Review 13：On the morning of check-out, I was informed that I was charged for 3 adults, and not the 2 adults and 1 child as per my reservation. This was due to me using a third party booking agency, outside the control of Grove House. Phone Grove House and book direct with them to get a better deal than online booking.
Review 14：The accommodation was great, with a central location for going into town. Staff were very helpful and friendly, and totally flexible. Highly recommended for all sorts of trips.
Review 15：Unfriendly.. No welcome hospitality was little to none.. In fact if this was a hotel I would have been complaining to management I would never stay or recommend to anyone.. owner was extremely rude and needs to be trained in customer service..

Review 17：The B&B itself was a beautiful and modern house and we received a lovely welcome. The room was beautifully decorated and comfortable. We enjoyed a lovely relaxing breakfast overlooking the gardens outside. The B&B was also within walking distance to the village and had good parking facilities, yet was quiet at night.
Review 18：The downstairs wifi repeater at the front of the house wasn't operating properly, so the WiFi was pretty bad in our room.

Review 33：We stayed for two nights. One of the best B&Bs we've ever stayed in. Very spacious room and ensuite bathroom with a great shower, large screen TV, comfortable bed, the breakfast was really nice with lots of choices. Wendy the owner was friendly and helpful. Tea & Coffee making facilties. Room was always warm and spotlessly clean. We honestly could not fault it. It's about a 10 /15 min walk into town. Shame all B&Bs aren't like this.
Review 34：I had a very pleasant stay at this B&B. Staff were very extremely friendly, the house and garden were beautiful, and it is only a short walk from the centre. I would highly recommend this place and will be returning again next year for the Carlingford Half Marathon.

Review 60：We are a group of mature women, who are relatively easy to please, however most of us found the owner was at best civil to us. The breakfast menu looked good but a number of items were unavailable and others such as wheaten bread was only provided when requested. It was August and the fruit on offer for breakfast was stewed rhubarb! stewed prunes, chopped watermelon and sliced grapefruit! one of the worst selections of fruit I have ever seen on offer in a b and b. The family room that two of my friends and I shared was a suitable size for two people not three.
