Review 2：Perfect location in a close distance to Kavala center. We got an upgrade to a junior suite, fabulous! We had dinner in the hotel which was very good.breakfast buffet excellent too.

Review 6：Absolutely no chance of connecting to the internet. The Wifi reception was good, but poor or no internet access. Exactly as the foreign language speaking abilities of the receptionists.

Review 7：We were in a double superior room, which had a great 180° view of the sea. The bed was very comfy, there was also a great couch in a form of a shell.

Review 8：Sophie who was the morning receptionist was one of the rudest people we have come across. She is totally unsuited for that position. Her people skills are very poor.

Review 10：The junior suite we booked was disappointing, not more than an average standard room of a business hotel. Far too expensive...180 EUR I recommend to book the standard room for half the price!

Review 12：The pool bar staff weren't at all friendly and it shut at 7.00 in the height of summer , no where to have a drink in the evening hot sun , lacked atmosphere , felt business like , not like a holiday hotel .

Review 16：The mattress is very uncomfortable, almost like sleeping on cement. The safe should be at eye level not at floor level and the TV should be larger in a five star hotel. Access to pool area is too cumbersome having to descend stairs and then up some other stairs.

The staff was unpleasant attire (some shoddy thick gray clothes, although it was summer, with some running shoes black infamous). The noise of the air conditioner in the room. We booked a studio junior for 4 adults, but had a double bed and two single beds makeshift beds, horrible, very uncomfortable and unsupported claims in case of 5 stars.

Review 51：There are a lot to be desired for a 5 stars hotel, but just to mention a few: - although we like animals, there are way too many cats! At the pool, at the main entrance, on the balcony... everywhere; we are aware that cats are "saint animals" in Greece, but there must be a limit! - the rules say that you should take a shower before swimming...but there is no shower at the pool!? We were advised to do so in the room and then come back!? - the pool-boy/lifeguard should change the shirt and shower at least once a week - they told us the room has a view to the city, but forgot to mention there is no balcony! When we confront them about it, there is no effort to solve the issue, just told us that we can look for an other hotel!? And the worst for last: free wifi internet... What a joke! Although you are connected, it works only in the lobby and restaurant. The rest of the premises are alegedelly cover by wifi, but you can't use it! But it seems to be a national problem in Greece, since everywhere is the same!

Review 52：They managed to overcome the "weak points" with an outstanding breakfast, full of local and international products. Everything is fresh and very apealing. The fruits are of good quality and plenty of. I would recomend the Greek home-made yogurt with fruits (wild berries and kiwi are my favourites). I share the same about the open bufet dinner! It's worth the 15 euros they charge per person! Plenty of parking places, even if during the day is a little complicated due to the locals that attend the beach next to the hotel. Very quite area, no loud music from discos or pubs!

Review 53：The beach used by the hotel is small. The hotel's beach chairs and umbrellas do not correspond to the number of rooms. Need to go as early as possible in order to take beach umbrella and chairs.

Review 55：The hotel is supposed to be a 5* one. I have traveled a lot and stayed at lots of 5* hotels. This one is not more than a 4*. The room is terribly small, the bed is not comfortable and is not a king size one, the bathroom is like of a 3* hotel, the tv has only app. 20 channels and 10 from those are one and the same, simply repeating itself multiple times. The photos of the rooms are refined with photoshop. It is not worth the money for a 5* hotel.

Outdoor swiming pool is closed (locked) officially untill 10:00 o'clock but usually it takes another 30-40 minutes to get ready so available at about 11 a.m.?! Wedding parties at the hotel produce big noise till early in the morninig but seems this is a common practice for almost all 5* hotels especially at Northern Greece.

Review 70：Location. Nice view from the balconies to the bay and Thassos island. Staff very helpfull. Professional attidude at the reception desk. We had problem with the reserevation as although booked junior suit for 2 aduults + 1 kid + 1 infant and in addition made a note that baby cot is needed, hotel was advised about 2 adults only. After hours driving with a kid and a baby we were unpleasently surprised that we do not have the right reservation and the hotel was full.The lady at the reception did her utmost and problem was solved within less then 20 minutes.Also great thanks to Manolis from the hotel staff who helped me a lot after I stepped on a sea urchin and a piece of thorn was stuck in my foot. Breakfast is nice - fresh made, quantity and variety are good. Although breakfast place is not big enough waiters working fast and do pay neccessary attention to the different requests with a smile.
