Review 1：Very Courteous staff. Took special care of us. Its just not another resort. the restaurant chef and other service staff took special care of us since we were travelling with a small kid. Mr Saurabh and Mrs Priyanka from olive garden restaurant took extra care in helping us with food for our kid. Also they would remember our food choices and taste buds, and get food accordingly prepared. Very personalised touch. The spa was also great. Moreover, once our stay was over and we had moved on, we figured out that we had forgotten our baby's medicine kit. The front desk staff ensured that they located it and couriered it to us. I would certainly recommend this resort to stay while in mysore. I will remember this stay for good reasons throughout.

Review 2：food served in the room was just manageable. nothing great! however, complementary breakfast was definitely much better! The private sitouts lacked privacy. reminded me of "Jagli Kattes"(gossip benches) the trademark of old mysore! but still we enjoyed it!

Review 6：Check in late around 8 pm in evening , front desk Assaitant was very good , I been there for the first time , I had a appointment with DR around 3.00 pm and my check out time was 11.30 am , I had a sleep disc problem so requested the reception to extend for 2 hours more for check but time , there never did , as soon as I went to my room , I had a call to vacate the room , I immediately left , the reason there told that there have some guest coming , but when I check online , almost 5 rooms were available, very bad experience, I tough there are hostility business but was wrong , will never go back , or recommend any of my friends, who are regular travelers,

Review 7：The terrible noise from the private parties next door. I know this is no fault of the management but that doesn't make it any better. This was only two nights thank heavens!

Review 11：Room was not propoerly cleaned when we checked-in. There were tea bags and paper lying on the floor. Hand towel and other toileterries were provided only when we complained about the room's cleanliness. Service needs improvement; I had a cut and had to wait for 45 minutes to get a band-aid delivered to my room. The gym area is not well maintained and looks dirty.

Review 12：The room was big and with a nice sit out. The view from the room was excellent and soothing. My kid loved watching the swans and the cuckoo bird. Bed was big and cozy and so is the toilet.

Review 13：Swimming pool could have been temperature controlled. Food menu to include South Indian Recipes also. Bed to be changed, creaking sound of bed and parquet flooring. Gymnasium facilities to be improved. Camp fire to be provided for guests who come in groups.

Review 18：Rosy the macow pet bird. Spa is world class. I would rate it best after Ananda spa in himalaya. The outdoor bath is unique. everything was nice except the restaurant which was out door and not indoor hence there was bit of mosquito problem.

Review 21：From a property like this, I seek perfection. The room main door opened into a junkyard of adjacent property. The wiring of lights are so funny that I had to spend bit of time trying to figure out how to close some of them. The pool table and children's play area are poor excuses. Swimming pool looked dense.

Review 37：The room/ bathroom division was flimsy and not sound proof. Air condition gave way in the middle of the night making a horrendous noise, waking us up from our sleep at 3.00 am. Television set needs to be updated bcos volume control is monitored by the staff and have to get them if we want to adjust the volume!!
