Review 1：Really nice apartment located close to the beach in Podstrana, very clean and well equipped. Very close to bus stop that connect with Split city center. Nearby the apartment there are small supermarket, nice bakery and some restaurants. Wonderful sea view from the balcony.
Review 2：The staf is kind, and if there is something you need, they are happy to help you. Near to the beach.
Review 3：Very loud, busy and dangerous coast road with daily traffic jams just in front of the house. After midnight there are less cars, but they pass by with high speeds (even louder than during the day). After crossing the road, expect a narrow beach with sharp stones and broken pieces of glass. No BBQ facility, even though stated in the description and photos. Photos show 4 different appartments, therefore we expected something else and were pretty much disappointed by reality. 5 year old sleeping sofa can't be used by adults and breaks apart every 2nd try you open it. Very bad equiped kitchen (no coffee machine, not enough dishes, only 4 small glasses, no sharp knife, no roaster, no toaster, etc.) No WLAN. The dimensions of the water boiler in the bathroom are too small. 1,5 persons can shower, then the water is cool. Windows in sleeping room are insecure and can be easily opened from outside. Overall this appartment ist a total rip-off and not worth 3 stars.
Review 4：Clean. After complaining about the missing coffee machine, cups and BBQ facilitie, the owner delivered a functional coffee machine, some mugs and a small electro grill.
