other thing is that I ordered and paid for a bottle of wine in therestaurant at 21.00 hours and due to the fact that they close at 21.30 Ithought that it is ok to finish my wine at the bar. Instead I was toldthat it is not allowed to have drinks from the restaurant but only fromthe bar. Very rude was the Russian girl at the bar that told me tofinish my wine in the room!
Review 117:Good location, very friendly staff. Spacious rooms, very clean.
Review 118:1. There was poor (almost no) Wi-Fi in the rooms;2. Charging for umbrellas and sun beds on the beach - is really necessary in a five star (costly) hotel?
Review 119:Everything else was ok (beach, rooms, food, cleaness, staff, etc.)
Review 120:No general manager on site at all times.Faulty air conditioning and was not fixed. Hot room, Mosquitos and no sleep. I wanted a part refund for the room but there was not anyone to talk to about it. Terrible pillows, absolutely not 5 star - go to the Margarita Hotel nearby for a lesson on customer service, comfort and design. You have to pay for the sun loungers on the hotels 'private beach'....
Review 121:Restuarant near sea good. Although beer warm and not taken off the bill.Wine, fruit and water on arrival was a nice touch.
Review 122:The rooms are a bit modest.
Review 123:The pools and the gardening around the hotel are gorgeous. The beach is great. The food is excellent. We paid 125 euros for a room with half board. Great deal!
Review 124:Umbrellas on the beach are a disaster plus its not logical for them to be extra charged for hotel guests
Review 125:Present that they give at the end of the stay, excellent view from room, stylish
Review 126:Parking space was quite far from room. Although golf carts were available for transportation their services were until 12 midnight. We had to walk all the way down to our room after that time. Also, although the hotel has taken all precautions and sprayed everywhere against reptiles,we came across a snake which scared me a lot.
Review 127:Great resort for short or long holiday excellent food, wonderful location right next to the beach.
Review 128:The half board restaurant was not a 5 star experience in the evening because the fresh cooked food always ran out early, water had to be purchased. Generally prices very high for drinks etc.
Review 129:Superb beach and sea and excellent hotel layout and gardens. Staff courteous.
Review 130:Surrounding area not very pretty, not a lot to do locally outside the hotel
Review 131:Service, Staff friendliness and efficiency. Direct access to nice beach and clean sea. Multiple pool facilities on site. Small and individual accomodation blocks.
Review 132:Free water at dinner would be appreciated
Review 133:Every thing. The staff is extremely efficient, friendly and helpful. The hotel is beautiful, built like a greek village with roses climbing on the bungalows. Wonderful scenery almost from every spot. Every spot, in the rooms and at the public areas is kept sparkling clean at all times.Spacious rooms with a nice veranda, lots of storage area. big and well equipted bathroom including hotel's bathrobes. Very good white and red hotel wine for 12€ a bottle. lots of swimming pools at different shapes allowing you to find one to do lengths or just enjoy the water. A wonderful beach with clear turquoise water and water sports for a very reasonable price ( kiaks for 6€ an hour). A good spot to tour the peninsula, with its green mountains dropping right to the sea. Close enough to Tssaloniki airport.
Review 134:Poor wifi services. No Internet connection in the room
Review 135:Very nice hotel. The stuff was very kind and helpful. A very beautiful hotel for relaxing at your vacations
Review 136:The cleanliness in the room and bathroom. Have in mind if you book junior suite pool view - it consists of 2 separate rooms but one of them is very small and dark, only has 1 sofa in it (no other furniture) which is very uncomfortable to sleep on. You have to pay additionally for the sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach which is strange for a 5-star hotel. Early season there was only 1 restaurant open except of the main restaurant. The staff in the main restaurant at breakfast looked bored and disinterested.
Review 137:The whole complex in general is very nice, there are lots of gardens, swimming pools (incl. for children), several bars and cafes. It is very peaceful and convenient for people with small children.
The Fine Print
